This office provided great service and support during my recent appointment. I very much appreciated the staffs positive attitudes and high level of professionalism. Pracilla and Dr Bragg were consummate professionals, while still making the visit a personal-level experience. I strongly recommend this office to anyone requiring audiology services.

The first thing I noticed is that these folks actually read the forms I filled out ahead of time. They figured out that I was an engineer and knew I would want to see numbers. They listened to my priorities and offered solutions that match my needs. They have excellent technology, measuring the hearing aid response while it is in my ears to make sure the aids match the prescription. Sadly, not all audiologists invest in the equipment that makes these critical measurements possible. They contacted my insurance company ahead of time and knew what benefits I was eligible for. This is far beyond what I expected. But the thing that pleased me the most was overhearing the front desk folks express delight that an insurance company had approved one of their customers new hearing aids. These folks know the science. They have the technology, and they care about their customers. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I responded to an ad and made an appointment for a preliminary screening. After the screening, Stacy Fitzgerald did an excellent and thorough job of helping me to identify my hearing issues. I made a follow-up appointment where Stacy did additional analysis and thoroughly explained options taking her time to answer all of my questions and concerns. She helped me to identify appropriate hearing aids and was thorough in explaining the liberal Satisfaction Period and Refund Policy, Service Plan and Warranty Information, Battery size and how to properly use the hearing aids. I did not feel any pressure and Stacy seemed genuinely concerned about my well being. Stacy Fitzgerald is very professional and caring. Sue, the Office Administrator, researched my health insurance benefits and Stacy explained the total price of the hearing aids that I selected. I had a follow-up appointment a week after receiving the hearing aids and was very impressed with the analysis that Stacy provided. More importantly, my overall ability to hear has increased significantly. Overall, this has been a very positive experience and I am looking forward to a very long term relationship with Clarity Audiology.

I am now well into the use of my second set of hearing aids through the services of Clarity Audiology. Though the years have had a diminishing effect on my unassisted hearing ability, these folks have somehow stayed ahead of the game. The entire operation is a pleasure to work with. We just picked up my moms hearing aids today and she is already hearing better than she has in a long time. Dr. Carson is a very pleasant and caring doctor. She performed all of the tests with my mom and went over all of the details and answered any questions that we had. Then two weeks later, we picked up the hearing aids and she again explained in very good detail all of the functions of the hearing aids and also the maintenance and cleaning of the them as well. I will be recommending Dr. Carson to the staff at my parents Senior Residence Facility for all of those there in need of a hearing test and or aids. Ive been going to Clarity Audiology for about 2 years now, and the staff is top notch. The hearing aids I received are practically invisible and the cost is far less expensive than those presented to me at another practice. Dr. Carson is terrific at making adjustments, and I am always impressed by the technology she uses on her large screen monitors - very sophisticated. I would urge anyone with hearing loss to investigate further.

I was working with an alternative hearing specialist. When it became apparent that I would need hearing aids Cheri referred me to Stacy Fitzgerald. Stacy had worked with one of Cheri’s child patients and Cheri was very impressed with Stacys work.After speaking with a few audiologists I felt Stacy was the right one. She is very easy to work with. At my first appointment, in addition to explaining all of my hearing aid options she helped me to understand the process I was going to go through to maximize my use of hearing aids. As I became more comfortable with my hearing aids Stacy worked with me to pick the programs and settings that are most beneficial for me.Stacy and Sue, the office manager, have been very helpful at every turn to ensure I got all the help I needed.My hearing aids have made a huge difference in my life and working with Stacy (and Sue) has made it that much more rewarding.

My first appointment was with Dr. Carson - who was very sincere, patient, and understanding. Over the years, I have seen Dr. Bragg, and Dr. Carney, and they are equally pleasant. You never feel rushed or pressured. Additionally, they did a fantastic job with my 4-year old too - she even claimed to have enjoyed the process of the hearing tests/screening.There are a variety of aids to choose from, and they will readily work with you on payment plan options etc., especially given that even after insurance coverage, the cost of hearing aids remain astronomically high. The front desk staff - Sue & Amy, are also pleasant & courteous to deal with.The only minor negative comment I have is that voicemails dont often get returned promptly, but otherwise, all I can say is that I am glad I found this place, and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Ms.Carson took a great deal of time with her and explained all her options. She was very patient, a must with an older customer and shes been great on her follow up visits too. I have been bringing my 89 yr. old mother here for 2yrs. We could not be happier with the service provided by Dr. Carson and her very capable assistant, Sue. The patience they display with more mature people is extraordinary. What a great experience - I took my mother who we noticed was having some hearing issues and she also has memory disease. The provider was very patient and took all the time that was necessary to help her through the exam. My mother was very upset that she needed haring aids and was quite tearful during the visit - the provider was very patient and understanding. With time and patience when we back for the first week follow up mom and adjusted wonderfully to the hearing aids. This was a difficult situation made better by the caring providers at Clarity Audiology. I have and will continue to recommend them to any of my family and friends. When I answered a mailing from Clarity Audiology 3 years ago, I was very hesitant about being fitted for hearing aids. However, Dr. Mary Carson and her staff (especially Sue at the front desk) put me at ease by demonstrating the many types of equipment available and the improvement this equipment would make in my daily life. The secret to a successful healthcare encounter is the delivery of great patient care. I am early on as far as my experience with a hearing solution is concerned, but I must say that I am very impressed with the communications skills, professionalism, patience and attention to detail at Clarity Audiology. I had a sense something was amiss with my hearing but wasnt motivated to do anything. A direct mailer caught my attention and I called Clarity to get things rolling. Fantastic staff and service! What a difference, for me from prior audiology offices. I had my hearing tested, picked out the best hearing aids for my needs and had them within a week. I have never an easier adjustment period either, even though it took me a while to actually get the aids ALL the way into my ears! I could still hear better!The aids have made a GREAT difference for me at work. I feel like a complete person now, hearing EVERYTHING! It is great.Only one negative for me...after you get your hearing aids, DO NOT go directly to WalMart!!! I heard conversations two isles away! NOT GOOD! ;)Thank you ALL so very much. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My wife and i were having trouble understanding our grand children. Now with our new hearing aids it is much beater and we dont have to turn the TV so loud.

