I came in with assorted pieces of old jewelry with questions about their quality, and two neck chains for repair, and one ring for repair-nine of which were going to give anyone a return for their time. Todd was very professional, took time to examine each piece, and was very pleasant. I have been to many jewelers in the past, and unless I was seen as someone with a lot of money to spend, I was treated with indifference. This gentleman, Todd Mayo, treated me and my “jewelry” with respect. He is someone I would return to if I have the ability to purchase some fine jewelry!

My watch kept coming off & I didn’t want just any new watch band. The watch was my daughters who had passed & I wore it everyday. Knowing we were driving to Elk Grove in a month, I decided to wait because I knew Rogers has the quality I needed. Sure enough Todd asked me if he could help me. He was unable to furnish me with a new band because it was a Disney watch but he took it in the back & came out & hooked it on my wrist. He had fixed the band. I would wait & drive from Yuma Arizona to Rogers in Elk Grove again when I need a Jeweler or Jewelry. The Customer Service is above & beyond & the Jewelry is to die for. By the way, there was no charge fixing my band.

Todd! The man! The myth the legend! Saved the day with his kind heart and honesty. Next time I need anything done jewelry wise he is my go to guy! They close at 7pm, i call at 645pm asking if they resize watches...he says they do but that they are about to close.. i tell him if i show up in 10 minutes will he help me still,still, responds with an In phatic yes! I show up at 653pm and he does help me out, not only with resizing that new watch i bought but installing a fallen pin in another wooden watch i had.. i cant express how thankful i am!! 😊 🙏 Thanks again!

I went in there a couple of days ago to drop off a resume, and I was impressed with the flow of the store. You open the outside door into a stylized mini-parlor, and that opens up into a spread-out floor plan with intelligently placed displays. (+1) for friendliness, (+1) for ambiance, (+1) for communication of employees. They seem to work as a team in accomplishing tasks. (+1) for consideration of management. The floor manager was very accepting, kind, and helpful, even when I revealed I wasnt there to purchase anything. (+1) in general for processing through what I requested of them, and assisting me in submitting my application, and providing resources.

Came in with a ton of watches and just as many questions. I was assisted with all my watches and all my questions with speed and service that couldn’t be any better. A very pleasurable experience! Shane is the man to see if you need any help!

Had a big mix up - they sold me a ring for a lower price (their error, that I had no idea about when I bought it) and then they had the audacity to ask for it back a few days later, even though I had already gifted it to someone. I refused, so was called “immoral” by the staff. The issue kept getting elevated until I ended up having to speak with Roger himself. He told me “you could tell everyone you know and no one will ever listen to you” if I complained about his business. I ended up giving the ring back. This business - and roger - are the worst, and hopefully someone does listen.

Love this store. If they do not have what I looking for they will find it, order it, and get it to me in record time. I never feel pressured when coming into this store. Every person on the staff is professional and knowledgeable. We have bought several items fromRoger’s and we get pieces repaired and cleaned here. Great people, prices, and jewelry.

I have been going to Rogers since we bought my engagement ring in 1986! We have bought most of our jewelry here and I continue to bring it back every six months for the warranty. More than once that warranty has been used. The staff are wonderful, helpful, and very accommodating. I highly recommend Rogers.

I came to get a new battery for my watch. They were pleasant and exchanged it right away. Usually when I come to get a battery for my watch here they dont charge me for the battery. However this time they wanted to charge me $10. When I said something then they didnt charge me. But maybe theyre changing their policies and now charging for when they change the battery in your watch. They have a nice selection of items and otherwise pretty friendly.

I like that everyone is respectful regardless of how presentable I am during my visit.I dont really price compare considering if you are shopping here, youre not looking for basic needs or shouldnt be looking for a bargain.The people are great, very helpful. The cleaning services they provide after purchases are always great.The selection is good enough and you can special order from the books so its good all-around.

I had bought a watch earlier today at a different store in a different town and the more I wore it the more uncomfortable I was with how it had been sized. I called Rogers Jewelry to see if they would be able to put a link back in for me even if the watch hadnt come from their store. The sales associate, Kenneth, was very polite and said they would absolutely be able to do that. I went in 20 minutes later and was greeted by Kenneth. I explained again that I just needed the link put back in and he went and did just that. He also noticed that the pin hadnt been put back in properly from the first time it was sized so Im glad he was able to catch that too. I appreciate Rogers Jewelry for being able to do this for me.

The entire staff is great but Todd is the man. Ive been in there twice and both times he has helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Hes very personable and patient and is more focused on finding something youll love than just making the sale. He also knows how to make/take a joke which is a nice change in pace from your standard salesman. I will no doubt be returning to Todd and this store for all of my future jewelery needs.

We took in a ring for cleaning. While we waited, there were literally no customers in the store. As we were waundering around the store during our wait, looking at glasses cases, and thinking of looking for a rhinestone ring, no one bothered to approach us and ask if we might be interested on trying something on, or looking for something in particular. With visibly five employees working in the store with no customers around, the morale of the employees looked rather low.Sad, how service has declined.We are opting to find another store who cares about customers.

I came in the other day to find something for my girlfriend, knowing pretty much nothing about jewelry, let alone where to start. I spoke with Haley, and she really cleared things up for me, and helped me pick out something for my girlfriend based in what information I had told her. Haley was very easy to work with, and I didnt feel pressured to make a purchase, but I did, and my girlfriend loves her new bracelet!

Went to get batteries replace for 2 watches and was greeting walking through the door with smiles. The young lady ask what she can do for me and I handed her the 2 watches to replace the battery. Usually in most places they charge $10 per watch. I walked out with the same amount of cash that I walked in with. I wont hesitate to purchase any kind of jewelry from this store in the future.

I went in to purchase a new chain and backing for my earring. I was greeted right away and out of there in less than 15 minutes. The salesperson informed me that my old necklace chain could be repaired and there was no need to buy a new one. I was surprised he didnt just try and sell me new one. He then offered to clean my earrings and give a new backing for free. I insisted on paying since they fixed my necklace for no charge but he wouldnt accept it. I went in excepting to pay for a new chain and new earring backs and walked out with all my jewelry fixed and no charge. Wonderful surprise.

Rogers is a phenomenal jeweler. I have bought multiple Tag Heuer watches from them and they are great at customer service.

Ordered custom work from the Folsom store and then decided to cancel it well within their cancellation policy period, going into the store, dealing with a salesperson and picking up the WRITTEN contract showing me that my order was canceled. Imagine my surprise when they called me to tell my piece was done a week later! Rogers did not honor the written cancellation - nor were they willing to compromise in short they bullied me into a sale. I have my piece, and it seems well made enough. But look out - presales is charming but if there is a problem you are totally on your own. Would not recommend. They lost me as a customer for good.
