They are a nice small business to support staff is always nice and polite very knowledgeable and helpful.

Gave me a fair price for a complete fluid service on my truck. My truck was completed on time.

My husband has taken his cars here for several years, with no problems. They busted the end off the dipstick, claiming it is a common occurrence. Today he took his truck in to get the oil changed, and they refused to service his rig.

Great service, awesome staff and very fast. I will be doing all my vehicle oil changes here.

Super helpful, they also will let you know of any issues that they cannot fix and recommend a great place to go to get it done. They do not try to sell you stuff that you do not need and they dont sugar coat or lie. They make things gs very clear and easy to understand.

Usually have good experiences here but today not so much. The skinny brunette who welcomed me seemed like she couldnt be bothered and literally leaned against the wall the entire time. She told me I had to have my vehicle off in the 90 degree heat even though I wasnt even in their garage yet.

There was nothing wrong with my transmission until these guys got a hold of my vehicle. All the bolts on it were completely loose(they obviously loosened them) an it almost costed me thousands in damage. Its like the fast food of oil changes. Wont be coming back, Ill just do it myself.Update: says they would refuse service in he future. I clearly remember saying I wont be coming back ever hard to refuse service to those who dont want it.

Too expensive for an oil change

Quick, efficient, and not overly pushy to get an upsell. Initially told me I would have to wait 30-45 minutes to even make it into a bay, but ended up getting me in, out, and on my way in less than that.

I had the oil changed at Lube One while visiting from Colorado. When I went to my dealer for my next oil change, the drain plug was seized. The mechanics at Lube One were the last ones to have touched the oil pan. I had to have the oil pan replaced and it cost me about $1850. I talked to the manager at Lube One, Dion Parra, and he said I would have to take him to small claims court. He said they will not accept responsibility unless court-ordered to do so.

Basic oil change. It seems that tire rotation and other services usually performed elsewhere are not done. Super busy.
