Where to start. Dr. Cole was awesome in diagnosing my hearing issues. What struck me most is the time she took to explain, present options, then provide hearing aids for me to try over the course of six weeks. Outstanding Doctor and service. Thank you Dr. Cole.

After procrastinating far too long, I finally made an appointment at Live Better Hearing with Dr. Cole. Best decision ever. Dr.Cole was a pleasure to work with from initial hearing exam through 3 trials of aids to a final decision. I couldnt be happier or more satisfied with the entire experience. And I am hearing things I have missed out on for years!

I have been seeing Dr. Cole for going on 3 years and she is wonderful. Her staff is courteous and always helps.

My mother in law and I both go here. They have been especially great with her as she gets lots of wax in her ears and hearing aids and has trouble getting them properly cleaned. The doctor has a lot of patience, helps explain things in a very good way, and puts up with her sometimes unorthodox way of speaking very straightforward. Of course, she is almost 99. 😁 👂

I was seen by Dr. Cole for positional vertigo and had VNG testing performed. Dr. Cole was very professional and knowledgable about this issue. I was extremely apprehensive during some of the testing and treatment which provoked the strong dizziness episodes I had been experiencing.. She was emphatic , calm, patient and assuring during this . She firmly guided me and helped me achieve a positive outcome. A huge grateful thank you to her.

Dr. Cole and her staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional. There was minimal wait time and the staff was efficient. Dr. Cole was easy to talk to and was very receptive to my questions and concerns.

My appointment was at 2:30 and I was seen on time. I arrived 15 minutes prior to fill out paperwork and the receptionist was so kind and offered me water in my short wait. The doctor I saw was super professional and talked me through the process for the vestibular test. She was constantly checking on me to make sure I was okay and reassuring me that I was doing great. The office was clean and well taken care of. They also had hand sanitizer, something that looked like an air purifier, and clean pens ready for anyone who arrives. Everyone wore their mask as well. Highly recommend Live Better Hearing!

I feel I am good hands at Live Better Hearing and trust Doctor Cole and appreciate immensely the service and care she gives. We have such an excellent practitioner and practice in Columbia.

The quality of service is good, but I feel that the technology for the earmold problem is still insufficient. There are cases where I disturb other people and are dissatisfied. The earmold is not perfect around the ear, and it is uncomfortable because it is beeping and dizzy. I do not want to continue using it when I am too tired.

Dr. Cole is a wonderful person. When I first went in for my appointment Dr. Cole was very welcoming. Dr. Cole is very professional in her career. She made me and daughter very comfortable with her lovely present. Her office is very clean and calming. I explained my situation with my hearing and she was able to tell me what may have happened with my hearing changing. She was so sweet to my daughter and she also showed that she cared about my daughter’s hearing by explaining to me that she sees children and if I would like I can schedule her an appointment to be seen. Dr. Cole also explained how everything works to receiving help in getting hearing aids. I really appreciate everything she is doing to help me. Always professionaladdresses any issues promptly

I took my mom to test for balance issues from a stroke. Dr. Cole was very attentive. She explained things in a way my mom could understand. We left feeling very satisfied and upbeat.

My experience with Dr. Cole at Live Better Hearing was outstanding. Dr. Cole is the most professional hearing specialist I have ever encountered. The pleasant environment as well as her complete commitment to transparency was very much appreciated. In my first visit with Dr. Cole I became aware of more information in regards to my hearing than I have in the last 20 years. Truthfully a five-star rating for Dr. Cole does not do her justice she should receive 50 stars.

Very good office visit

( I am writing on behalf of my 82 year old mother.). In my mother’s own words, she said that this scale should go to 10 to reflect the quality of care and compassion she received from Dr. Cole. Dr. Cole was gracious enough to see her during this recent pandemic when all other doctors were unavailable. Dr. Cole conducted extensive testing and balance assessment to address my mother’s balance and dizziness issues. She immediately identified the causation and remedied the concerns. She exceeded all expectations in the areas of professionalism and medical knowledge. My mother will refer her to family, friends, and all that she may encounter. Dr. Cole was a true blessing in our time of need and continues to be to this day!
