Ppl seem to get mad at the window clerks for doing their jobs!! Please read the instructions on the papers/services you want to add!! For international packages the customs form ask for a Detailed description!! US Customs wants the info not the postal personnel!!! Dont get upset when asked to step to the side to fill out paperwork or to correct issues due to not reading instructions! Instructions are right on the forms themselves! The post office is moving slower due to the recycling of a lot of there machines in Sept & Oct of 2020, so expect delayed services!! Nothing the service/workers can do about it!!!

Just went over to this post office to send something out. Went through the whole process and when I got to check out they don’t have Apple Pay and that I have to pay and I was like but I don’t have my card on me and y’all don’t provide Apple Pay so she took the stickers off and was holding onto the envelope that I had my stuff in.I was like can I see that envelope? I’m not going anywhere. She handed it over and I took the contents out and handed her back the envelope.The envelope was one that you would pay for as you are sending something in the mail. It carries no value without an in person transaction and she wanted to hold it and everything inside it. Like what insurance do I have that you will not lose it?I was sending something very special to a friend and that has more sentimental value than any insurance y’all could offer me.Y’all need to train better. I am a customer and I know the above as policy. Despicable.

Not sure why this post office doesn’t have rave reviews. They get a ton of traffic and are as quick as they can possibly be all while patiently trying to explain to people who are not prepared when called what they need to do to have their needs met. I give them props for what they have to endure and for their efficiency and customer service.

They lost my package that required a signature to be delivered. Instead of requesting a signature the carrier claimed he signed it himself before leaving it at our porch but we could not find it anywhere. Also we have a ring door bell that records any movement in front of our residence and there is no video of the package being delivered.

HORRIBLE costumer service. Debbie is the worst clerk at this branch.I had two appointments to renew my two boys’ passports. I brought all the documents and Debbie kept asking for documents that were not on the list of required documents. She sent us back home to get proof of address. When I came back, she didn’t even ask for the proof of address and refused to renew one of the boys in the 10min it was left in the appointment. She said it was not “his appointment”. If you value your time and don’t want to get frustrated, finding a different post office. I will never be back at this location.

Edit: I updated it to three stars because a representative called only a few hours after I filed a complaint. Unfortunately its at three stars because they left my package at the wrong address and marked it as delivered anyway.I know you all got really shortchanged recently but in the past three weeks alone every single package that was supposedly delivered by USPS is nowhere to be found. On top of that I regularly get my neighbors mail alongside my own despite the fact we have a different address. Its not a community mailbox. If it has a different address it goes in a different box. If you cant guarantee a delivery time just say so up front. And if you havent delivered something yet dont claim that you have. Ive always defended the postal service but lately youre not giving me much to work with.

The lines can be long here, as its a busy location. However, I have had good experiences overall with the staff moving the lines quickly. I have had good customer service as well, and sometimes it is over the top. Today was one of those times. We had a long morning before getting to the post office, and I was waiting in line with my young child. One of the workers who works in the lobby came over and asked her if she would like some stickers. The stickers made my kiddos morning, and I appreciated the extra effort.

Customer service from the lady who gave me my packages was nice. But the handling of all my boxes were appalling. They delivered one of the boxes to the wrong address. It was clearly opened and items were missing. The person who opened it probably realized nothing was of worth to them and thoughtfully returned it to the post office.The boxes were poorly handled, looks like they were tossed around, banged up, handled like rag dolls. I’m so upset. Gonna have to submit a claim and complaint. This is ridiculous.

I’ve been coming here often to mail packages to oversea APOs. All the workers are super kind and patient. The lines do get long at times but everyone really tries their best. I went in today and Greta helped me mail my packages. One was a very big box and she was very patient with helping me fill out custom forms (the ones I had filled out were outdated) and making sure all the information was correct. I really appreciated her help. Thank you for all your hard work, especially during this pandemic.

Edit: after repeatedly telling me they cannot find my package and making me file my claim, months later my sender received the return package and a charge on the return. Don’t ever trust this office’s customer support line, he has no idea what’s happening.lost my package before I even had a chance to pick it up or schedule redelivery. I waited a whole 2 months for this thing to make it across the ocean only for it to be lost here.tells me to file a claim when i’m the receiver of the package and their website gives this option to senders only.tells me to call back, doesn’t answer phone.

