Absolutely recommend! The lady who did my nails was a sweetheart and they are gorgeous!! I got there a little before they closed (called the day before to see if it was okay to come in that close to closing time) they stayed till 8 to finish my nails and they look amazing! Total recommend!!!❤️

This was my first time at Spa Royal and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. They were nice and professional. As a walk in, they got me in right away. I look forward to going to them again!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I wouldnt even give this experience one star!For starters I waited over 2 hours with my 3 year old daughter to get service! I told her what I wanted, a full set of acrylic nails. She tried to glue the tips on while she was working on someone else. She hadnt buffed them or pushed the cuticle back. So I told her no I didnt want to be rushed and that I would wait. I was told I would be waiting 10 minutes. 10 minutes turned into 25. She started doing my nails. I showed her a picture for shape reference, she messed up the shape and length and I asked her to take them off completely and I was just going to leave. She refused and assured me she was going to fix them. She rushed through the process and by the time I made it home they were messed up. She also didnt clean up the glue and extra stuff along the sides, underneath, or around. My first experience was great, hence why I continued to give them a chance. Dont ever go to ANNIE!!!!!

I have the little nervous going in because it was my first time getting acrylics but spa royal was amazing they had great customer service and the guy who did my nails did amazing

Amazing pedicure! They really take their time. Manicure had a minor issue that I didn’t notice at the time I got them done, but when I did notice I messaged Momo and she got me in immediately to get it fixed! Super friendly, love it!

I called Friday to schedule an appointment for Saturday at 10am. When I got there at 9:55am I was asked to wait a few minutes (which was fine). I picked out my color and waited... and waited.. and waited... I decided to leave around 10:35 am as I had other things to do and didnt know when I would actually have gotten in. I was pretty disappointed.

Came for my 10:00 appointment and door was locked. Tried to call and no answer. Received text back saying they were running late and would be 20 more minutes. 25 minutes later they showed up. I received a couple of quick “thank you for waiting “ comments but no apology, explanation or offer for any reimbursement for my time. This will be my last time there

We got scary fun glow in the dark powder nails for Halloween! They were so nice and did a fantastic job. My five year old and I will be returning for all our nail dates! Loved it!

I wanted to get my first manicure and Im not sure where to begin with this experience. They filed so much and so hard on my nails they were burning me. When I would jump from the pain they would get irritated or laugh. They chose to put dip powder on me, because it would be better, but its not dip powder. Too many layers, nails werent straight, and they were wavy. They looked so bad I went to have them removed somewhere else. I had to soak in acetone for two hours and it still wasnt all off my nails because they embedded it into my nails. In the acetone it would turn to rubber and would dry to cement only a few seconds in the air. I paid $50 when I was told it would be $35. I recommend going to Envi if you want a manicure done.

Decent. Nail polish was icky thick and even after sitting it smeared when I left. Nice message tho. Very friendly. Ill go back

The pedicure was ok. My feet are still a little rough despite getting the callus remover. The facility was not very clean. That was my biggest concern.

If youre willing to have some patience and wait this salon does great quality work. I always make sure I call ahead to schedule an appointment (Im not sure if that actually makes a difference but it makes me feel better). Ive gotten pedicures, dip nails, and gel nails all done here. I didnt really care for the look of the dip powder but they still did a nice job with the service. My favorite part about the experience is always the hot towel and massage. The reason Im giving it 4 stars is simply because it always takes so long. I would say im typically there for 1.5-2 hours no matter the service Im getting.

My daughter and I got pedicures here and we had a very good experience. Their customer service is terrific. You can tell they work hard to please. They do a good job and are reasonably priced. You get a discount if you pay cash. We also received a card that receives stamps and then money off after so many stamps. We were happy with our experience at Spa Royal!

Alex did a wonderful job on my pedicure, one of the best Ive had. The Team there is social, likes to have fun and interact with the customers. We are moving back to the area and cant wait to come back to this salon.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in even though they were helping others. They talked to us not just to each other. Extremely nice people, they explained their services and the difference between them. Prices were very good. Will definitely go back and we encourage others to try them out.

I’ve been coming to this salon for a year now, the prices are reasonable and their work is excellent! Like other people on the reviews have said yes sometimes you have to wait to get service, they usually get a lot of customers and that’s because everyone likes their work. Overall this is my favorite place on town to get my nails and toes done! Worth the wait and the price.

Momo did a wonderful job!!

I went into spa royal today for a pedicure and acrylics. The pedicure although extremely over priced for what you get was relaxing and clean. Then I got the my acrylics, It was awful!! I just had them done and they already look like they have been growing for weeks. The station was dirty and not cleaned up after the previous client. I got the paint that has the cat eye, the color is cute but my nails aren’t painted on the sides and are see through due to not enough paint. You could tell they were rushing and my nails not look horrible and hurt. They are way to thick and look absolutely horrible! I will be taking the off tonight and never returning! 10/10 don’t recommend. Take the time to go to topeka or Wichita because this was unacceptable!

My mom and I have been twice and have been very pleased with the nice atmosphere and the friendly service. Today we had the pleasure of meeting and receiving pedicures from Alex and Travis. We were treated with respect and great pedicures. We would highly recommend this spa and these two very nice young men.

The best nail spa Ive been to ever... so clean and professional, I would recommend this spa to anyone I know. The nail extensions look and feel amazing Ive never felt more relaxed and beautiful. Definitely coming back and becoming a regular customer.

I had a positive visit. I got a pedicure & Jayson was my tech & he did a great job. The place is very clean & I really like that they use liners in the tubs where they do their pedicures. I didnt feel rushed like I do at other places.

