Love our new bathroom! We just completed a powder bathroom remodeling job using Milano DeZign. What makes Milano different from other remodelers/contractors is that you get design expertise combined with turnkey execution. Abraham and his masterful crew of electricians, plumbers, installers and painters take care of everything. The process was very simple. We met with Abraham at his office where we reviewed CAD drawings, agreed to materials for flooring, tile, and paint color recommendations that compliment the rest of our home. Abraham worked within our budget and completed the project on schedule. He stopped by each day to ensure that everything met both his and our expectations. I contacted Abraham for a basement bathroom addition in my house. He was quick to respond and took the time to show us CAD drawings, pick out materials, and tweak the design before we signed anything. The construction crew took care to keep the site clean between work days and was quick to fix a minor ding theyd accidentally put in my existing wall. Abraham was attentive, keeping me updated during every phase of the project and made a point to personally inspect the work himself.The end result was exactly what we wanted out of the project. It was perhaps a bit more expensive than going to a normal contractor, but the quality of the design and materials are worth whatever premium comes with using a professional interior designer. Im planning on reaching out to him in the future for further renovations to my vintage Columbia house.

Abraham, the owner of Milano Dezign, was a joy to work with. He came and listened to what we wanted, made informed suggestions and provided an estimate for the job. His estimate contained a detailed list of what we discussed. He then proceeded to work with us to arrive at a figure we were comfortable with. Our Bathroom was 8 years old. Couple of leaks here and there. These people are extremely friendly and informative. The renovation was just beautiful and the price was really good comparing to my other quotes. Definitely recommend them! Definitely coming back for my kitchen.

My wife and I were looking for a full service contractor for our master bath remodel, i.e. one who could both design and complete the build. Our house was built in the mid 1980s and we never touched it, other than paint. It was small and outdated. Other contractors we met with gave us a bid but would refer us to other suppliers for us to pick out flooring, cabinets, etc. They could never show us renderings or drawings of the final look. Abraham Or, the owner met with us, at our convenience on a Saturday, viewed our existing bathroom and asked what we were looking to do. He then drew up his design for us on his computer at his showroom and made suggestions by showing us samples for all the materials. We made some changes to reduce the costs which he gladly made. He is an excellent designer and is passionate both in his design and also the quality of the construction. He is very detail oriented, even the most minor of details in measurements, fit, finish and quality of the work. We trusted him completely with the project, relying on his recommendations for materials, colors, trim, hardware and fixtures. He even added a few surprises based on what my wife indicated she liked. When we chose him, he started on time and completed the project within his estimated time for completion. His workers were prompt each day and courteous. Abraham stopped over to our house twice a day to supervise the construction and ensure the build was proceeding as designed and inspected every detail every day. In the end, Abraham nailed it! We loved the design. The quality of the construction was excellent and in the end, the final result totally exceeded our expectations. We love our new bathroom! It is more than we could have hoped for, we love it! We are so happy with the end result! We chose Milano Dezign because we were referred by a family friend and that was the right decision. We had one and a half months to finish one master bathroom and one hallway bathroom. We started working on design with Abraham and that was a great experience. From the 1st day, Abraham explained to us each step within his planned schedule. Communication was key on this project and I was able to reach Abraham anytime during the day...and sometimes even in late hours by text message. Minor hiccups along the way which is normal in any renovation however the guys kept their professionalism and finished the work as desired. I am looking forward to starting my next project with Milano Dezign hopefully next summer. Thanks again!
