Tara has been absolutley wonderful in helping us find a place to live while we downsize and find a forever home! This process has been easy as Tara and Blaine have been nothing but gracious! Tara helped me measure and figure things out with such respect and compassion! We can’t say enough about this community it’s awesome!

I just applied with Aventura & I am beyond excited to move in! The girls in the office are so so sweet and respectful. They helped me through the entire application even with all my questions. Jess and Britteny are incredible. LOVE IT HERE ALREADY

Aventura stood out as our first choice to view in looking for a new apartment. We drove through the complex on a weekday and I went for a visit the following Saturday. I was met by a very friendly and helpful office staff person who took time to show me a two bedroom unit and was completely professional. I left with a very positive feeling and went about looking at other apartments in the area. Yesterday, I brought one of my daughters to go see this apartment. We were met by an office staff member that was detached from conversation, very very awkward. She escorted us to the same two bedroom unit and did not say a single word the entire few minutes that we looked around. She said zero, zilch, nothing, until we started looking in the kitchen and then she opened the front door as if our four minutes of viewing a potential future home had abruptly ended. I really wanted my daughter to leave with the same positive feeling as I did the weekend before but that was not the case. Overall, the apartments are very nice, small for the price but nice. I would not begin to consider signing a lease with the staff member that showed myself and daughter “To” the two bedroom yesterday. I am very disappointed.

I came in to tour today and the office was closed due to covid, but they are opening tomorrow and the office girls were very helpful. They gave me everything I needed and welcomed me to come back tomorrow unlike the other properties I went to today. I will definitely be coming back to lease here.

My boyfriend and I are moving to STL within a week time frame, and we ended up finding Aventura. I cannot brag on this complex enough on how patient, and helpful that have been through this process. Brittany especially with finding the perfect apartment so quickly to accommodate us. We move soon, and couldn’t be more excited to call this place home!

I recently moved to Missouri and was nervous because I didn’t know anything about the St. Louis area. I picked Towne Centre based off location and the pictures on the website and have not been disappointed. The property is really clean and put together. My unit is up to date and there is more than enough room for me, my husband, and our dog. The staff is very friendly and helpful which in my experience with renting can be very hard to find.

I previously had posted a review that described a very unfavorable apartment viewing experience that I had with my daughter at Aventura. I did not post the review to get a response from anyone at Aventura but did do as a PSA. The post did invoke a response that traveled through the apartment manager and to the leasing development office. My complaint was heard and was validated in the most and genuine way possible. I was not promised anything nor was I placated with voluminous excuses. What I was given was an honest apology and a genuine request to consider another visit. I am grateful that I did. This is month two that I can call Aventura home. Everyone here is a real person, doing a great job at being the best they can be and focused on making this community a vibrant and enjoyable living experience. My apartment is managed by people with integrity and character, not false perfection and smoke and mirrors. I do recommend my apartment community to those that are seeking to be surrounded by respectful and friendly neighbors with a caring and respectful staff. My expectations have not just been met, they have been exceeded.

I just toured this place not too long ago and it was lovely! The apartments are legit beautiful, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They are also pet friendly which is a great perk to go along with everything else! I will definately be looking to lease up here when my current one expires.

My husband and I just did a tour recently and we loved it! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The apartments were very nice and its great that we will be able to have our 2 dogs with us. Looking forward to moving in!

I’ve lived here awhile now with my dad and younger brothers and we all love it here. The apartments are great and look really nice. The location is nice as well and the grounds are kept clean. The staff has always been a huge help and nothing but kind to us and treated us like family. It’s a great place to be!

Thank you to the staff for being available whenever needed. It means more than you know, especially when you are new to the state and you dont know anyone. You guys rock.

Normally dont post but just toured here and it was the only place I didnt have to make a appointment which was awesome. They were a real cool office staff. Gonna come bac when they have a 1 bed.

We have been here just a short period but we know already that we made the right decision. We love everything about Aventura in Ellisville. The manager is awesome!The maintenance people are courteous and respectful! Beautifully maintained smaller complex. Variety of age group here. Neighbors are so friendly. I recommend taking a tour and seeing for yourself. We are not disappointed living here. LOVE IT !!

Nice apartment but disappointed in what I received back from my security deposit. They charge for everything even painting so be aware when you move out.

Amenities are great, staff is friendly and no no-nonsense!As far as large management corporations go, MLP, and the staff at Aventura, are friendly, and try their absolute best to do what they can. Maintenance is friendly and punctual as well! Units are cleaned thoroughly before rented!

Thoughtfully well appointed apartment with stainless steel appliances and wood laminate floors. The kitchen made me fall in love with this apartment! Amazing Rockwood school district. The office staff is friendly and helpful and remembered my name from the very beginning. My neighbors are amazing and I have never had noise issues with any of them. I don’t know if it’s about the soundproofing Or my respectful neighbors, Either way, this is an amazing apartment complex. It’s the best rental experience I have ever had. I’m moving to get closer to the highway but I’m seriously disappointed to have to leave. Strongly recommend!!

Now that I have my deposit back I can give an honest review. First “management” is not helpful at all. After a year of dealing with neighbors that would stomp, slam, and scream to the point the doors and walls would shake with out we were fed up. So we went to the first set of management that ultimately said deal with it. This was followed up by the the two following groups of management that came in after the first set got let go. Nothing was done all year. Thankfully we moved out as the cockroach infestation was getting address as “water bugs” and they finally started to spray reluctantly. Apartments interior was nice but after a year of dealing with subpar management I wouldn’t recommend anyone else living here.

Lived there 2 years and loved every minute ..beautiful location and friendly staff that will repair things quickly . The apartments are gorgeous with 9 foot ceilings .I highly recommend. Pet friendly too ,so you can bring your fur baby !!

Very disrespectful staff with high pressure sales. I strongly recommend against this complex.

The service here is awful. They tried to give us a unit we believed was in disrepair and then when confronted, they tried to push us out of the agreement. Very shady management company. Think twice before signing with these con artists.
