Bad experience from the start! I called to reserve the car for a specific day, (they already had all my information from my previous call couple days earlier). My insurance also was in contact with them from the start. Female that answered the phone was unprofessional and rude. She was too lazy to hear the reason of my call. She put me on hold and connected me to the call center in Minnesota!!! where again I had to provide them with all the information that Elmwood Park location already have on file.It is sad that some people get paid to work and dont want to do their job!VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LAZY!!!

Horrible place to rent a car!. They stole 90. From me! I waited 40 mins for my car and only 1 customers was before me. I had an appointment. I picked up the car for my daughter who had to work that day. I told the girl it was for my daughter and Iwould not be driving the car only her. When we returned the car the peraon said we r being charged 15.00 a day for multi drivers. How is ONLY MY DAUGHTER will be driving the car multi drivers to this person/place. So i had to pay 90. MORE for only 1 person driving this car. Never got any paper work never was told anything about multi drivers extra charge. Which wasnt our case even those this place charged us any way. Horrible to charge people for things that dont apply to them.. very disappointed. Never again with this company and I will let everyone I know not to use enterprise. 90. Was stollen from me by these people.

Very disappointed on the return service!! I returned a car and asked about renting another car and If there are any deals?The Man stated go to Costco and check it out They might have some deals there,I was trying to inquire about renting a car that same day, And he stated I usually dont work here this is my first time here, He acted like he did not care about me at all or making a rental agreement with me. I asked about keeping the same car and he said I dont know because I usually dont work here!He acted like he wanted to give me out of there so fast ,so I just left...

Very disappointed. I did not recover the deposit, invoice with errors where my car was repaired, instead of stating that it was reported by a Hyundai dealer, they entered auto repair service Teds. I have been fighting with them for 2 weeks to get my deposit money back and to issue the invoice correctly because I have to send it to Hyundai claim. they take it lightly So I will arrange it by a lawyer. scammers

Good service at this location. We called for a reservation and spoke to someone off site. We then received a call back from someone at the location to arrange a pick up. When we said we didnt want to pay as much as quoted they found us a better deal. We needed a flexible drop off date and they were fine with that. Very helpful and friendly.

The folks at this Enterprise where amazing!! They helped me out with a very complicated situation. I had two accidents with different insurance companies and different rental agreements. It started out as a huge problem with Hertz but Enterprise stepped in and made it so easy for me! They are willing to help you work things out, they are friendly and professional. They actually cared about helping me with the situation I found myself in! I will give them all of my rental business from this point on! Thank you so much for making my life easier!

Rental was dirty, smelled like something was rotted in the back, plates were expired and the wind shield fluid light was on. Bad experience.

I was very pleased with the service that Jamal provided. He was my sales agent. His customer service was GREAT. He was friendly, very respectful and customer oriented. He picked me and a few of my colleagues up and dropped us off once we returned the vehicles. Keep up the great work Jamal!

100% best customer service I have ever had at a car rental place.We were a little late and they gave our vehicle to someone else. They allowed us to keep the same rate and gave us a truck instead. The vehicle representative (Jamal) was extremely friendly and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for our trip. I fully recommend going to this rental car location.

The agent was very friendly and courteous and the rates for a full week rental was very reasonable. I was somewhat disappointed that the vehicle itself had a strong odor of stale cigarette smoke. I didnt have time to try and exchange the car so I dont know if that was even possible. Otherwise great service and reasonable rates.

My reservation accidentally got canceled the week of Thanksgiving when they were completely sold out. Ron and Wes still managed to get me a car. Outstanding customer service. My insurance sent me to their competitor H and they had a bad attitude, lazy, not caring and lastly a dirty car and did not explain anything to me. I had it for a day since I needed the car right away but I returned it the next day and came here.Here I talked to Steve Castillo who took his time to answer any questions I had and was patient and friendly. I know it was close to the end of the day but still cared. I had my insurance transfer the payment here and picked up a vehicle.The Hundai Santa Fe SUV was clean inside / out, had low miles and had a full tank of gas.Before leaving he explained everything and made sure I did not have any more questions.When I came back and returned the vehicle, it was fast, they checked if there was a full tank as well and if the vehicle was returned in the same conditions.Once that was done a driver took me to the shop and I am happy with this place.

Dumbest enterprise I’ve ever been to. Most unprofessional car rental place I’ve experienced. One they did not match the value of my car. Two they give me an already loose key that had broke on me inside the ignition. Brought it back and the guy said we didn’t have to pay because it was already loose. Did not mention anything about using toll ways. Ended up getting a bill for 100 dollars for the broken key WHICH THEY SAID I WOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY. People that work there obviously do not know what they are doing nor care about their job enough to understand it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED NOT COMING HERE EVER. Place is a joke

Did not have a bad experience, but the car I was given was very dirty on the inside and the tires need to be replaced. Other than that the service was good and the staff was very friendly.

Usually when customer get upgrades, theyre happy. Not in my case. I made reservation for wednesday. I went there and i was told that they only have two cars available, the pick up truck and minivan-KIA. I dont have 3 kids and i dont want to look like i have 3 kids. Im 411 and 110 lbs so choosing a pick up truck is a big joke. I really need a car so i went with minivan. The next day i called them that the side door was making weird sound when closing it and theres a rattling sound when im driving it. I told the associate that i dont feel safe using it. The associate said to return it the next day. I called the next morning and they didnt have it ready until 4 pm. I said i will pick it up friday morning since I dont get off at work til 10 pm. They didnt have it available either. I just returned the MINIVAN Saturday. Enterprise is a big car rental company and i expect more from them.. if they would have told me that they didnt have it available for that day i could had chosen another car rental company than going through all this!

Worst experience ever.I was supposed to return the car as my car got fixed,called the office to tell I am running 10 min late,as I got stuck in a horrible traffic and I live in suburbs.They were closing at 12 P.M.The guy Jeremy picked up the phone,he said he is the manager,he refused at first to wait for 10 min,then when I started asking him he said ok and said to call him when I am 5 min away.I did so,noone picked up the phone of course.I came at 12.08,everything was closed.I am sure he did it on purpose.He sucks at being a manager and enterprise should not hire and have people like those working for their company.
