This is a terrible management company. Justins only job is to collect the rent. He is unresponsive and makes promises on repairs that he does not keep. I have been complaining about the same issues for two years. I live in a moderate income home, but expect the same service as someone in a more affluent neighborhood as I know they manage all kinds of properties. Please do not rent from this company. Save yourself the aggravation. I had no choice in the matter. PMI took over this property three years after I moved in. The owners changed management companies. If you have a choice, please do not choose them. You are setting yourself up for empty promises, being inconvenienced, and lack of response. I would give no stars if I could.

If your landlord uses this company to manage your home, expect zero response from anyone. They don’t respond to phone calls, emails, written letters mailed in. Nearly impossible to get ahold of Justin who is apparently the manager. Worst renting experience of my life. If you see PMI in your lease agreement, RUN.