I was supposed to received a package that was for my mothers birthday present on jan 15. However, they cant delivery my package at all. USPS tracking sayd out for delivery on 16. Then, they did not delivery my package. Now tracking system just say Awaiting delivery system. I went there to figure out what is going on. The white lady at the front desk was extremly rude and told me to wait another day or so to receive the package. its been almost 12 days I still havent got the package. Also everytime I call them, they just hang up on me. These people should get fired asap.

Ellicott City Enchanted Forest is terrible. AVA is the rudest federal worker ever. Today are two signs written in magic marker one says no more than 10 people in line.. And NO Prepaid Drop OFFS. But there are now 40 people in line at Ridge road and there drop offs are overflowing. The staff at Main PO had no idea of this new policy. Two weeks before Christmas? Did the post master authorize these changes.

The post office gets a bad rep and while a lot of it is unwarranted, you have those times when it is well deserving. Most of it begins with the attitude of the worker. Voice tone, demeanor and the you speak to others makes a world of difference with customers. And when you have someone who acts as if you are bothering them, it really makes you wonder why they come to work in the first place. I have to admit that I dont frequent the post office and I dont know a lot of what is supposed to happen with packages.I wanted to ship something but self service was down so I needed to go to the counter. When I arrived the lady asked me where my address info was and I thought they would be able to print a label for me if I gave them the address. I told them how I thought they could print the same self service type label and she told me they couldnt. I wasnt aware that i had to enter the address info prior to going to the counter.. She then took a pen and wrote the to and from spots on the envelope and said fill this in and get back in line when you are done. Just not in a nice way. I felt like I was being pushed away so she could rush to the next person.Luckily I got a different lady the second go round who was super pleasant. I dont understand why people who work customer service jobs cant be pleasant to customers. There are so many other industries where one doesnt have to interact with public. And I am sure she is really good at knowing her job but attitude is everything.

Visited the post office two days in the row, found atmosphere there extremely friendly despite the fact that it was very busy time. I purchased a PO Box from this branch and all my mail that was delivered to the box was returned because the employee never attached my name to the po box so they still had it as vacant in there system and all they had to say to me when I went there was see if they can resend it to you everything is correct now. Only a one star because I had to give a star. Inconsistent tracking information. The tracking information says 7:34 pm notice left (no secure location available). At 7:50 pm it states available for pick up. At 1:37pm the following day I go to the post office to pick up the package. At 1:51, I’m told they are delivering it today. If it was getting delivered today, I would not have wasted 30 minutes of my life driving there and back home. SMH.

Im a veteran who has lived all over the country and this is by far the worst post office Ive ever been stuck with. They literally skip our neighborhood whenever they feel like it. I live in a location that has no barriers and they always postpone deliveries stating no access to delivery location... Then the next day if they decide to bring mail then they miraculously discover access to the delivery location... amazing how that works. Then when packages are delivered theyre randomly placed at the wrong door or building...

The carriers place the mail in random mail boxes in Ellicott City. Like whack a mole. Just put it wherever and let the neighbors figure it out. This isn’t even a joke, I’m dead serious. Literally everyone in my building knows each other’s business because we literally share one mailbox between the 20 of us. The mail men and women have routinely placed ALL the mail in the wrong boxes. I go to call and get 1 800 Hell 2 the NO for my computer driven complaint that is so difficult I just say Aaaaaaaaah f it.

The postmaster told the staff that we must speak with him To resolve the issues, but refuses to take our calls when staff actually did answer the phone. We are filing a complaint. Worst postal service ever! If I could award them zero stars, I would. I live in a condo and my mail was constantly being delivered to the wrong box and I would have mail left at my doorstep (important tax documents, bills, etc). I wrote many notes and left them on the mailbox stating my name, unit number, and which box was mine. Still had issues. Eventually, the mail just stopped being delivered altogether. I called the post office to try to figure out what was going on. The man I spoke with assured me that this was resolved and that he wanted to show me that they can deliver mail properly. It was a Friday, and he assured me it would be delivered on Monday. It was not delivered. I ended up having to go to the post office to pick up my mail. I asked them to please make sure my mail is delivered. They assured me it would be. Mail resumed normally the rest of the week. Then the mix up started again. I was supposed to receive a package. When I checked the tracking info, it said package was placed in residence mailbox yesterday. When I checked the mailbox, it was empty. I saw the mail carrier on my way out to walk my dog. I tried to explain the issues to her and she was very defensive and rude. She acted like it was my responsibility to figure out which of my neighbors had my mail and to tell them to return it to the mailbox. Then she showed me the stack of mail she had for me, so I assumed when I got back from my walk that it would all be in my mailbox. NOPE. Just one package. That whole stack she showed me was not in there. I just tried calling the post office and explained what happened. I have now been on hold with them for 20 minutes. I cannot begin to explain how frustrated I am with this post office.

