Towne did a great job first drying out the wet area of the downstairs, then restoring the room to an even better appearance than before! Todd and Paul were courteous, easy to work with.

I had a sewage backup in my basement one evening. I called Towne, and within a couple of hours, two young men came and took care of everything. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and tidy. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a toilet overflow at 5:30 on a Monday night. Towne came out at the request of our plumber A+ Plumbing and got the floor torn right up.They were back at it early the next day and the rest of the week to get us back up and running. The team was fast, organized and just amazing overall. If you ever need any restoration done, call them!!

The whole crew at Towne responded immediately and worked tirelessly to repair the damage done when my water heater flooded the basement. They were punctual, professional, accommodating, efficient, cheerful, thorough, trustworthy and had great communication through the whole process. A very impressive team. Towne, hands down, is the BEST service I could have asked for. George Lowe was the main person who reassured me, everyday, that it will all be okay. They came in quickly, gave me the most accurate and quick answers I needed in this devastating time. They are so kind, work tirelessly and always let me know their process throughout the day. Towne recently completed the tear out and remediation of my kitchen after a roof leak. From the start, they were professional and prompt. Russ did a great job managing the overall project. Jason and Emilio were efficient and effective tearing out and encapsulating it. They repeatedly kept me in the loop, and asked me if there was anything else I needed. George and Mike were quick and effective in taking care of the mold, and also were great at keeping me in the loop. Overall, a fantastic experience, considering the circumstances. Would definitely recommend!

Sewage backed up and I had some in my basement. My plumber fixed the problem and recommended Towne Restoration. George was here the next morning. They removed the water in the basement. Deodorized and sprayed disinfectant and left an air scrubber to run over the weekend to remove any bacteria. They were prompt, professional and pleasant to work with. He even went the extra mile and got rid of my cobwebs and cleaned and disinfected the walls. I have a Michigan basement and have always been a bit creeped out by it but it looks great now...they couldnt have been nicer and I would recommend them anytime!.
