They are really well behaved with a gentle service with fast service. They took only 1hour to give back my original mileage in the ODOMETER on my honda pilot 2012 . With $250 They offered me restrooms and drinking water facilities. I was very pleased with their manner . Thank you so much guys .

Easy and pleasant contact, drop-off of car instrument cluster and interaction with owner and techs. They are more then willing to assist with removal and installation of instrument cluster. I was able to wait for repair, being accommodated in between other clients and repairs. The tech welcomed my being present to confirm that my gas gauge was malfunctioning, while repair was being made, I was shown what needed to be done...a truly time consuming process. At end after repair and before completely assembled...I was present to confirm repair being complete and the gauge repaired. SAVED $$$$$ and truly recommend to talk to before going to the dealer.

After over 1 month of having my instrument cluster on my GMC act wonky, and countless mechanics tell me I needed to order a new one from the dealer at the cost of over 800$ I was desperate to find a better solution, a Google search turned up Eastern Electronics and Im so glad it did! These men are so nice, they are polite. They are professional. They had my cluster out and fixed and back in my truck in just about an hour and the price was WAY less than the $800+ I kept being quoted. I have been telling every mechanic about them and will never have a bad word to say.

I can’t stress enough how good of a business this is. I initially went there with my odometer still installed in my car, so make sure yours is uninstalled from your car, and don’t make my mistake. Very professional and reasonably priced, these guys will take care of your gauge cluster related issues in a reasonable time frame. I will definitely be returning if I happen to have any other gauge cluster related issues.

I got a great recommendation from a friend and he was right! Mailed my Ranger’s cluster on Wednesday and received it back in the mail on Friday in time for the garage to install it before the weekend.

Listen I called early this morning and i had some chaos to do. I finish and i respectfully call them and i was on my way. It took me one hour and six minute with traffic. I traveled to there location. They fixed two instrument clusters for me while I waited. They even recommended a spot for lunch while I was waiting for the 2nd instrument cluster. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable. Quick turnaround and they have a big assortment of parts and equipment. Drop off pickup, while you wait, and shipping service available. In the rare case a micro goes bad and they cant fix it, they usually have spares to sell. You wont be disappointed. They have excellent customer service. Their prices are extremely reasonable.

Repaired my 2012 Hyundai Accent instrument cluster for a FRACTION of the cost a dealership wanted to charge me! Actually, the lousy dealership wouldnt even consider repairing it...only replace...for over $1,000 :( These guys spent a few hours on it & its now working perfectly. I had brought in a Honda motorcycle digital speedometer of which I had broken the glass trying to repair it myself and a brand new unit I needed to install. Theo had Originally told me hed look at it within 3 days but after 2 days was on my way . He Was able To perform the surgery of removing the old dominator memory module off the old unit solder it into new one and reinstall the new glass and crimp ring. It is unfortunate in society today that we tend to throw things away and not fix stuff like my father used to do with vacuum tube amplifiers, radio Crystals and TVs but I can always tell a good mechanic by what he has in his shop. If there is a need for anybody to get a speedometer , tachometer, the fuel gauge lights anything on your dashboard fixed this man can do it. There arent a lot of outfits that perform this service either. Thank you Theo.

Better than what I expected!The guys there are very professional. They work miracles too. I went with my Pathfinder with a problem with the fuel gauge. The owner is so experienced that even before I told him what was wrong, he already knew it! that gave a lot of me confidence. The work was done in a matter of minutes and at a very low cost compared to the dealer!Do not hesitate!

This place is a good place to get your odometer cluster repaired well worth the 2 hr drive I had a 98 acura RL cluster going bad on my RL everywhere I called alot of places said they cannot serivce it but Eastern Electronics had took care of me and was very friendly and knowledgeable and the only place that had the resources and parts that was neeeded to replace my 98 RL odometer cluster. If you are experiencing odometer cluster problems please go to Eastern Electronics these men are the real deal.

