They were great fixed a watch that was 15 years old.

Ive always had good experiences here. Ive had some pretty complicated repairs needed and theyve always come through for me. Prices are a bit steep, perhaps, but overall Im pleased with their work.

Id give zero stars if I could.Back in June I called one day around 2:00 to see if they would be able to replace the batteries in nine watches. The guy said yes. I dropped the watches off around 3:00 and the high school aged kid working said that I needed to stick around that way he could close and go home as soon as he was finished. He said it would be about 30-45 minutes but could be quicker. I had other errands to run so I came back 30 minutes later. The watches were ready and he said he had actually finished them in about 15 minutes so I shouldve come back sooner.I checked my watches, paid for the service and left. Fast forward three months and six of the nine watches that had batteries replaced already dont work. Im very upset that I spent close to $60 to put new batteries in these watches and now they new need ones AGAIN.Needless to say, I will not be going here to replace them. And Id love my money back, but I know thats not going to happen.

I brought in an almost new $250 watch to have the battery changed. 10 minutes later the hands on my watch were no longer connected and the watch was broken. The incompetent guys says.....well have to send this out. Come back and get it in a couple of weeks. I live 45 minutess away. Then! They charged me for it!!!!!! Worst experience of my life. If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would!!!!!!

So I had two broken watches and popped into AJR Watch Repair. Ten minutes later, I had two watches with new batteries, repaired gaskets and a bill for $23 and change!! So grateful! Fast AND competent!

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. This place ripped me off charging me $50 for a pin in my watch band that broke again 2 days later, I then took it to Rogers Jewelers the next day, got great customer service fixed my watch for free in front of me and has been great ever sense.AJR Watch Repair doesnt even deserve the 1 star theyre getting

If I could give it a zero I would . Worst customer service I have ever seen . All I asked for was a battery change they kept my watch for two months . Every time I called said it wasnt ready . After two months I called and said I want my watch back I have no confidence that knew what they where doing . They said my watch has been there since April . As I said very poor customer service and organizational skills .