I went to Spa Royal this Wednesday (August 28th) because I had read that they offer eyelash extensions. I was super thrilled when I found a place here in town that offered them. I walked in and was greeted by a young man and told to walk back to the room where they would do my lashes. Immediately I looked around the room and it wasnt the most sanitary looking. The lady got to work right away and I found it strange that she did not consult me or ask any questions, she had me lay down on the table and I told her I was wanting something voluminous and dramatic as I am a frequent user of false eyelashes. She wiped my eyes with this chemical and started. I never once saw her wash her hands or put on gloves, the tools she got were pulled out of this drawer and not wrapped in plastic, how NEW tools normally should come. Another red flag. She started to put on the extensions and failed to instruct me on how I need to keep my eyes or some tips as I had told her in the beginning this was my first time ever. The adhesive burned so bad it was unbearable, my eyes teared up so much but she continued to work and sounded frustrated. I was super uncomfortable and made gestures to try and get her to stop, she didnt. At one point there was a lash that fell into my eye and instead of having me rinse, she used the tool to go directly into my eye ball and remove it! Whenever we were done I was pretty sore and my eyes were really irritated. I know that there was supposed to be some discomfort but it definitely should not have been that bad. She did not give me any post care instructions, a kit, or anything to wipe my eyes or calm the irritation. My lashes felt so hard and dry, it felt like there was constantly eye boogers stuck between my lashes. They were not even what I had asked for, it seemed as if she just did what she wanted to do. I let them settle for a couple days and waited it out, decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. The next morning my eyes were crusted shut and extremely sore and watery. I wasnt sure what I needed to do so I had to personally google how to take care of my lash extensions, because the salon did not have the courtesy to do so themselves. By Friday morning (Today, August 30th) I had enough of them and decided to go to the salon as soon as they opened at 9:30am to see what they would do. I went to the back and explained and she decided to take them off, cool that was fine with me. Once again I DID NOT see her wash her hands (it was the same lady that put them on) she proceeded to use this burning chemical on my lash line and let it sit for a couple minutes. After that she began to pull the lashes out BY HAND along with my own lashes as well, this was extremely painful and extremely unsanitary as well. My eyes were on FIRE. She kept pulling them off with her hands and another tool that I dont think had been washed or sanitized as it was just out in the open. When she finished she proceeded to blame me for not knowing my body and my allergies? I had never had lash extensions done so I was not aware I was allergic to them. I asked for a refund or something that could be done and she said Oh no this is not my fault, its yours …. I was extremely upset because I tried my best to make them work and not be that customer that just wants their money back, but I felt that if the service did not work for me and I had to get them removed then I deserved a refund or at least a credit to another service? I mean to have had to pay $115 for that? There should be better care and quality of health for the customer. Sadly that was not the case, I was just blamed for being allergic to the adhesive when I really believe that if proper care and health codes were followed that I would not be experiencing this pain and discomfort. I made an emergency appointment with my eye doctor to get it looked at and I now have a bacteria infection in my eyes. I will NOT be going back here again and I will be sure to let all my friends and family know. I also plan to come in contact with the department of health over this issue.

Love coming here for my pedi and mani. I always get a full set of long acrylics, they always look perfect. Everyone here is also so nice and makes me feel welcome every single visit.

Pedicure was okay but when I got my manicure, there was no cuticle maintenance or hand lotion done. Just the nails. Nails did look good just wish more maintenance was done.

Wasn’t open until ten.Nail tech was very nice, but some nails were uneven with the shaping. Only one nail is very slightly crooked, and another doesn’t look very centered. But those are things you have to look closely for.

Everyone was so friendly. We had a group of 7 and they did a fantastic job!

Me and my friend went here to get our nails done for prom. First, our appointment was scheduled for 5:35 and we were not helped until 6:30. Our toenails were done and then we waited another hour to have our fingernails done. The lady who did mine completely rushed through my nails, didn’t shape how I wanted, and didn’t give me the colors I asked for. Neither of us asked for gel, yet they put it on anyways and we were charged an additional fee. It was very expensive and we were not given a discount even though we were there for THREE AND A HALF HOURS. We will not be going back to spa royal.

Friendly but my nails are jacked up. I wanted extra long Collin but got tapered squared. Definitely a difference. Also they are different lengths, crooked and uneven on the sides! Wont ever be back!

Nail polish was old, tech didnt use a base coat, and when I requested a base coat was ignored. Super disappointed that the service wasnt better.

Momo is the best!! I’ve bn coming to spa royal for almost 2 1/2 yrs! The customer service is the best!! I love how they greet you once you come in and especially love how momo takes her time with my nails! The other thing is if mom is that Annie is awesome as well!! Besides momo being a nail tech, she has become a friend I can go talk to, that’s how awesome this place is!

I think this is a good place sometimes they don’t have enough staff for the amount of clients they have. Sometimes they rush and their work isn’t as good as normal so I always have to be very upfront about what I don’t like and usually I go to Whitney or momo petter and Alex are good I try to stay away from Annie and the other lady they usually do not do as good as I like I don’t know the one gals name she’s a little older but she’s usually in a rush on nails it never fails. But all in all they are a very good place but they can not read minds and they are not perfect, so if you don’t like it you need to say something so they can fix it then

I made an appointment for 5 of us at 9:30 for mani and pedi at 11:30 they just finished nails which were horrible and bleeding.The nails already look like they need filled and the edges are sharp. And not enough coats. We sat and waited for pedis and left without getting our pedicures.

Terrible... I wont be going back. I took my mom here for a girls day out and the guy that did my nails did a terrible job. He didnt even use enough polish to cover my entire nail. When it came to the gel top coat he didnt place it on all of my nails. The polish was chipping the next day.
