I take my pick up in to get the oil changed. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They do a great job on my detail. I get an itemized bill which is very reasonable. 10/10 would recommend!

They service was OK. Awesome reception, but the technician needs to pay more attention to detail. Not sure why the need for a tire rotation was needed at this time, however was done, but the technician failed to check the air pressure. The back tires are supposed to be 65 and fronts 60. The truck is new, this was its first service. The tires are nitrogen filled. I dont have a nitrogen pump and to drive into town to get it properly filled is a pain where we live. The other thing Im confused is, exactly what kind of oil was put in. Conventional, Synthetic? From what Im understanding from the service program on the truck. Its supposed to be every 7000 to 10000 miles. Im looking at a sticker telling me to bring it back at 5000. For now, Im grateful for having to pay $4000 to be on the Ford Maintenance Program which seemed to be a choice I didnt have. Put I guess I better do whatever it takes to protect that warranty even if it means bringing the truck in twice as much a needed for services. But Hey! Fords paying for it. Why am I complaining. PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

As always, their service department did a fantastic job with detailing our cars. They get stains out that look impossible, bring dust out of corners and crevices and make it look brand new again. It is like driving a new vehicle. Plus all the employees always have smiles and make you happy and want to smile. Their prices can’t be beat. Definitely the best in town.

Took my truck in to be diagnosed for Ford factory known transmission issue, took two days to diagnose, was told would not be covered under Ford warranty due to being slightly over mileage, was then told would be $2500 at minimum to fix, found said part that needed replaced online for less than a quarter of the cost, minus fluid and filter. Came to a personal conclusion that Gallagher Ford is price gouging for repairs. 10/10 would not recommend. I have to give a minimum of one star, but the ladies at the service desk were nice so I guess they can have one star.

I dropped out of the Ruby Mountains on the home to Oregon and noticed my check engine light had com on after a long pull up some very steep terrain in my 03 Ford 350 custom van. I pulled into Gallagher Ford late in the afternoon to see if they would check the codes. They at first said they were so booked they couldnt but service manager Casey Mitchell stepped in and responded absolutely we can do that. It was recommended we do not make the drive home until after the repairs. So, to make a long story short, we were on the road by 9:30am the next day. We had a courtesy drive to and from our recommended hotel and absolutely great and friendly service from all the staff there, especially Amber, who was the service assistant in charge of our repair. I wish that Gallagher Ford was located near my home in Oregon, unfortunately not, but for those in the Elko, NV area dont hesitate to go over and check them out. It will be worth your time.

On our return trip to CA our truck hauling our 5th wheel with our 2 dogs on our start up had a loud whistle. I remembered seeing a Ford dealer so we went immediately their and they took us in and searched for the part and had it installed by noon which allowed us to get to our next stop and home safely. Good service just frustrated with the time. Dropped my truck off at 10:00am for a oil change and a diagnosis on my headlights. Calls at 5:26 pm to tell me it’s ready to pick up but they close at 5:30 pm. Also to be told that there was nothing they could do about the headlights.Overall wasn’t a bad service just felt like better communication would have been best.

Had a deal in writing then sales manager called back and said they would only sell to locals? I guess living in Nevada isn’t considered local? (Purchased a Toyota in Idaho 2 months ago and somehow they managed to sell to someone from another state) Always have done business with smaller dealerships because they provide better customer service, are honest, and make me feel like I’m not just a number. Unfortunately Gallagher Ford has turned into yet another big corporation where your word (even in writing) does not mean anything anymore.

I was on my way to eastern Idaho from central California towing my forty foot 5th wheel travel trailer and stopped for the night at an RV park near Elko, Nevada. The next morning I had just left the RV park and was on my way up the on ramp to the freeway when the hose to the turbocharger on my Ford F350 dually blew off. I looked up the nearest Ford dealer, which was Gallagher Ford in Elko. They recommended a towing company and said that even though they were busy they would try to get my truck in and look at it. We arrived with the truck just before noon so they had to wait until the mechanics were back from lunch break. However,they worked the truck in as soon as they could that afternoon. They had the parts to fix it, advised me of the problem, and began work on the repair. I had the truck back repaired by 5:15. The price was fair. I paid the bill and was the last customer to leave service that day Even though I lost a day of travel I am thankful to Casey and his service team for getting me back on the road. They were all very kind and professional! I highly recommend them!

Robert stayed after closing, allowing us to test drive a vehicle. Fairly negotiated a cash offer. The next morning, in a matter of minutes, he had all the paperwork gathered, a temporary on the vehicle and everything was done and I was on my way. Each step was smooth, painless and quick.

Casey and the others at the Service Desk are great. The Mechanics do a good job. Occasionally they cause other problems or break things during service. When they do, Casey does his best to make it right.

