Came in for a routine checkup of the car needing an oil change. Bradley was very nice in helping me, and Amy was wonderful as well. They also noticed that I had a screw in one of my tires and the other was low and took care of me! They are great people and I will be coming back!

I was referred to this shop by my sister. She bought a car from them 11 years ago and her car is still running. I’ve been screwed by many car shops over the years so I’m always reluctant to try new ones. I was amazed at how fast they were able to diagnose the problems. They don’t try to talk you into fixing unnecessary things. They tell you what is necessary and then they list things that they will keep an eye on if you continue servicing your car there. I’ve had many other shops lie to me and try to get me to fix things that weren’t necessary. They have reasonable prices and they do the job quickly! My car had the serpentine belt changed, a new muffler placed, and back shocks changed. They had all this done in about 4 hours! It’s nice getting my car back the same day! I highly recommend them!

These guys are awesome! Showed me exactly what was wrong with the car and fixed it the same day, for a very good price. Definitely going to them from now on!

Good people, take the time to show you whats wrong and never try to get you to do more then needed.

This happened about two weeks ago. After being serviced for the same issue couple days prior, my car broke down on I-90 on my way east. Looking back, I was really lucky that Qualified was nearby. After trying few chain car service repair shops and the dealership in town, I was told that neither could get it done (at all or at least not in a couple of days). Despite the shop being busy, the staff at Qualified took me in and I was able to hit the road again in just few hours. Hons and Amy are very friendly and pleasant people and their techs are quick and professional. If I lived in the area, Id not be taking my car anywhere else. Thanks to you guys my trip didnt end up in a complete disaster!

My vehicle was at one shop for over 2 weeks and they wasn’t able to repair it. Sent it to Qualified Auto they fixed it very fast and professional I would definitely recommend them!!!!

Had my truck dropped off at 9 am, and they had new break lines ran by 4 and ready to go. Some of the best customer service Ive received from a repair shop as well as quality, speedy work!
