Just want to let everyone that you will not regret working with these guys. They performed a small miracle for me by getting my ring back to me so I could propose last week before my fiancé flew across country.Aside from this they were super upfront and friendly. There was no up selling or pressure. They are very knowledgeable about what they are doing and they make you feel like family instantly.If you are looking for that small jewelry intimacy, but the big company warranties I suggest going with Kenny G and Company!

First went in for jewelry cleaning, watch batteries and jewelry repair. Had a pair of earrings ordered but had to go back later to view them. Was disappointed that I could only get 5 pieces of jewelry cleaned at a time because I had a lot that had to be cleaned. Went back another time to view the earrings and did not like them (flimsy clasp) and Tom assisted me. I just didnt see what I wanted. I am fussy about my jewelry. Then told Tom that I needed a gold chain and described the length and what I wanted plus the price range I did not want to exceed. He brought back a chain that I absolutely fell in love with --in other words perfect. I couldnt believe it. He was so patient with me and I certainly appreciated that. When I got the chain I loved it so much that I got another one in white gold. Thank you Tom!!! Also, all the staff that work on the back desk are fantastic.

Great service and work. I had a ring that needed to be downsized and a couple diamonds replaced. It was recommended to increase the depth for all the prongs to prevent future loss. The end result was perfect. Very happy with the work done and corrections made.

I called in advance of going in. I arrived and no one greets you when come in. They didnt want my business, because all I wanted was two batteries changed in two watches. I offered to come back later. They told me to go to Batteries & Bulbs.

Went in with the intent to purchase something. I told salesperson my budget. After her showing me 7 or 8 things that were 2 to 3 times what I intended to spend she said she could ask the manager about a cash price. I said ok, and it seemed like the manager was insulted by the being asked... It wasnt even my idea to ask him. I dont disearve rudeness. business lost forever.

My ring was supposed to be ready today! the receipt says after 5pm! so i waited.. I called right at 5pm lady says theyre closed &i asked why no one called me stating my ring is ready based on promised date! she asked for my name and then says oh yes its ready, so of course i am like so can I pick it up she goes no the doors are locked! So i paid $100 to get it resized for them to not even call me before they closed so that i can have my engagement ring ? specially on New years &knowing that tomorrow they will be closed &Thurs. ! very frustrated and upset! I dont care how busy the guy is you stated the date &shouldve called or shouldntve stated a date right before new years!

I had 5 rings sized and several watch batteries replaced.2 of the rings broke after I wore them a few times. In both cases, they said it was my fault. I paid to have one of the broken rings repaired but took the 2nd one right back in. The manager wouldn’t repair it and said I “clearly bent it.” He offered to solder it but wouldn’t guarantee it. He said I should have had it reshanked instead of just sized. They didn’t suggest that when I paid them to size it.I wasn’t rough with the rings though he said I was lying. One snapped when I took it off. To speak to the “ rough handling” he accused me of, I’m a 64 year old woman. Not a weightlifter or rock climber. The roughest thing I did was dusting and pushing the vacuum.2 of the watch batteries failed within a week. They did replace those but broke the crystal on 1 of them.Of the 2 rings, 1 was an heirloom and the other my wedding ring. I decided not to take the ring back for the free but unguarenteed solder job.I decided to pay another jeweler to repair their repairs.3 trips in for repairs turned into 5 trips and would be 6 if I thought it wise to have them work on my wedding ring again. I also have to take in the other rings they sized because it’s probable that they botched those jobs too.This company is not trustworthy. Especially not for your precious jewelry.

I brought in a wedding ring to have repaired. The setting was broken and my diamond had a little crack near the inclusion. I had another jeweler tell me they wouldnt even repair it with my current diamond and quoted me around $2500. Kenny G repaired my rind to brand new condition for $160 and they never pressured me to buy a new diamond. I will take my business to Kenny G from now on! Great customer service and quality work!

Went in to get a watch band repaired. Great customer service! Was only charged $10 and when I paid him cash he immediately put what I gave him into a fund raising can he had on the counter.