I was in denial about my own hearing loss for several years. I finally agreed to be evaluated and my hearing loss was confirmed. This entire experience was new for me but the staff at Clarity Audiology made the transition from not hearing to hearing an easy transition. Their confident reassured manner in dealing with me made the entire experience enjoyable and seamless. I would highly recommend them to any of my coworkers or former coworkers who may have experienced a hearing loss.

Superb facility, and an excellent audiologist. She is knowledgeable, clear and welcoming. After the exam she was ready to answer all questions and indicated a willingness to accommodate to help solve the issue of my hearing loss. A follow up report on the extent of my hearing loss was beyond expectation, even though she knew I would not be buying hearing aids after all. I would highly recomend this practice to anyone who asks.The big disappoint for me, which had nothing to do with Clarity Audiology, was the cost of decent hearing aids. I was surprised out how much they cost (even with insurance coverage). I am hoping the hearing loss I suffered while in the Navy will qualify for disabilty from the VA.

I am thrilled with the advice, choices, and service I received from Clarity Audiology! I saw a couple different audiology groups, and none were as thorough or as focused on my needs and desires, as Clarity. Dr. Carson explained the various models and how they each work to improve my specific hearing losses, and recommended Phonak for the way it handles high frequency loss, my biggest problem. She then worked with me, my new hearing aids, and her software to tailor the units to my exact audiograms, including mapping the ear canals for best resonance. They worked like a charm from day one!Well, Ive had them for two weeks (each ear), and just had my followup exam and tuneup. My fit is so good I dont notice them on/in my ears, and I hear like a bat! (My wife complains that I now have the television at too LOW a volume!)I would strongly recommend Dr. Carson and Clarity Audiology to anyone who has, or thinks they have, a need for hearing enhancement. And thanks, Dr. Carson; I had forgotten how rich the world sounds.

I received my hearing aids (Phonak Q70-31’s) in early July. They fit fine and worked fine from day one. I was also very pleased with the care and service provided by Dr. Mary Carson and her staff. In general I’d rank my experience 4.0 (i.e., 10 out of 10)

Service here is top notch and friendly.Lisa Bragg set me up with a new hearing aid recently, and I am hearing so much better now that I am thrilled. I used to have only one hearing aid for my left ear because my right ear was hopeless. She recommended the Phonak CROS II, which sends sounds from the right ear over to the left ear. It is almost like having my full hearing back. And I can also hear better in noisy environments now, like restaurants. Hats off to Clarity Audiology and Phonak!

I got my hearing aids out of the USA and was looking for an Audiologist to tune them. after searching many of them I found Clarity Audiology. They tuned them for me and where the nicest staff EVER! Sue (the office manager) was smiley and helped direct me to Stacy the Audiologist. She sat with me and patiently tuned them even though they do not work with the company who I¿ve purchased the hearing aids from. She also called the company and was with them on the phone for over 20 minutes getting explanation on how to work with my type of hearing aids. (they didn¿t even charge me for it.) their office is very friendly and they have coffee and candy for the people in the waiting room. I¿ve walked in to a few Audiology offices and out of all of them Clarity Audiology where the nicest. I¿m going to defiantly work with them in the future when Ill need to buy new hearing aids. Their prices are VERY reasonable and I highly recommend them!!! I give them 10 stars for their services!

About a month ago, I just picked Clarity Audiology out of an internet search, best pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey move I have ever made. In my initial encounter with Dr, Carlson she performed the most complete audiology evaluation I have ever experienced. I have owned hearing aids for around 10 years and been unable to make the adjustment to wearing them with any regularity (because of discomfort and ineffectiveness), my experience with Dr. Carlson changed that immediately. Dr. Carlson went through her evaluation of my hearing problem, explained what she was seeing and made her recommendation and explained my choices of hearing systems. Upon receipt of my hearing system, Dr. Carlson tuned it to my needs, I am amazed at the results, not only was my acclimatization period almost instantaneous. I was amazed at the things I had been missing, for instance: I have owned and driven the same vehicle for several years, it was only upon departing Dr. Carlsons office with my new aids did I realize that the vehicle had an audible seat belt warning. I positively recommend Dr. Carlson for anyone needing hearing enhancement, especially someone who has had a previously negative experience (as I have) .Allen Maresh

I am excited about my new hearing aid. It has larger battery which last longer than the previous one. Much longer. I can hear very well, when I watch TV or speak on the phone and am able to understand my family when they dont shut. I can do my online Duolingo lessons to learn English, much easier. The one thing everyone wants when seeing a medical prfofessional is time. Stacy was fantastic in helping with selecting, explaining and fitting my hearing aid. With my brand of hearind aid, I got a color choice, Stacy selected several choices that would be appropraite for my hair and skin color, (unless you really want red or black). Stacy gave me all the time I needed to make sure I was happy with my choices and operation of the heairng aid. And Sue, the receptionist, handled all the paperwork efficiently and quickly. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else for my hearing aids.
