Rob Lins and Kuron Wilcox are always so amazing every time they come out for my daughter. Weather it’s for equipment fittings to delivering it and adjusting it to her specifications. They are so sweet and amazing! You both are the best !

Workers are extremely friendly and well trained. They know what to do to repair your wheelchair’s problems, and the work they do is stellar. Usually appointments are schedule a bit far out, but part of the reason for that is probably dealing with insurance.

The techs are knowledgeable and always courteous!

Unprofessional/rude communication experienced today from the representative scheduled to do the estimate for a wheelchair ramp thus I decided not to utilize their services.

Im a physical therapist that works with children and families to get appropriate DME and service for their wheelchairs and adapted equipment. Ive been working with this company for about a year (I have no financial or professional associations with this company). I cant say enough great things about Rob Lins, ATP and his professional and compassionate care with prompt responsiveness to needs. The scheduling office is flexible and they communicate as the paper trail (insurance and signatures)is being completed to help make sure things dont fall through the cracks! Highly recommend! Ive had terrible experience with some other local companies...but so far great things from Rob and NSM!

This branch was a joke. The manager who worked there did not and would help the employees on training or help with any questions. If it did not benefit him it was of no concern. There many of times that I and other drivers asked about a specific chair especially some of the complex chairs on how to do something. Managers response watch a YouTube video. Drivers were always forced to take part of the orders to a clients house and the manager would have them billed for the full order and have us deliver the rest of the parts whenever they came in. Manager was constantly changing employees time sheets to take away the physical worked overtime. When you speak to corporate about the issues nothing would be resolved. Also if a client was not a priority or if the branch did not like the customer that customer would wait until they felt like scheduling them.

My clients daughter has been trying for almost 3 weeks to get this chair repaired..the rep says Ill stop by when Im in the neighborhood or your aides must be doing something I only wish I could post a picture of this chair that is just sitting and collecting dust

Three appointments to come and repair and the company rep is a no-show again! my son is without a working power chair and his manual one is falling apart. so much for a company that claims lifetime maintenance and repair for complex wheelchairs! bunch of disorganized liars!
