Had a really great experience here. Blew a tire and barely made it to this location without needing towed. Originally was not going to get my car taken care of until the next morning but they knocked it out for us anyway same day. Great customer service! Will be back.

I went to this store because my engine light came on while I was at work and even though they were busy they let me leave my car there and fixed it while I was at work, I highly recommend this location, they are extremely friendly and professional.

This will forever be my store and all though I do not live super close there is nothing like it everyone that I have came in contact with are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Would not go again and they serviced several of my Vehicles. Went in late(10 minutes) and they had me wait for five days and sent me home. I noticed on my second visit, a gentleman came in after me got in before me and left before me. He got tires and me oil change which cost $115.00. nothing extra and never pd so much for just an oil change. Never again.

Blows the conoetition out of the water. In and out with no up-selling or pandering. Super transparent; they explained everything they were doing. Could not have been easier. This is my new go-to for car care.

Good service and quick in and out

I’d give them zero stars. They switched out the wheels and did not remove the tire pressure sensors from the old wheels to put them on the replacement wheels. Common sense or something they should have at least considered to ask the customer about during the process. Manager was extremely rude when confronted about this, completely unwilling to go into detail about what was completed during the service, and claiming he didn’t even know if they did change out the wheels at all. Outrageous. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Oil change coupon makes this the cheapest oil change in town

CONSUMER ALERT!! BAIT AND SWITCH!! I bought tires from tire rack. NTB in Ellisville were listed as preferred installer. I had the tires shipped to them directly. When I went to get them installed they quoted hourly rate to install tires rather than prices posted on tire rack’s website. I called tire rack who stated that as a preferred installer they should only charge installation cost agreed upon. Tire rack quoted ~$87 when I bought tires. NTB charged ~$140. Didn’t want to argue with NTB employees as they were stand-offish. Called tire rack who will refund the difference per their price pledge policy with their preferred installers. I will never use NTB in Ellisville again. Maybe tire rack will take them off as a preferred installer.

I am always greeted as soon as I come in the door. The team always works together to complete the job quickly and efficient. I could tell that they were short staffed due to how busy they were... they told me that it may take a little longer than normal, and I was prepared to wait, but they ended up finishing in less than an hour! This place is a joke and the people that work there. We bought tires there and shortly after we purchased the tires they began to lose air. I took the car in to have the tires looked at they told me I had to drop the car off for the day. They couldn’t even take the time to look at the tires. I’ll never buy tires or anything from that place again.

I went in there to have my car looked at for multiple things and the price they gave me was an unbelievable great price, they jumped right on it and 7 hours later it was like driving a new used car. Jacob the mechanic was awesome thoughtful and caring and explain everything to me as he went along, he worked his butt off. Kudos to him. The manager Chad was also as impressive, he took the time to explain everything to me before they started. I would recommend this NTB to everyone no matter how far you have to drive.

Ive brought my cars to this NTB for various services over the years, and receive friendly service along with quality work each time. My visit on Saturday, 8/10 was the first in quite some time and the first ever with this particular car, but that didnt stop Zach and the team from providing great service. What started as a simple brake inspection became replacing my pads and rotors, not because I was being sold something I didnt need, but because the team wanted to help me keep my vehicle maintained properly. I know this NTB will continue to do so for me.

One of the few car service places I trust.I made an appointment this week to get help for an occasional vibration felt in the steering wheel. NTB rotated and re-balanced all four wheels for a fair price. They also checked the alignment and looked over the car for free.They did not pressure me with up-sells and cross-sells. Just good, honest feedback of what they found.

Funny group of guys. Mechanics take their job seriously as far as I saw but they are overall great guys that are fun! I love an atmosphere like that. Took my spouses car up to get an alignment after he just had two back to back car wrecks and his wheel was shaking so bad at 60 mph. It is now a smoooooth ride.

The place I get my oil changed recommended NTB to me.Had 2 new tires put in and asked them to check a rear tire for me before I decided to replace it. It had a slow leak for over a year that Dobbs Tire place said they fixed, then I had to go back again and they couldnt find a problem! Was very happy with NTB and plan on going there from now on! Didn’t appreciate the guy’s attitude. I came in for oil change that said $25 online with tire rotation. He was trying to charge me $20 for the rotation when it’s included. He tried upselling me on things I didn’t need. I just got the car a couple months ago too. He went on to tell me what “you shouldn’t do this and that to your car.” I just didn’t appreciate his attitude at all. I won’t be back. Once is enough for me to not go back. I believe his name was Zach Ebert. Avoid this guy.

Ive gotten tires here a couple of times and my oil changed several times. Very friendly, no BS trying to oversell. I have had a little work done here. I found these guys to be priced reasonable and pretty honest. I prefer getting tires here than anywhere else in STL.

Took over two hours to do a basic warranty repair on a tire that was losing pressure. Scheduled the appointment a week prior. No reason it should take that long to patch a tire leak, especially when I had a scheduled appointment. I could have had walk in service done in that amount of time at most places. Staff was friendly enough and they did fix the issue but it took far too long to get me in and out.

Great service management was very helpful to my needs and explained my cars issues so I new just what was going on. Then fixed my problem in a timely manner. Will go back and will refer them to everyone. Thank you

Had a slow leak and dropped my car off before they opened and they had it repaired in a couple of hours. And since I bought the tires there it was a free fix. Great staff.