The staff that work here are friendly, but it’s not an efficient location at all. I’ve been here at different times during the week and the line is usually almost out the door. Only two employees max seem to ever work the front area, although there is space for 4. Could be done much better.

Phone is constantly off the hook. I only went here for one specific purpose(to get my mailbox lock changed). Took me over a day just to get a hold of someone to see what I needed to do. I went in and the service was fine, however its taken already a week over how long they said, and I dont have time to stop by during business hours. I call all day long and just get a beep sound for some reason. Very rarely does it ring and then no one picks up.Edit: also, as I read from others, I also had an issue with a package. Tracking info kept changing and was constantly incorrect. Kept saying package was at a local post office it never made it too as I went there. Also kept saying delivery was attempted when it never was. Had to track down the mailman and call post office to get it figured out.

Both Elliott City and Columbia, and to think the news say these places are the best to live.. regret relocating to this dump. I am In Plum Tree apartments the dude that comes here to drop off mail on daily basis could not be more nasty! If you hate your job find something else and quit! Residents dont need to put up with you because your having an off day.

Seriously, the worst post office. I always have issues getting packages delivered and redelivered. Whats the point of scheduling a redelivery if its going to go ignored? And they never pick up the phone so good luck if you need to contact them to talk to a real person.

Overall this is a decent USPS. Unfortunately, all three of the reviews are correct. It depends on who is manning the counter, what the scheduling has called for, and who is backing up/or not, the counter help, from the warehouse in the back. And, it would be nice for the schedulers to be more flexible during rush hours.Yes, I would like to see more of the FEDEX type efficiency we saw Tom Hanks and the other FEDEX employees show us in Cast Away. My question is, how much is the fault of the slow or unfriendly employees and how much is due to management not doing the extensive documentation required to deal with problem employees and to properly recognize the star performers?

Scheduled Priority Pickup and they didnt pick it up. However, I got email the next day that the package WAS picked up. Really? While I still had it home? Its no less than a miracle!PO is about 10mi away in the area I never go to. Took package myself; they accepted it. Next day I see that package is still at the 21043 and going back to me. I called them and someone answered and then put me on hold for 20min until I hung up. Called again and they couldnt explain why tracking system had package stuck in the same Post Office. Package spent 24 hours and it came back to me the next day. Weight, size was correct and postage paid correctly.You pay them money and they dont keep their promise.

This branch does NOT answer the phone! I have tracked package online and result was “In Transit”. I requested a redelivery online and nothing happened. I have called USPS customer service 800 number 3 times (was on hold for over 50 minutes each time). The agents were very nice, took the information, gave me a confirmation number AND NO DELIVERY——-THREE TIMES! Husband & I are elderly and have health issues. We should not have to go to the Post Office and wait in line to resolve this problem!!! Every time I have been to this Post Office in the past, I have waited in line for at least 30 minutes! Not Acceptable!

Service here is why the post office is hated. I stood in line for 40 minutes while a worker slowly did her job. She definitely saw what I was holding, and said nothing until I got in front of her. She said that I needed to put my box in another box to ship it, and that I would need to get back in line. I left and went to UPS and shipped it in about two minutes.Parking is odd here too - hard to explain, so best to just not go.

We go through periods when all is well and delivery is dependable. But, then we go through periods of getting mail that isnt even in our neighborhood. The past three days, we have not gotten any mail. A package was tracked as delivered at 6:45pm yesterday. It wasnt there at 7pm or 9:30pm. Found it in the mailbox this morning. Wonder where that got delivered??? Every time we have gone to complain or tried to call, we have gotten poor results. This morning, I let phone ring until someone picked it up and then hung it up.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Highly DISCRIMINATED!!!I needed a small piece of tape for my package. I asked one of the employees for some tape no bigger than a size of a quarter. She answers no, you must purchase it. I say okay, I guess I have to buy it then. After purchasing the tape, I stand to the side and tape my package. While the employee is taking care of another customer, I ask can I get a receipt with this package? The employee tells me to wait in line again, so I did. While I am waiting in line, she takes care of another customer. The customer says can I have some tape please? and she says yes you can. I look around and see if anyone saw and most of the people were in shock. I was livid! I could not believe that she did that. Even worse, the employee offers tape to another customer and tells them that they do not have to wait back in line! While in line I tell her really, I thought you told me that there was no tape and I had to buy it This employee acted like she did not hear me and goes to the back. I could not believe the way I was treated. Even another customer looked at me in shock and saying wow I saw that.DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE! THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!

