I visit this UPS a few times per month. I will always choose this spot over any other option. In fact, I actually ENJOY going here because the customer service is wonderful. There is one young man who works there whose warmth and professionalism belong in a four-star hotel. Hes that remarkable. The others are very nice, too!

The ups store was very convenient. They have all services similar to kinkos and it’s walkable distance to me. I had multiple print jobs and fax multiple documents. The store associate helped me do my bulk printing, fax and scanning very fast and saved me taking time off from my work. Really appreciate all the shipping and printing and multiple services available at ups store and the help at the store.

This UPS store is great! The space is clean and easy to navigate. COVID procedures are clearly laid out.Will was such an awesome attendant who patiently assisted me with a welcoming and attentive attitude while I gathered more items needed for my return. I really appreciate that I was out the door in seconds with service with a smile. Thank you!

The Indian lady at the store makes the whole experience horrible with 0 customer service skills. Shes always making the simplest things difficult. In the end, I had to go to a different location which was able to do the transaction effortlessly. Please give the Indian lady some training on customer service and satisfaction.

This store is excellent! Their fabulous employee, Mel, is extremely helpful, professional, friendly and QUICK! Speedy service with a smile! I’ve only been to this store 3 times and was lucky enough to have Mel assist me each time. My packages arrived to their 3 different destinations up & down the East Coast without any issues!

Lady worker, does not speak clear english always rude, short with answers. Seems like she does not like her job... Comes off as a very angry person. I agree with previous comments by another customer. Worker, should obtain some customer relations training or something. Make me not want to do business at this location if I dont have to. The guys there in the past have been much better in customer relations.

Store manager Padma is a lifesaver! We had to ship 275 conference gift boxes, expecting to have a mail merge/spreadsheet option somewhere. Nope! But she happily took on the challenge of doing them all, and did them in excellence! She went to great lengths to make sure every one arrived on time, and she is a delight to work with. Customers for life.

The people are nice and helpful and the store is fine. But cost matters. I had to return an expensive guitar. I repackaged it as it came to me (very well packed). In order to insure it they told me they would have to repackage it and the insurance was fairly expensive. I left and went to FedEx. They accepted the package as is and insured it for full value. In the end I saved about $100. So if you are returning something expensive you packed your self you may not want to use this store.

I can’t say enough about Padma and her team at the UPS location in Normandy Shopping Center off of Rt. 40. We had 280 packages that needed to be shipped for a small nonprofit. Our previous plans with another logistics provider fell through last minute. In a panic we found Padma and she was able to help us. It seemed too good to be true after what we’d been through with the previous plan. She communicated exactly what needed to happen to get the shipping done, arranged a time for us to bring the boxes in, and absolutely went above and beyond ensuring that each package was shipped to its destination on time. We had some pretty challenging addresses to work with in remote locations, but with her help our event attendees received their welcome package. It helped made the whole conference a success! She was kind, patient and above all, professional. We can’t thank her enough for going to the lengths she did to help us.

Damage claim denied with Insurance. Dont ship large items!I had sent several packages to UPS out of which 1 did not arrive which weighed around 80 pounds as the package was lost during transit for which I was reimbursed $100 with shipping charges as the package was uninsured. The second package - a TV - was damaged during transit and despite the package being insured upto $600 - the claim was denied on the basis of insufficient packaging which is strange as I ordered a similar TV on amazon and it came in one piece with lesser packaging. This shipping was from maryland to texas.WARNING, Please do not use UPS for shipping larger items!!The staff was good, courteous and did everything they can.

We have used this facility to close on two houses, sent time sensitive notarized documents, packages and other miscellaneous services. Always with courteous, efficient service from its employees.

The young man named Mel is amazing. During the pandemic when everybody seems on edge and rude, he’s always polite, always helpful and always professional. He deserves a raise. I go out of my way to use UPS because of him.

Ive just started visiting this UPS store location because of a new job and they prefer to ship UPS. The staff here is great. Ive been very happy with the service and care they put in to shipping my packages. This has been my go to drop off location for Amazon returns for a long time, but I finally started to use their services and I highly recommend. Thanks for your help.

This store earned my lifetime business today. They are open later than other stores (til 4pm on Saturday) and Will is thorough, friendly and polite with all his customers. He’s a notary too! I am so grateful to have found both Will and this store, as the woman at the Catonsville UPS store told me that no notary works after two pm anywhere - and I was out of luck. In the end, it really was my lucky day.

Very very poor customer service. The Indian lady behind the counter was rude and unwilling to help. It seems they just dont care about the business or customers. Probably the worst UPS center i have ever encountered.

This store is ABSOLUTELY worthless. They cant even print a return label. Dumb management decision apparently nd no way of fixing issues. Your sign says you print...will never go back here. Save yourself the wasted time and find another store.

Slowest UPS store in town

If you want to lost your package then go to this store, not good customer dealing ,there one lady talking with lots of attitude, and if something happen to package then they just have one answer its not there responsibility.

Horrible service. Do the customers need to say sorry to use their service? They do not have a concept of simple human gesture. No “hi” “hello”, just silence as if we, the customers are disturbing their precious slacking time. Not the first time was I treated like that in this location. Sent complaint to their head office.Hire better employees!!If I were you I would avoid this place at all cost.. !!

Had to mail a package, but was unsure about the best way to send it. The attendant was really helpful and suggested the least expensive way to get it to the destination in time. He even offered to tape the box up for me because my taping job was not the best. Service was a little slow because there was only one person on the floor at 5 pm, but it was worth the few minutes wait.

I go to this store for all of my shipping needs. They are courteous and accommodating, especially Padma. Every time I have been in there, she greets me with a smile!

Dachma is always friendly and has a wonderful smile to great you when you enter her UPS Store. I came in today, 12/01/18, with follow-up documents which needed to be notarized. Dachma pointed out a page, in my passport, which was required that I hadnt considered. Dachmas expertise, today, prevented me from receiving a second request for additional information, which would then add more time to receive very important documents. Thank you for your help Dachma!

The experience at this store is so very poor! We mailed some very important papers to an attorney on Jan 31 and just found out today that the package was returned to the store for non-delivery. We NEVER were notified and on the UPS site, it said the package was in transit. The real problem was the suite number was incorrect. The woman at the store wrote the address label. We had to pay for the shipment again! We will never ever use UPS again.

I hate to write a bad review, but this one pretty much demands its. I emailed a print job, and was told over the phone by someone who sounded like they were speaking through half a dozen pillows No print. You call back tomorrow. Manager here not now, then yes. Language barriers I can accept. No printer at a UPS Store? Come on.

Probably the worst experience ever with this lady who doesnt speak clear, and tries to get attitude with the customers. I suggest you to take a customer service curse before you work with people. Terrible service, and such a rude person. Will never recommed this place for anything.

I had a exchange for a dyson product but they wouldnt accept it without a label. When dyson called them about it she wouldnt even pickup the phone! Had to go to a different location to send it. Not going here again.

There is often a bit of a language barrier here, and in cases where custom requests or questions arise, it can be difficult to get answers or get your point across. Never had any problems with mailbox services other than the issue I just mentioned.

I don want to give even 1 star.They charged 3.15$ just to print label. The lady in work did not tell me before that there is a cost for printing label.I never been paid for printing label before ,they just scan and print it from my mobile . This store is complete cheat . The person who work there have no respect to humanity ,if you ask why.

Went to this store last week to ship a package. Bad idea! The service was horrible ( The teenager behind the counter was pretty slow and rude), the store was filthy ( trash and dirt all over the floor) and the cashier didn’t have change for a ten dollar bill. Save yourself a trip and mail it yourself.
