I chose to have professional carpet cleaning done for the first time since I bought my house about 12 years ago. There were some stains when I moved in that had been concealed by furniture, and later I periodically used my Kirby vacuum shampoo device on the floors, but the stains remained. These guys came in and everything was pristine afterwards. I thought I needed new carpets. Not so much, now. Good people.