I really wish I could give this place ZERO stars or a NEGATIVE 100. I have had several issues with this post office. So badly, I have considered having my mail held, discontinued, etc; For starters, the customer service is horrible. You walk in and they act as if they are doing you a favor by assisting you. I have had to fuss a few women behind the counter out a few times. Secondly, we have had SEVERAL packages go missing. So badly that now I request UPS services instead of USPS. We had the same mail carrier for years and then we got a young male and female. I have sat and watched them from my home office window scan an item but it never makes it to my door step. Then it disappears causing me to have to file a claim. Several packages have been unaccounted for til this day. They must not know its a federal offense to steal mail and packages. Maybe they missed that in training. And now they have a new manager. I feel bad for him as well. He has no idea what he has walked into. A mess and disgrace to tax paying locals in the community.

Unbelievably terrible customer service. All but one customer service rep has a bad attitude. Theyre unknowledgeable about their services, and lazy. The one worker who is nice failed to process my paperwork after my second trip there to have it processed. When I requested a certain form, the rep didnt know what the form was, and put forth no real effort to search for it. When seeking help with any matter, the reps never even attempts to resolve it. I certainly wish I had read these reviews before I decided to do business there. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Worst place ever. Amazon usually transfers my packages to USPS and they come from this post office. I have had about 8 packages lost from these people or not delivered in the last 5 months. The site says that my package is delivered and then I call USPS and the lady was like Ill call you after investigation. I get a call back and the lady was like upon investigation your package was delivered on this date:__________ at this time:___________. Im like thats the exact same information on the tracking site. The whole point why I was calling was because my package wasnt delivered. This place sucks in terms of delivering packages. I dont know about other services. Update: (7/20/18) I was supposed to have a package delivered today and it said delivered. I eventually found out it was delivered to my neighbor that lived a fair distance away. Theres no way you could have mixed up our numbers. But this post office has clumsy drivers. Update: (8/1/18) I was supposed to have another package delivered today and guess what..of course it didnt show up. Im so pissed off. Amazon needs to stop transferring to USPS.

People in this location are bunch of liars, they dont answer the phone, theyre LAZY and theyre not NICE. Just terrible service! I have couple of issues with my mail from the time we moved and no one ever resolved it because they dont know anything. Went there several times and had me waited for hours with no resolution. I did my own investigation and finally asked a nice delivery man to open all door mail clusters of our subdivision and one box was stuffed with all our mails for three months! Theyve been putting all our mails to the wrong box!And today, they claim that they cant deliver our item because customer is not available and asking us to pick it up at their location. WHAT the HeCk?? We never left our house the WHOLE day yesterday and no one knocked nor pressed the door bell. Terrible people. Just WOW! This place is a Zero rating.

I ordered a package through Amazon Prime that was supposed to come in 2 days. The day that it was supposed to come, I received a notice that two attempts were made, but there was no one to sign for it. There were people at my house to sign for it both times, and there was no knock at the door or note left saying they attempted to deliver it.Two days later, one or two more delivery attempts were made. Again, no knock at the door and no notice. And my dad sat at the door for an hour and a half waiting to sign for it. Next day, no notice saying they had tried to deliver it. Today, I have called the post office 3 times. The first couple of times, I was put on hold. Every time I call, I get put on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. Just called for a third time, spoke to the Postmaster, and when she went to check for my package, they hung up.Seriously, I just want what I ordered.

