I have been using Star Tire for years. They have great customer service. They don’t try to sell me things I don’t need. If I bring them a flat tire they will see if they can patch it before trying to sell me a new tire. They are honest and treat everyone with respect! As a woman I hate going to many mechanics because they always try to rip me off. I have NEVER experienced that with Star Tire! I will never go anywhere else!

I deliver travel trailers and time off the road is lost revenue. I had a carrier support bearing go out on my truck and they got me in and fixed in a timely manner. This shop is family owned and very passionate about what they do the old shop I went to took weeks to get into. They get stuff done quickly and correctly. Highly recommend.

They used to be great but then one person quite and the person that took it over is just plane mean and put you on hold I waited on hold for approximately 25 minutes just to find out that they didnt have my tire size in stock and after today i will not be going back because they screwed up something

After a quick break inspection, Lucas and his team identified that I needed new brakes. By the end of the next day, I had new pants, and the price was reasonable and competitive. It was a good experience!

This is the best tire place I have found. The people are amazing and very caring.

The owner was just getting to close the shop on a Saturday afternoon when we called at the last minute. He waited for us, and although we thought we needed a new tire, he told is he could repair the one we had, which was still in great shape. We were back on the road in a jiffy. He definitely earned our repeat business that day!

Had an issue, however it was fixed.

Tonight I was rushing to get home and got a flat tire. I just made it to the 7-11 next to Star Tire to find the 7-11’s tire pump was broke. I walked over to Star Tire figuring they were closed, but sure enough they saved me!! They drug a hose clear across their parking lot so I could get my car into their bay. They got my old tire off & a new one on in like 20 minutes.Even if nobody else sees this, you guys are freaking awesome!!! Thank you so very much!!!

Blew a tire in elkhart, i live in Michigan. Did not have alot of money,they found a used tire for me to get me home. Was low tread so they pulled the old tire and put the new/used tire on. FOR FREE. To help me get home. Great people. Great place. I appreciate what they did so much. Will definitely be coming back for tires soon!

What a great company. I took a brand new set of wheels there to have tires mounted. Got me in right away. Also took an extreme amount of care mounting the tires. Not one scratch at all super impressed. They look great guys will defintatly be back!

Great service. Thorough workmanship (I watched the technician polish my rim for corrosion an extra long time in his effort to prevent leaks at the bead). I appreciated his attention to detail.

My father-in-law who is visiting for a while, suspected that his tire had a leak in it. I brought him to Star Tire and the guys there were extremely kind and caring toward him. He’s an older man who struggles a bit cognitively and is hard of hearing. He was thrilled. He didn’t have any leaks but the guys checked them all out and made sure they were in good shape. They ended up charging him nothing. They will have my business next time I need a set of tires. Thank you!

Quick and friendly. I had a sidewall damaged, so I needed a new tire. The staff told me all my options, sold me the tire, and had me out in maybe 20 minutes total. I will give them my business in the future!

They made a mistake on the car fax.. put 15 miles less than what it is.. now they dont want to help and yelled at me over the phone..risky to business with.

I dont believe Ill be doing any more business with star tire. Way over priced. The new manager is losing the customers that have been doing business with star tire for years, and Im one of them.

I went in with a flat, a big bolt in my tire. I was expecting to buy a new used tire for my car when they came out and said that they fixed it! Really? It cost me 17 dollars and I will go back for new tires when I need them.

I was told my tire couldnt be fixed at a discount tire store and that I needed to buy a new tire. I stopped by Star Tire they said no problem we can fix it. Got me in and out in 20 mins. Everyone is friendly and helpful too!
