This is a fantastic place to get a manicure and pedicure. Not to mention they also sell little goodies around the store. Tracy was my manicurist and she is absolutely delightful! We had great conversations and was in lovely time. Very professional clean and well-organized.

The employees are always friendly and they do a great job! Ive been getting pedicures here on and off for the last 10 years and I have never been disappointed.

I went in to get a Mani. I can see the grain lines on my nails after buffing. Ill probably have to re-file my edges because they werent smooth/straight and my cuticles were bloody in places. They also didnt clean under nails. They did get the clear nail polish on right though.

Had fun getting my first pedicure, the staff made me feel very comfortable

Terrible. Rushed my nails, filed them until they hurt, sliced and diced my cuticles, AND didn’t get my shape right. They are friendly as long as you get gel, but if you don’t they will rush and be sloppy. Paid $40 for my nails and i didn’t even get gel or dip!

Im not a picky person and even have wrote a review but this place rib me off and I dont want it to happen to anyone else. One crazy how they charge way more then what they posted. I got the 25$ nails ended up being 40$ they charge me for the shape the cut and she didnt even clean my hang nails or cuticles and she didnt even clean the extra nail polish she put on my skin. my nails are so bad and bumpy and not even straight

Absolutely incredible customer service and amazing results every time! I drive out of my way every time to see them because they always do incredible work! I often get crazy designs and they are always up for whatever I throw at them! This place is definitely the best in town and I’ll never go anywhere else. The quality of the store is amazing. Aside from the owner doing a poor job on my daughter’s nails, she was rude about it. We went in an hour later to quietly ask that the nails be taken off because she wasn’t happy with them. They weren’t exactly coffin shaped, they were uneven, edgy, and not very buffed. She told us it would be $10. I argued that I shouldn’t have to pay to have them remove a product I wasn’t happy with. Meanwhile, her loud rude behavior drew the attention of the whole store. She loudly told my 14 yr old daughter that she had been very patient with the both of us, not sure how since she didn’t do my nails; went on to yell at her about changing her mind on nail color, which was done prior to any color being put on the nail. Needless to say I walked out with a very upset daughter who kept her nails because she was embarrassed in front of strangers. I would probably have given them a second chance if it would’ve just been that the nails weren’t perfect. Cause one can always try another technician; but when the owner is blatantly rude to a 14 year old....I don’t think so!!

I got my nails done somewhere else in town and they messed them up. It was the day before my wedding. Went there to try to get them fixed. I was so upset. The owner told me no problem they could help me. They took my other nails off and did a French tip and only charged me 45! The owner and staff were so kind and really helped me out and saved the day! My nails were beautiful for my wedding day. They are amazing! Highly recommend!

I have trouble with my legs aching all of the time, but after the heat treatment that comes with the Royal Pedicure, my legs feel so much better! Nina, the owner, bends over backwards to ensure that her customers get what they want and need!

I went in for a pedicure last night. It was the quickest pedicure I’ve had and I do not mean that in a good way. The lady rushed through so much that she almost didn’t even scrub the dead skin off my feet until I made a comment about it and when she did she didn’t do a great job. They are worse than they were when I went in. I wouldn’t suggest this place to even my enemies.

This is a great nail salon. When you go there, youre not just another body being pushed through like at other places. They dont rush through their pedicures, they always have enough people working, and Ive had less cracking and similar problems when I get my nails done here.

The only thing that I really liked about it was the painting in the way back...I got my 12 year old sis her nails done and the price was $30 for just getting the gel done which was a lil pricey because I got mine done for just $18 at a different salon in a different state that is. I really think its annoying when they talk in there Chinese language to each other . -.- her nails came out OK but I just didnt like the white tip on top. Looked like it was off ... The place was packed but since I scheduled ahead was able to get in and get my nails done. Price was a bit high but for the work you get its worth it.

Worst experience ever, i was travling talk my husband into a pedicure and he was like i could of done that myself, 1 pedicure and I got my nails filled in $185.00 i could never rip anyone off like this, staff was so rude, hope they enjoyed that 185 i will never use nor recommend them to anyone!!!!

I went in to get my nails filled and got clear gel. She was very rough with my fingers and left it to where you can see scratches / cracks in my nails. I went back to get it fixed later that day and just had them apply a color (she was going to charge me $15 for gel when I already paid for it previously). she applied to color very very sloppy. Would NOT recommend.

I asked for a French tip but its curvy instead of straight. And all of my nails are crooked.

Felt rushed.. literally two swipes with the heel stone thing. And massage of legs. Maybe 30 seconds...

I have gone to Crystal Nails several times and always loved my pedicures, and when I came home this last time to get one, they rushed through my pedicure and you can barely tell that I have even had one, I could have painted my toes better and my feet looked terrible

My friend and I went for a pedicure and it was 15 minutes long. They barely buffed our feet and then painted our toes and that was it. After, they went and sat on their phones. I was very disappointed and will not be back.

She cut me 5 times. Will never go back!
