I called service master 3 times trying to get them out to my house after a fire and each time they said theyd call me back and not once did I get a call back. After the third time of being ignored I decided to give my business to a different company and went with Servpro. I cannot reccomend them enough they immediately had someone out to assess and then began moving and cleaning my things within 2 days of that. Service Master on the other hand apparently didnt want my business.

We had a dishwasher leak. They saved my hardwood floors without tearing up my kitchen. They did an awesome job. Each technician was very professional, courteous and prompt. Thank you all for a wonderful job you did and saving my wood floors.

We had fire damage in our garage. Our insurance company sent out a crew from ServiceMaster to clean up the damage. Jill and her crew were fantastic! They cleaned every nook and cranny, wiped down everything on our shelves, every tool on the racks, and everything sitting on the floor. It was freezing at the time the men and women on her crew had such a great attitude. Everyone always cheerful, professional, friendly and aiming to please. They also wiped down the smoke damaged boards, the rafters and painted the smoke damaged areas as well. We could not have been more pleased with Jill and her crew. I recommend them highly.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life. They decided to finally deliver my reimbursement check today 9 months after the apartment fire, but didnt tell me until this morning that it wasnt going to be for the full amount. They decided to short me at the last minute. I would never reccomend using this company if you ever expect to see any sort of compensation for a flood or fire. They outsource most of your belongings so it takes forever to get them returned (the items returned may or may not be even working), but worst of all they max out your insurance claim so they see all of it and you get left with bills and no way to pay them. Shame on you!