I really have to say that the sales team is great. I have never had a bad experience with them. They are professional and courteous. The parts department is also amazing. Thank you to Kealy and team, they do amazingly. The service department is the only thing that I have had 2, back to back, less than enjoyable experiences. The first one was an oil change and alignment that took 8 hours after my scheduled appointment to be completed. On top of the extreme amount of time I was told they couldn’t do my alignment for some bogus reason about my tires needing to be feathered in. Just do my alignment and tell me the cost beforehand so that I know there are some extra steps. Everyone has bad days, and every business has hard times with staffing. So completely forgivable. This time around I needed four tires ordered and installed as well as an alignment. I went in and asked for a quote, but their system was down. Completely understandable. She asked me to call back in a few hours. I call to get the quote and order the tires and am put on hold for fifteen minutes and a very kind gentleman said that the service department was really busy and he would try to help me. He did an amazing job and got my tires on order. He told me I would still have to set up an appointment with the service department when the tires come in. Great, what a great guy. Then I go in later to set up the appointment and the lady basically gave me the cold shoulder for wanting to set up an appointment. I still hadn’t gotten a quote for the install and tires so I asked for one. She asked if I got a quote on the tires. I responded with I did get a quote for what he thought the tires would cost, but I want a quote for the entire service. She told me $100 for the install. I said ok so it will be $100 and that’s it? I would like to know the entire price. She again treated me like I was a nuisance and said oh you mean for tire disposal, etc. That is another $120. The service was completed and it was done about 3 hours and 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. So the timing was decent. The workmanship was great. The gal that helped me with the cashier window was amazing. I just don’t think it’s right to give someone bad customer service just because you’re busy. I get being busy, but that is never a good excuse for bad customer service. If I was grading just the service department (mechanics) I would grade 3 stars. If I could just grade the people (at least the person I dealt with) at the service counter it would be a 2 star. Sales, parts, cashier would all be 5 star.

My sales representative, Jessica, was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire sales cycle. After unsuccessfully attempting to locate a truck in SLC I decided to order one; it arrived in less than two months. The delivery process was smooth, friendly, and efficient - I was in and out in under an hour. I drove 300+ miles (600+ RT) and would do so again in a heartbeat to work with the Gallagher Ford team!

The service is always good and the staff are very friendly. However, I had a 10am appointment for my AC. I didnt get out of there until after 4pm.

If I could do zero I would. This is the 20th time taking it to Gallagher service department and each time we take our truck there, we have to wait for them to redo it as it’s not clean. This time I took it in and there was water spots from the mirror that had dripped down on the drivers door and bugs still on the bumper. The bed of the truck wasn’t even rinsed out and the center console still has dust and debris in there and this is after they had already taken it back to redo it. And this is after paying for a wash and wax!

Everyone was very professional and helpful. I got my appointment day mixed up and they stepped up and did the repairs on the day I arrived anyway.

Only one small issue, the labels were left on the rails. They were easily removed.

Took my Flex in for a recall, an oil change, tire rotation and diagnostic on a heating issue. Booked this two weeks out any after waiting 7 hours when it was supposed to take 3 to 4 all I got was an oil change and a diagnosis for what I already new was wrong and told them when I scheduled that it was the issue but they had to complete the testing themselves. Drove from Ely to Elko, a 2 1/2 hour drive each way for this . A simple phone call to reschedule would have been nice but instead took a day off of work to get what amounted to nothing done. Great customer service guys.

We recently had the misfortune of having our turbo go out in our 2013 F-450 truck on our way home from staying in Arizona. The closest Ford dealership was Gallagher Ford in Elko Nevada. Our truck was towed there on April 5th and their service manager Casey Mitchell met with us as soon as we walked in. From the time we got there until our truck was done our experience was the best we have ever received from a dealership and believe me we have had plenty of experiences!! Casey made sure our truck was looked at right away and so we knew what we could expect. Because of COVID parts were hard to come by so we didnt know if we were going to have to leave our truck and come back for it in a month or what. Casey got right on the phone and called all over to find the parts we needed and we were on our way home by Saturday April 10th!! When we first got to the dealership and knew we were going to be a few days we asked where we could get a rental car and Casey set us up with a new Ford F150 to drive at no cost to us at all! Everyone there was so friendly and customer service was their main concern! We live in Washington State which is about 550 miles away but if we ever need a new truck we told Casey we would be coming to see them!!

I brought my 2005 Mustang GT to Gallagher Ford for some much needed attention, it was not running that well. Kelly, the technician, did a fantastic job, and recommended some services beyond the basic tune-up, that the car needed at that mileage. It runs so much better than it did last summer! My car was ready to go as promised. I will return to Gallagher for any mechanical services. They have top quality techs on staff.
