This company is so Compassionate and caring,I had to call them out First service in the middle of the night the lady that was on call was very compassionate and caring and their prices were very fair and when I went to go get my vehicle they were very professional super nice super big hearts. I would recommend this company to anybody they take care of your vehicle when they are hauling it very trustworthy company.

The car was towed by them last night because of an expired registration sticker. Upon calling to get the car released they didn’t even have the car in their system. On the 2nd call they quoted a fee of $300 (this was a tow from CR6 between Osolo Rd and Cassopolis St. On the 3rd call they jacked up the price to $500. FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS! This shows a complete lack of professionalism and integrity, and I have to wonder if they have some underhanded agreement with certain members of law enforcement…. Wouldn’t use these crooks if they were the last tow company in town.

Very expensive towing service, hard to get a hold of and placed a mechanics lien on my vehicle the day after it was towed in afyer an accident. DO NOT recommend.

Howards staff was kind and professional. They helped me and my daughter out of our jam quickly, and they did not overcharge. I would recommend them any time.

They were very professional the driver Robert was very friendly the bill was 85 and I gave the 75 by mistake when I called them to give them the other 10 they told me don’t worry about it. I would definitely recommend them for a service call.

Worst experience ever! Driver was rude and refused me service once telling me I could only pay in cash,price also changed from $200 on the phone to almost $240. He used profanity and was very unprofessional the entire time! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

It was absolutely horrible it cost us 410.00 to get our car out of impound and it was only sitting there for 2 days i still think sumhow we got scammed and 1 of the guys who works there over charged us and pocketed some of our money because it should of been under 200$ and im thinking about contacting BBB m..

They supposedly have a contract with The City of Elkhart, yet THEY are GOUGING their customers GREATLY and THE CITY refuses to do anything about it. NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!!!I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Extremely unprofessional!! They were about to hook up to a car to tow for me when the driver got a call he said he couldn’t take my car because he got this call and had to ge get a different car instead. Will never use them again

They came to give us a tug out of our driveway. It took 4 minutes and cost 85.00. We are a half mile away from their shop. But when your stuck you pay what they say.

I had to call this place SO many times because no one was ever there. I was in an accident and they wouldn’t allow me to get my belongings out of my car. I will NEVER go back there again! I own the car still and they won’t allow me to look at it.

Prompt. Efficient. Relatively inexpensive. No damage to my car. Well done.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!!!I was in a car accident a few months back and this company was called by the police to tow my totalled car to their yard. Because of the accident I had forgotten that I had my work tools and a 400 dollar pair of headphones inside. When I went to the yard to clean out my car I retrieved everything I had inside and went home, when I realized that my headphones werent inside. My headphones (which were a gift) were no where to be found. I called the company to ask them if they knew anything about them but no luck. They were either stolen by the people that work there or from people breaking into the yard, either way I am not happy. If you see this companys truck roll into your scene of accident or any other incident please be sure to remove ANY VALUABLES (1 star is generous)

Unfortunately my car was impounded because the vehicle was park in a dangerous spot. We try several towing companies and all was a two hour wait. Go figure summer time lol. We had to get to Enterprise before they close and when I came back car was gone. I’m lucky nobody got hurt. Was inform of this company that took the car in. Lady I spoke with was very professional and kind. Had them tow to my house until I can get it look at. Thank You very much. Would recommend for your future needs.
