My truck broke down this morning on my way to drop the kids off at school. Thankfully a friend and my brother helped get everyone where they needed to be!! My Insurance set up a tow with Moores Service & Towing. Austin called, was so nice & took care of bringing my truck home! I have never had such a great experience with any other towing company!

Our car broke down on the road during a long family road trip back home and Moore’s Service & Towing was a bright spot during an otherwise stressful situation. They were reasonable in price and came to tow our car very quickly. Our tow truck driver Dylan was extremely kind and patient as we got out all our luggage, kids car seats, etc. I would definitely recommend them!

The lady that answered the phone was nice and very helpful, she got me taken care of right away. They are super cheap compared to most towing places. Moores towed my car from Elkhart to goshen and only charged $70!!

All the staff was great people to work with. However the lady at the window was awesome the strong words and advise she gave my son and how she treated him I will never forget. Thank you all for all that you did to help my son.

Theyre a little rude at the office, but some of the tow guys are nice!

Some straight thefts will only have posest ur car for 3 days but will charge you for 4 days sounds to me like highway robbery

Driving home from work and someone in a pickup dropped a metal pole out of his vehicle and just kept driving as it hit us and lodged itself under the vehicle.These guys came out and pulled the pole out in no time! Thanks guys

Great ladies in the office, always nice and ready to help!! Guys driving the trucks are GREAT!! Locked my husbands keys in his car one time, and they were out to my house in about 6 minutes. These guys are good and they get the job done!!

Thank you for helping us out. In the middle of freezing weather, waiting 14 hours for dispatch to get mechanic to repair semi. Moore towing showed up at midnight within 30 minutes of getting call. Driver was very tired but friendly, hooked up the semi and took us to the mechanic shop. It was already 1:00AM, no car and no knowledge of where a motel was. Chance took us nearby to a motel and called ahead to make sure we had a room. It was a horrible day made better by Moore’s Service & Towing.

Scheduling was very easy. And Cole arrived within an hour. He went above and beyond to get our H2 trailered. This was a great experience. Definitely recommended. Thank you.

Quick friendly service. Though after-hours dispatch is out of Indianapolis, so i had to figure out the address we were broke down at, because that person doesnt know our area.

One of the worst tow companys Ive ever delt with. My cars lower ball joint broke when I was driving when they picked me and my car up everything was fine. Once my car got to the drop off location Kevin (the driver) broke a hole into my floor board when dropping it off. He said the car is so rusty that it broke on its own the car had no rust in that spot its a fresh break now I am unable to drive the car

They are Crooks $265 to get my truck out for one day truck got impounded by the police so they figured they could take advantage of me because of my situation any other toll from any other company for any other reason would have been less than $90

They towed my In laws vehicle after a horrifying accident. When the family went to retrieve personal items, Moores had stolen cash and car wash tickets. It may seem small in the scheme of things but that is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

The woman over the phone is EXTREMELY RUDE. Id go with a tow company that actually treats people with respect. Poor attitude, disrespectful, unhelpful, and mean. If you dont enjoy your job lady, get a different one.

Should not cost over $500 for a tow of under 20 miles. dont trust them with your credit card