This is the worst post office ever!! everyday we wonder if we will even get our mail or have to go to our neighbors and get it. 3 tracked packages disappeared after reaching this facility, and 1 damaged - all within two months. Best service ever, 3 stars if I could! The man there, Cesar LLama, abused my family. He whipped my mother with his ponytails. My friend, Mike Crosby’, was the night delivery and even he quit this atrocity. They lost my delicate contraceptive package. When I asked for compensation, they mailed me back some cheap Trojan ones! Rich Johnson, the worker, screamed, “sorry but we are a large company, eat a child if you don’t wanna talk with me!” Best service amirite? Horrific post office FLAT OUT! The staff are lazy, rude and dont care. The supervisor CLlff Brown is borderline illiterate and lazy! He made major excuses today for non delivery of my mail and a package I was carefully tracking and waiting for for an out of town funeral. RIDICULOUS! Never apologized...just nonchalant excuses!!! Terrible.The SELF-SERVE kiosk does NOT support PRIORITY MAIL for international posts. It only supports the brown envelopes.Some of the staff dont even know this. She told me to figure it out myself instead of helping me out! Took me an hour to get back in the other line.I would rather go to UPS and pay more than this place!

Misdelivered and/or lost a total of 4 deliveries in about 6 months. Also, they never answer the phone when I try to call for info about missing packages. Unbelievable. Cant wait for this place to be shut down.

If I could put negative stars I would. WORST customer service, everyone who works there has an attitude, such an unorganized facility, doesn’t care about helping, shoos you in and out of lines, 1 person tried to help 6 other people at once!The lady helping me asked me to write my info on a random sheet of paper she tore in front of me then proceeded to tell me to step aside, helped 4 other people before telling me she will look for mine when she “has time” when I told her I’ve been waiting over an hour she went to the back for 30 seconds and came out telling me hopefully it’ll get to me today.HORRIBLE post office. I’ll never go back.

I don’t understand the low rating this Post Office has. We do sometimes get misdirected mail, it never seems to be a big deal. The Clerks at the counter are always helpful and efficient. Even friendly, more so than a horrible experience I had at the Catonsville branch.

Legit never fails almost every day I get mail for people that dont live at my house OR for people from completely different addresses. . . Im losing my mind. This post office is horrible about delivering packages and outright lies about delivery attempts. Today’s excuse was that they couldn’t deliver since signature was required and no one was home. Well, everyone was home and since when is a signature required for Burt Bees Hand Salve?

I wish I could put 0 stars here. Its the second time in a few weeks they dont deliver important bills. How are we suppose to act when we are hit with nonpayment fees? I hope somebody files a law suit against this shady place. USPS launched mail dashboard for people to track their mail certainly for a reason; the problem with this post office is really bad. Even if we see that our mail is lost, what can we do? But, they deliver junk mail with 100% accuracy.

I am convinced that they purposely keep the phone off the hook so that the workers do not have to field calls. I have called about 30 times over the last two hours and without fail, the phone has always been busy. This post office needs an intervention.

I go to this post office quiet often and never thought to write a positive review until I stumbled upon all these negative reviews. I went today (9/1/2018) at 0920 and there was 1 person in front of me. Miss Debbie who was extremely pleasant had me out in no time and I had 3 packages to mail off. She was very professional and was quick to answer my questions on best/most affordable ways to mail things off. I dont feel the time she took with me delayed the wait time for the next customer. The last time I was in the post office there was a line. Sure this could be annoying, however Miss Towanda asked if anyone wanted to use the self service machine. I jumped at the opportunity and she actually took the time and walked me thru the whole process. I joked that she was employee of the month! She too was very pleasant and professional. If you complain about the lines, check out the self service machine. Its actually quite easy to use. Finally when it comes to mail delivery. Sure there are times I get my neighbors mail or vice versa...big deal. My mail carriers are friendly and if there is a package that they need to bring to the door they place it there. Im retired so I usually greet them at the door if I see them.

I cant remember the last time this post office has delivered packages on time. Sick and tired of tracking saying out for delivery and the driver just decides to not drop off my package. Sick and tired of having to go through hoops to get my packages either in person or delivered late. Im fairly convinced the drivers are stealing packages and only turn up packages the recipient bothers to come complain about.

They consistently deliver mail to the wrong address or return to sender even though the address on the item is the correct address. This seems to happen the most when its a substitute mail carrier and not our normal guy. Also, on several occasions I have seen the employees at the post office throw packages around even when they say fragile all over them. I have told Amazon Prime not to use the USPS to deliver my packages because they never arrive within the 2 day shipping period (this has happened at least 4 times in the last year). The customer service at the post office just depends on who is working. One of the employees once asked if my package was packed well because I had fragile and do not crush written all over it and then said the machines cant read those. Since then I insure everything I send through them.