I took my truck to the Ballwin NTB for an alignment. The alignment is actually okay BUT when I picked my truck up, whoever parked it drove it up on the curb and just backed it off ripping half of my bumper off. No one said anything to me when I picked it up. I went back in to complain and the guy wasnt very sorry but he did pull my truck back in and reattached the bumper. I sent an e-mail and the next day the manager called wanting me to bring it back up there for him to look at. So instead I decided to have a professional look at it. The guy at the auto body shop said he could tell just by looking at it that it was messed up because there was a gap on the side they ripped off. He gave me an estimate of like $100 for the part and installation. I decided $100 isnt worth the headache because Im sure the manager would have said it was not their problem. Definitely will never take any of my vehicles there again!

This NTB has the Best Team of Mechanics. Automotive Professionals.I received a better price on tires then walmart. I was able to get a set of tires and wheel alignment for a great price. I bought the tires and when they went to install them they noticed some serious safety issues. They fixed the issues and now Im on the road again!

Service speed is okay, pricing is a little high. They did a good job swapping out the tires, but they screwed up while aligning my wheels. Fairly reliable. Staff are fine.

How did a $19.99 oil change and filter turn into a $59 tab??? NTB upsold my poor husband on a new air filter and charged $23 ($9.99 on web or autozone). Then it insisted it had to add a 6th qt of oil to the car for $4 because it was needed even though the coupon said up to 5 qts of oil. I could have easily topped it off at home. Add to this disposal and supply fees and there you have it. Thank goodness my husband checked with me when NTB said it needed to replace my tires (!). Not on your life! Last time for NTB...it isnt the business it used to be.

I visited NTB Ellisville one day I was having car trouble, and I’m glad I did. I didn’t have an appointment, I didn’t call ahead, but the men behind the counter were happy to see me anyway. I explained what my troubles were, and they quickly got my car into the shop and onto the rack for their trusted mechanics to look at it. After being directed to their cozy waiting room, I sat comfortably with complimentary cup of coffee and watched tv in between glancing at the progress on my car through the window. Whenever my car was ready to go back on the road, Chad and Dillon were happy to explain the diagnosis and resolution of my issues. They answered all my questions in a very clear, calm, friendly manner. I strongly recommend these gentlemen for all your automotive needs. I know I won’t go anywhere else after the excellent service I received.

I bought tires there several years ago and I can pull in any time of day to have pressure checked and tires properly inflated for free. They even fixed a leaky valve stem for free!

This is the kind of place that gives auto repair shops a bad reputation. They are unethical and do not take responsibility for their actions. If you ask the store manager for assistance with an issue such as damage to your vehicle, he will just say that everything is double-checked and it couldnt be their fault.

Went to get wheel rim sanded down to better seal with my tire. NTB claimed tire was no good, and 3 of the tires were bald. Ordered 4 tires, asked them to sand down rims to ensure a good seal with the tires. Got the 4 new tires installed, but the next morning was pulling out of my garage and one of the new tires was completely flat due to a poor seal with the rim. Had to get out of my work clothes, put the donut on, drive out to NTB and have then sand down the rim (unclear whether they just didnt do a good job sanding down the rim originally, or just didnt do it originally as this was my initial need). After all this, they gave me a minor discount, but they still charged me for the mounting, balancing, and road hazard (while many other establishments include this with the purchase of the tires). Unbelievably disappointing customer service when considering all the above. Ill never go to NTB again.

I made an appt on Friday the 5th of Jan 2018 for 3:30 for an oil.change. we dropped the car off the night before to allow them to have the vehicle all day.We came to pick the vehicle off on the 5th in the evening. When i told them i was there to pick up my vehicle one of the workers asked who had filled out the ticket. One of the associates said that he had been late that day and did not check the drop box. When they did check it they tried to place the blame on me for not filling out a ticket to explain what neeed to be done. I explained that they had all of my information yet i did not receive a call. Needless to say they had the vehicle all day and.did not do the oil change.I am back today 1-8-18 and i am waiting for it this time. No apptAnd was told it would be hours! So far its been two hours and they just pulled my car in.Have had 5 vehicles serviced here for years. Really considering if they truly value my business. No.discounts were offered.

I went to the NTB in Ellisville tonight, because I thought I got a coupon for a $20 oil change at a local grocery store. I stated on the phone I wanted a $20 oil change. When I went to check out they tried to charge me $60 dollars. When I asked why I was told because I wanted highmilage synthetic oil I did not say for that and I was told I did not have s coupon that was the every day price. I usually change my own oil and know that there is not that much of a price difference. My driver side window was left down when they were finished the vehicle was sitting in the parking lot which is by Manchester road. I had dropped my vehicle off so somebody could have stolen items out of my vehicle. The person at the counter did take $20 off but I still feel ripped off. I normally change my own oil but due to recent arm surgery I can not at this time. Also there was so much oil dropped on my manifold and exhaust the stench of burning oil was horrible. Very sloppy Job I have changed my own oil many times and NEVER had theses issues, will not go here again beware of thier coupon price switch scam

I hate the fact that I bought my tires at Ballwin NTB. I came today 12-30-15 for an oil change and my free rotate and balance. I had an 830am appointment that I made online the afternoon the day before. I called the evening before to confirm appointment and services needed. I dropped off at the specified time. He gave me no indication of how long it would take. I went home and at 3pm I called and checked status. I was told it had been done all day brother, no one called you? Um. No. I picked up by 3:45pm. I did not recieve an oil change reminder sticker in the window. They did not rotate the tires as I had marked them, which i always do. So to recap, no phone call its ready, no sticker, and no tire rotation. Who knows if they actually balanced them. This is my 3rd or 4th bad experience there. Im done with them. Goodbye. I hope this helps others.
