Martha is an excellent stylist. She is always professional and knows how to cut curly hair. I would recommend her to other family members and friends.

Pretty quick, I believe this branch have the nicest staff! Ask for Vania when go there, of course the other staff is good too but I have only let Vania cut my hair till now. She is very polite and quick with what she does, ask you for your minor inputs on how u want it to be and everything. Overall 9/10 ⭐

Heather cut my hair this afternoon. She was friendly, happy, and she listened. I showed her a picture, and she enhanced the look I wanted. That first chop of dry brittle hair felt SO GOOD!Shop was very clean.

Talk about a hack job, never again would I give the lady that did my hair a pair of scissors. She had an attitude and acted like my being there was an inconvenience to work. So unprofessional.

Great place for a great hair cut and when they did beard trims, the manager and stylists are so energetic and always happy and they make a lot of people look great and they are the best ive been going there for 5 years and always got what i asked for. Also the products are even great too and they have great deals. I recommend going here all the time for a cut.

I have gone here twice and both times ive been very unhappy. The first time, I asked for a trim and layering. This is the mess I ended up with. It was awful and impossible to manage. I returned and got it fixed the next day. I gave it another chance after the first time, against my better judgement. I just wanted a simple trim, but it was still awful. Although its literally right down the street, Id rather drive a few miles away than come back here.

I brought my soon to be 2 year old son for his first haircut on 10/19 (called ahead and checked if she cuts children and she said yes) and he got the worst haircut ever! I am sorry but I do not plan to bring my business to that skinny Asian person ever again. So so disappointed for a first cut....:-(

When my local barber went Chic it was time for a change. Stopped by on a late Monday morning to give them a try. Heather and Vickie were phenomenal. Heather took her time and worked around some technical issues. Very happy with the results. Theyve earned my business, They are my new go to for now on. A+

I drive from Midland Park NJ to Elmwood Park NJ Supercuts just to have the hair cut I love. Dana cuts my hair. She is a natural and to me is very talented. So I go when she is working. I always leave satisfied. Hair cut is a very personal experience and just like anything else choosing the person that will give you the best experience is important. Having a hair cut that you do NOT like can certainly help to make you feel terrible. So no matter where someone goes it is not only the end result that is important, but also taking the responsibility to find a person that can give you as close to as possible the best experience. Remember nothing or no one can be perfect all the time. Dane gives me the hair cut I love by us communicating back and fort, checking in with me to make sure she is doing what I would like to experience.So remember when you go to any place take some responsibility to guide even an expert as to what you would like to experience. This is key to loving what you are experiencing. Plus Supercuts prices is one of the least expensive hair salons, so I would not think that all the stylist/hair cutters would be great. Sometimes you can get what you pay for.I have gone to hair salons that charge me $85 to cut my hair and all my experiences no matter how I try to guide the person ended up horrible.This is my personal view.

Im getting annoyed with this place. They charge me different prices each time I get a haircut. Not sure if its this particular girl, but this time she charge me $18 for a regular 10 minute hair cut. Nothing special. I checked Supercuts pricing online and the price was supposed to be $16.50. I know its not a whole lot, but its simply annoying and uncalled for.

Walked into this particular Supercuts yesterday for a simple wash, cut, and blow dry. I requested for my ends to be cut which was done, however, the stylist Brianna barely cut anything off. My ends still look damaged and could have been cut more. NOW the blow dry was the absolute worst blow dry I have ever gotten in my entire life. I never experienced a bad blow dry until YESTERDAY. While blow drying, the brush did not go through my hair smoothly at all. She was tugging my hair so hard that I knew it was going to be absolutely horrible after. Not to mention I had the tiniest knot in my hair and she was yanking it as if she was starting a lawnmower up. After it was complete.. honestly I was flabbergasted. I am not picky at all when it comes to my hair or anything but the job was so bad. My hair was not straight whatsoever, huge & frizzy. I had to redo it the moment I got home.

Unfortunately I have to share my negative experience, which I did not expect after going here for 6-months. The person who cut my hair should not be working in this profession. They were terrible at following my instructions on cutting my hair and worse, it took two other employees to step in and try to resolve the botched job. The manager on duty was patronizing in how she tried to resolve it even though I was just explaining why I was upset. So sad that brands like this dont have tighter processes to ensure employees are properly trained before working with the public.

Booked a hair cut for 2 people and both people on staff were able to deliver- a very solid experience over all with all the right questions asked for someone like me who doesn’t know what they want initially.

STAY AWAY FROM HEATHER AND ANITRA. Boyfriend went for a trim, got his hair cut by Anitra and came back with a high top (300 lb Jewish guy with a high top-it was horrifying). Went back to get it corrected by Heather and the lower half of his head shaved off completely like a European hipster. I didnt know a mens trim could go so bad. Please beware.

I went here to just have my hair blown out. The hairdresser they gave me I think just graduated that day, because she didn’t know what she was doing! So the other girl took over a used a curling iron on my hair, which made me look like a poodle. The worst is art, they charged me $38! Never, never again! Actually one star is too kind!

I went to get a blow out and when the girl was done it looked as if I just woke up... She was very nice but did not do a great job. She pull as if she was pulling on a doll. She left my roots waivy and she did not or were not able to leave the front how I wanted it. When she was done she asked if I wanted anything on my hair, I asked if she can apply antifreeze and she told me they dont provide that. A hair salon without antifreeze ok. I also took my 3year old son to get a cut. As I place him on the chair to get his cut the other lady was washing my hair. By the time my hair was washed he was done. I was like what I normally take him to Morali barber and they take their sweet time with him to assure his cut is sharp but on Saturday they were booked nd I had to go here. I have a few places I go to for my hair but I figured I give them a try being that I already was there with my son but I dont think I will ever go again. I normally pay $25 for blowdry with washed and here they charged me $25 just to blow dry and $7 for washed and thats because my hair is short. The places I normally go to is always $25 including washed with short or long hair. And paying is not an issue. I wont mind paying whatever they charge if they did a great job but to pay for something you not happy about it hurts. (We both had two different ladies and I was not happy with neither of them)

I have gone to this place twice and both times I have been disappointed. The first haircut was aweful, but I figured the lady wasnt that good. So I gave it a second try with another person and it was worse! I wondered why this quality of service was allowed in such a large and successful company. I later found out that the workers at Supercuts get paid by the number of haircuts, so they try to minimize the time they take to cut your hair. They also hire the newbies, since those are less expensive for the corporation. And in top of that, you are paying them to hear their sales pitch for all of their products. My advice, get your haircut in a local barbershop. There are a bunch of them to pick. Its relatively unexpensive and the quality of the haircut is significantly better.

I waited out in the cold for ten minutes for this salon to open. It opened late. I checked in at 10 am on the dot. It’s impossible to check in before the salon opens as the app reads ‘call salonl’ rather than ‘check in. Then when they finally opened she took a man who had arrived after me and was standing behind me, in first! Saying he was there first! Even though I said nothing she accused me of checking in while I was standing outside. Um, isn’t that what the app is for? Very rude person. Snippy and nasty.

HORRIBLE cut. How supercuts is in business is mind blowing. the hair dressers here SUCK.Update as of 7/12/2015. I had to take the next step and contact Regis, which is the parent company for Shittycuts. I have been waiting 2 days for the regional manager to call me back. YES, my haircut is THIS bad that i had no choice but to contact the hire ups. I need to have extensions in order to fix my botched haircut and i am not paying a dime out of my pocket. I will update this soon i am sure. Too bad i cannot post pictures...