I sent them an instrument cluster. They went over the circuit board for several (8) hours and could not diagnose the problem. Re-soldered all of the circuit boards. Sometimes that just happens. They did not charge me for any work and were completely honest throughout the entire process. They were very helpful in assisting me find another cluster where I did not killed by pricing. 100% I will use these guys again.

It wasnt about trying to sell me something I didnt need infact he told me I didnt need the cluster I thought I did (the dealership had told me I did). So I tried looking for so many repair shops in NY and kept getting declined for some reason, even my personal mechanic told me he couldn’t help me with my situation. So I googled “cluster repair” and boom! This guy shop pops up, so I checked out the reviews and it seemed pretty good to me. I called the number that was listed on google and I believe a gentleman by the name of Tudor? Answered. I asked him a couple of questions and he told me “I can repair any cluster or duplicate the mileage on to the new cluster” I said “excellent, see you in a hour” I went there spoke to him gave him my cluster and he basically duplicated it under 5 minutes! I was freaking shocked like woah! He showed me some algorithms that are on the cluster and how to read for mileage which I found impressive. He then verified that the mileage was correct on the new cluster by powering it through some wire that was connected to an outlit, I can honestly say he’s very knowledgeable, paitent and has excellent customer service skills. Also his payment methods are awesome! I didn’t have cash which he accepts but he also accepts credit/debit and PayPal amoung others. They only do car stereo, doesnt say it in googke so i drove almostvan hour for nothing.

I went there with my Chevrolet Tahoe 03 my speedometer was dead nothing was working at all, they took out the dashboard, and fixed the busted speedometer, oil pressure gauge, gas gauge, dead gear indicator, replaced all the light bulbs which took them only 30 minutes. They can also transfer your old speedometer informations into a new one. I recommend this place to everyone great customer service

And super nice people! Highly recommended!

This guy is the best to do it. I have a 2003 Volvo V70 wagon and my cluster was completely dead. I took it to BBA REMAN and they werent able to fix the problem. I called up my friend here and took the 2 hour drive and he fixed my car within a days turn around time. I was driving myself crazy thinking the problem couldnt get fixed and this guy saved the day. Do not waste your time going to the dealer or any other place. This $400 was well worth it and hes a very nice guy thats willing to work with you.He will see me again definitely. Thanks!

These people are CRAFTSMEN. I had an instrument cluster to a 2002 Suburban that was giving me intermittent problems. The odometer would go out and then reappear, but mostly go out. I spoke to Theo Zara and he assured me this was a common problem and one that he and his staff repaired regularly and predictably. The dealer wanted almost $700 to fix this and at least 2 days, But I made an appointment with Theo Zara and in one less than 2 hours he and his staff dismantled the dash, repaired the cluster and got me on the road again for a little over $200. I cant say if you will have the same experience, but I had an excellent experience. He told me he gets instrument clusters shipped to him from all over the country from Chevys and Fords to Mercedes and BMW. Totally satisfied - J. Lou- I. Paramus NJ

My dash went out on 03 xc90 dealer said $1200.plus $60 for softwear and may take 1 -2 weeks I found this place online gave them a call i was able to drive from stamford ct to new jersey and got it fixed for $350 and it was done in less than 1 hour !!!!! the owner THEO is the truth he did exactly as he said he would i highly recommend this owner and shop EASTERN ELECTRONICS THEY ARE HONEST AND RELIABLE

I got my 2004 Nissan Quest odometer screen fix in 90 mins and save hundreds of dollars. The service was great and I was a walk-in. I will definitely recommend Eastern to anyone that needs it.

He charged me $200 just for diagnostic of cluster. Got back refund 3 days after because we agreed that part will be repaired not diagnosed. I have been called stupid because I cannot diagnose it myself. Very bad experience. Don’t recommend to anybody.

03 chevrolet avalanche with the common gauge cluster problem. brought my truck to theo and him and his staff removed the entire cluster from my truck showed me exactly what was wrong with it and basically rebuilt my entire cluster. now everything works perfect and is just like brand new. theo and his staff were very knowledgeable and did quality professional work in a timely manner. i highly recommend them for any vehicle related electronics issues. thanks again theo.
