I was shopping for a pair of earrings with an infinity clasp, I wanted plain gold hoops for everyday wear. Not only do they have a wide selection of gorgeous hoops. But they had the earrings I was looking for that are amazing quality and the service was amazing. Everyone was kind and had a smile on their face. They were very helpful and professional. I came to St John’s Jewelers with four rings to resize, and one to repair. The resizing was done the same day, and was perfect! The repair was for a ring which had a ruby as the center stone, but it had been glued into place, and fallen out. Instead of just gluing it back, they came up with a solution to permanently secure the stone, and the ring is perfect now! Really appreciated their knowledge and professionalism, and everything was finished so quickly! Lovely shop, with lovely people.

I purchased a mother’s ring with three stones! There were so many options to choose from. The owner was awesome (best word I can use to describe her). I was adding 2 smaller diamond stud earrings to my solitaire engagement ring to create a beautiful anniversary band. My finger size was a little off and would not fit perfectly into one standard ring size. Linda sat w us for a long period of time to offer suggestions and alternatives so I could get the most perfect fit. She was patient, determined and wanted to ensure we would be happy w the result. She also accepted some old gold jewelry and offered us a a generous trade in value to help us off set the cost of the new setting. Linda makes you feel welcome the moment you step into her shop. Recently bought an engagement ring from Linda. I cannot express how comfortable she, and her staff, made me during a very stressful experience. Linda is truly one of those rare people who loves her job, and genuinely wants to help to make sure her customer is happy. I was in constant contact with Linda, asking her dozens of questions, leaning on her to guide me through this as I have never done it before. She was patient with me, always giving advice, and just honestly caring about making sure I was happy with how it went. She did all of this with smiles and enthusiasm. The ring is absolutely beautiful, the quality of the ring is better than any other store/mall I looked at. Linda does not pressure you about the rings, she literally sat with my girlfriend and me and just had fun showing us all of the different rings. She listened to us, and made sure she focused on what my girlfriend was looking for, and that we were having fun as well. There is something to be said about buying an engagement ring from a locally owned store, instead of one of the bigger names out there. I cannot be more pleased with how my experience went, and would strongly recommend St. Johns Jewelers to anyone willing to listen for their jewelry needs. My now fiancee(!!!) has already told me we will not be getting our wedding bands anywhere else, and I couldnt agree more.
