It is not possible to recommend Brandon and RugKare highly enough. Brandon showed up quickly. He walked in my house and immediately recognized my Persian rug. He knew exactly what is was and told me all about it, from dyes, how it was made, etc. Boy, was I impressed! It has some prior clothe moth issues and he advised me on what to do. He saw an edge with some damage and suggested some repair (and he did an amazing job fixing these). He also identified an oriental rug in my family room. Again, he knew exactly what it was, where it was made, how, etc. In all he cleaned 3 rugs for me. They are beautiful. One was a real mess (my college kids had come back home).He even picked them up and delivered them back to me! By himself! If youve lugged your rugs to a cleaner you know what a valuable service this is. His prices are fantastic. Brandon has a real passion for his work. He could not be nicer. It was a real pleasure to meet him. I know you will be as impressed as I am!

Brandon is responsive, professional and you can tell instantly when talking to him he takes pride in his work. Brandon learned the craft working at his fathers carpet cleaning business and has decided to venture out on his own. I had him clean a large box store rug given to me by my sister and my sister had him clean a hand stitched Persian rug. He picked up both rugs in his Toyota Prius and is willing to go anywhere in the DMV. He did an exceptional job as the gifted rug had lived in a house with 2 cats and a dog (and desperately needed cleaned) and it looks brand new. I would not hesitate to recommend his business.