This post office and the drivers from this post office are the biggest scam artists. I was supposed to get my package on Monday (via first class mail) which contained a high end phone. I sign up over the weekend for updates. On Monday it updates that it will be delivered Tuesday (OK not a problem). At about 3p Tuesday (day of delivery) I get an email saying theres been an exception and customer requested. This is at the request of the customer. A BIG LIE! I did not at any point ask to hold it at the post office. I want it delivered regularly at address. The driver was either too lazy to drop this off, or was trying to steal my phone!! The box was the shape of a phone. I was furious. Of course I go down to this Post Office with 10 ppl in line. The 3 ppl at the counter are the slowest ppl Ive seen. Once it was my turn, I explain what happened. She doesnt know why/how the package changed course. I write down my name, address and tracking number for her to find it. 10 mins later, a dude hands the package to her. She just hands it to me. No wonder USPS is in ruins!

They never pick up their phone when I call to complain about my mail lady. She bent and ripped my graduation certificate that was mailed to me from my university. Im furious with this placeAlso, they have forgotten to put mail in my mailbox plenty of times! Ive been late on bills! And I get other peoples mail all the time while they get ours. They deleivered someone else my birthday presents and I never got those back.This place needs to be shut down as soon as possible. This is ridiculous

Fail to deliver! First time I sent a check, recipient did not received , I ended up pay my bank $30 for void that check. 2nd time, I send another check for pay my medical bill with certified mail, after two weeks they delivered at 8:30pm to the facility which is at the time of already closed, they said “will redeliver” but actually didn’t ! After couple of weeks until I called them asked them where’s my mail, then finally redelivered. I will not go to this location anymore!

Why isnt the Postal Police investigating this office? Ive had several packages gone missing within the past year. Ive actually watched the mail carrier from my living room scan my package delivered while sitting in their truck, only to drive off with my package. I also get my neighbors mail delivered to me on a regular basis. Whenever I call to complain, the phone is always busy. This place needs to shut down. Im having my future packages delivered to my work address. Its no wonder the USPS is bankrupt, they have run it into the ground. I wish UPS or FedEx would take over.

Apart from the poor customer service, theyve done this dozens of times , either our mail is in someones elses mailbox or we dont receive it , i manage a food store and theyre just too much, like 2 of the drivers I know are amazing but cant say much about others , like how can you drop mail in someone elses box and pretend thats its okay to do so, the most annoying part is that our payroll checks keep disappearing from time to time and they dont care about it. Like what kind of job are these people doing , how can one go home after doing such acts and being a federal job, I wonder whos watching over these amateurs.

Very bad customer service. I went there at 9:30 AM in morning, but everybody was looking tired. Not ready to help customers. I talked employee name Sarah there, she was terrible. I asked her about available mailing option, but she was not ready to help. Before learning their work they should learn how to treat customers.

I wanted to share a rather unfortunate experience of poor customer service provided by the U.S. Postal Services at 21043 yesterday. I asked a mail carrier to take my letters to the post office as he stopped his vehicle along the street. He simply refused, indicating that it was not part of his “route”. Hence, I drove to the post office myself (following that very same USPS driver who was heading that way as well). I just felt compelled to complain about that poor type of customer service at the post office. To my astonishment, the manager of that branch (Ms. Jacquie) totally agreed with the postal worker, indicating that since the Anthrax incidents back in 2001, employees are no longer supposed to take letters from people. Really?I only wonder how that argument makes sense, considering how much more dangerous it could for a mail carrier to pick up letters from total strangers in a mailbox along the street. If I were treating my customers the way USPS in 21043 is treating theirs, I would be out of business very quickly. I wonder if it is an isolated way of doing business at that particular post office or the new way of doing business at USPS. Either way, very sad.

Paid extra for Priority Express and they lost the package! Supposed to be next day delivery and two days later they cant find it. When I called and spoke to the Post Master at the Ellicott City Post Office, she hung up on me (yes, I was angry, no I did not curse her out!)

This is by far the worst post office in the United States. I have had 2 packages misplaced or delivered to someone other than me. The postal carrier is always on his phone speaking very loudly, no wonder he messes up so badly. I get other folks mail daily and they get mine. I call multiple times a day to get no answer. When I do get someone on the phone they are rude and have an unwilling demeanor. The location need a clean sweep and new start.
