I dont usually write reviews, but I have to write one this time. I trusted these guys to change oil in my car. They damaged the bolts that cover and protect the oil tank and did not say a word to me. It wasnt until the piece started to drag on the ground and until I went to change my oil again at a different place this time, where they almost did not change my oil due to the damages caused by Commercial Tire in Emmett. My car is only 3 years old and already damaged by people who I trusted to take care of a simple oil change. They were not even stand up guys enough to admit a mistake and correct their mistake. Please, do not go to them, or check their work after they are done.

I had the pleasure of working with Josh and Alex both, they both care and want to make sure you are safe on the road! I had a tire sensor that broke and a screw in another tire. Their price was WAY less than what I was quoted at Schwabs.

I was dissapointed when after getting new tires and even bought the upgraded warranty that commercial tire doesnt include free lifetime tire reblancing! I have always had this feature when getting tires at any other place I have been, why would this be different Be careful. Withought free rebalancing your essentially spending $100s of extra dollars with the life of the tire.

Bought new tires from Commercial Tire was notified my passenger side control arm need replaced immediately and have it aligned, and that location did not have the capacity to do that part. replaced control arm & made anappointment at the Nampa location. Within a month or so I noticed drifting again, went back to the Nampa location had it was corrected... less than a month later it was worse than previous times. Being in the process of moving I chose to make an appointment at the Emmett location. To have the alignment done yet again as well as have the rotors and brakes done. Joshua, the manager called 2 tell me my driver side control arm and ball joint were bad. ( they were at 80% /- 2 1/2 months earlier) and needed to be replaced immediately. After discussing my 2 previous visits he got in touch with the other location and worked his magic. To which they agreed to be charged for the parts and labor.He saved the company from losing me as a customer by resolving my issue with courtesy and professionalism.I will continue to recommend Commercial Tire. (With exception of the one location) thank you so much! I do appreciate your exceptional service :)

It is unusual in today’s world to find service businesses that take the time and make the effort to ensure the customer really understands the problem and the process necessary to correct it. Josh and Isaiah did... going above the call of duty to regularly update me as parts were ordered, received and installed, and making sure all repairs were done to the highest standard possible. All of the employees at this Emmett branch of Commercial Tires with whom I interacted were very friendly, helpful and respectful. My recommendation is 100% positive.

My daughter took my truck to Josh at Commercial Tire in Emmett today because he was recommended by Doug at Old West Construction. The brakes & rotors were so worn by our recent cross-country trip that they were unsafe. They dropped what they were doing & fixed my truck because they didnt want her to drive it until it was fixed. They even did the work for a little less than the estimate AND gave us a military discount! Theyll be getting all my business from now on.

I live in Meridian, but this is the only place I go to for my two Dodge Caravans (and for the two I had before these). Josh has assembled a great crew here. As a Dodge Certified expert, Shane can diagnose and fix my vehicles faster and more efficiently than anywhere else. Isaiah always make sure I get the right products with the best customer service. I can’t recommend this place enough. They look out for their customers.

I had a tire with a slow leak. I went in without an appointment, they got my car in quickly, fixed the nail damage and put me back on the road. After all of this they refused to let me pay them! I have been a long time customer, but this is a new car and tires were not purchased at Commercial Tire. It didn’t matter...they wouldn’t take a payment for the work. I highly recommend them.

I love the fact that I can take my car in whenever I feel that its having problems and they will look at it. You dont have to make an appointment just drop in and they will do their best to fix it right then. If you do have to bring it back they are really good about getting that appointment made and making you feel like you are priority. I will continue bringing my car to them even when I get a new car!!

I hit a rock on route 55 at 11:30 in the evening and my tire popped. Five minutes after I pulled off the highway, Cody from Commercial tire here pulled in behind me and help me put my spare on and even inflated it for me with his service truck. He told me he was just on the way home from work and refused any reward. Hes a class act and saved my trip.

The guys at Commercial Tire in Emmett have helped us out on many occasions. Tires for our car. Tires for our lawn tractor. Oil changes at a super price. They honored a tire warranty even though we did not exactly meet the conditions of the warranty. The service is fast and friendly.

The Commercial Tire in Emmett is great. I would highly recommend them over Les Schwab down the street any day. They dont try to sell you parts you dont need. They arent trying to increase sales by telling you several things are wrong or bad when its only just 1 or 2 items that need repairs or replaced.

My son was working in Emmett when he noticed that he had a nail in his tire. Being a momma bear, I couldnt let him drive around like that! I called Commercial Tire in Emmett and talked to Isiah. After talking to Isiah, I texted my son and told him to get the car to Comnercial Tire and to ask for Isiah. They set my son up with new tires and we got a great price. Now Im not in a panic. Thank you, Isiah, for being you and taking care of my son. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Ive been in here a handful of times. Good service, never had to wait longer then they said. They usually beat les schwab by $100 or more if youre buying a set of 4 tires.
