I wanted to take a moment to write this review about Diana Tracy and her team. Every now and then you come across someone in the service industry who goes above and beyond, and Diana Tracy is one of those people. After a devastating car accident that my 17 year was involved in and an even more traumatic experience with our insurance company, we were referred to Diane by my parents. I was able to speak with a knowledgeable, friendly and helpful person each and every time I called. Not only was the customer service impeccable, but we also found out that the coverage I had had with my prior insurance company for the last ten years was completely wrong and left us extremely vulnerable. In an age where everything is digital and could result in error, it’s nice to have a subject matter expert in your corner to talk to.

I have insured my house, cars and rental property with Diana Tracy for many many years. Unfortunately Ive had to deal with several issues relating to the rentals, as well as, a car accident (the other persons fault), a second car accident (this time my fault), and just a few days ago, with my car getting stolen. I have been with State Farm for many years now. The staff at Diana Tracys office are always helpful and responsive. Professional yet personal which is important to me.

I was insured by a broker that I trusted for 15 years. I discovered that I had been over insured increasingly as each of those 15 years progressed. My broker made great commissions while I paid high premiums for policies that featured very high deductables. I took a chance by calling this agency and asked the office manager, Ms. Doolitte, if she could see if there was any way that I might be able to pay less for my insurance policies. The results of asking that quick question were lower rates, lower deductables to pay if / when my policy coverages are needed, and THREE times State Farm has swooped in a SAVED me when my dog bit a groomer, when an uninsured hit-and-run driver caused major damage to my family auto and again when we had a flood at our offsite storage space rental. Each time my calls were quickly answered, every concern was professionally addressed, my property was returned to its before-incident state and my rates have not increased. State Farm is a huge company but I always felt as is the staff at this location were like next door neighbor, friends that stepped in to help me when in need.

Diana and her team have taken good care of us for the last year. We dont contact our insurance agent very often but when we do it is important to us. A good agent knows how to work with the insurance company itself to make things as easy as possible and that has been our experience here so far. Weve been with State Farm for about 40 years and the reality is that some agents are not as good as others, so we are happy that we found this office.

Our homeowners insurance was not renewed due to updated brush fire maps used by our former provider. Turned out to be to our benefit because Diana and Jenifer provided us with better coverage and better service at a lower cost than we were paying before!! She was our insurance agent (both home and auto) when we lived in San Diego and has continued to be our agent after we moved to Palm Springs.We think the world of her and her staff. She has never tried to push unnecessary policies on us but instead has guided us towards exactly the coverage we need.
