We had an AMAZING experience yesterday when my husband and I came in to return as Xfinity customers. We were immediately greeted by Keelan who asked us what we needed help with and then he showed us the line to wait in. After chatting for a bit about what package would most likely suit our household best, Keelan introduced us to Lucas who would further assist us. Lucas was extremely helpful and knowledgeable; he answered all of our questions and concerns patiently. The entire process was pain-free and even had an appointment set up for us for the very next day (this afternoon) for a tech to come to our house later for the equipment install. We left with everything we were looking for: a package with channels we actually watch, The Filipino Channel for Grandma, and the highest speed internet that Xfinity currently has to offer in our zip code. It was such a pleasant and welcoming experience; I really hope this locations store manager is able to read this review. This is the location I will be referring my friends and family to. =)

The whole point of switching from ATT to Xfinity was a lower bill. I wanted the iphone 12 mini which was supposedly on sale or promotion. I thought i paid the phone in full then i got the bill and was being charged another 30.41 a month for the phone, I paid $449 at the store and kept asking Gabe that that was the full price of the phone but it wasnt, the full price was actually $689. Xfinity and Comcast are always shady, shouldve known better!

ON SATURDAY THE 26th I CAME TO THE STORE IN ELK GROVE AT LAGUNA BVLDIN THE STORE STORE HOURS SAYS THEY OPEN AT 10am I WAS HERE 10 MINUTES BEFORE.. THEN THE INTERNET PAGE SAYS OOEN AT 2pm AN AGAIN I ARRIVE 10 MINUTES BEFORE.And SURPRISE I WAS TOLD BY AN EMPLOYE TATH THEY WIL BE OOEN AT 3pmITS 10 MINUTES AFTER 3 AN THE JUS VERLLYOPENED THE DOOR AND NOW THE HAVE TONES OF PEOPLE WATING OUTSIDESTUPID COMCAST XFINITYCUSTOMER SERVCE NOT GAPPY AT ALL🤬🤬

Carina is awesome! She helped us with what’s best for us. I used to hate dealing with Comcast. But having an employee like Carina make me love Comcast all over again. The other workers were very nice to deal with too. Love this place.

I was quickly greeted and helped by John - appreciate his help in returning equipment and ensuring the update to my plan was correct in the system. I did come at around 1:30 pm on a weekday so there was no line, just a couple other people being helped ahead of me. I can’t speak to the process of picking up equipment here, but in terms of other service needs, I would recommend this location.

YOU MUST VISIT THIS LOCATION IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Hands down, one of the best services I have ever received. First and foremost, the team is very excellent and really care about their customers and making sure we are all taken care of. Alex is your go to girl and Michael, the manager, both care about their customers leaving happy and both went above and beyond my expectations of making sure I got what I needed. I had many issues with my phone over the past week, but after many time spent on the phone, going from store to store to get help, between Xfinity and Apple, this location chose to take accountability for an issue out of their control. Alex and Michael are very personable and make you feel like you’re their friend. If you ever need help and are looking for EXCELLENT customer service, give this spot a try!

We were passing by Target and were surprised to see that the Xfinity store was open. I had been experiencing some issues with my internet service and decided to stop by this store. I was immediately greeted by Jose when I walked in even though he was busy with something I knew I was gonna he helped as soon as he was available as the other reps were helping other customers. When Jose was available I explained the issues I had been having as well as the usage fees I had been getting. He reviewed my account with me and explained why I had received the fees and why my internet was moving so slow. He then shared with me how Xfinity could provide faster more reliable internet speed and also lower my bill. Through our conversation I shared with him that I am diabetic and he saw that we did not have a land line phone. He shared that he could add a land line and still save us money every month and we would have a more reliable access to emergency services. I was amazed at his knowledge and how he was able to listen to me and match what I had said to the services Xfinity provides and save me money on top of that every month. Jose is the best and I will be referring my family and friends to him.

I cant stand Comcast as a company but the staff at this location are always kind and helpful. Im sure they deal with a lot of angry customers but they take it in stride and keep a smile on no matter what. Also an easy place to pay your bill or discuss options for your contract without getting the run around on the phone. Sometimes its nice to deal with someone in person and not feel so disconnected and frustrated.

One of the worst decisions Ive made is moving to Xfinity. Customer service its beyond awful. Do you have a problem with your service or about your bill? Perhaps after waiting more than an hour on hold or being cut off multiple times, or being transfered to numerous people and then cut off again and again while on hold you might get an answer. I did not. It is unbelievable how bad a company can be. I would give negative star if possible.

Last week my wife and I went to the Xfiniti store on Laguna blvd in Elk Grove, to open an account for our internet and phone needs. The sales agent, Rodney Jones, was very helpful and his cheerful manner put us at ease. No question was too much for him. In fact, the whole staff was very helpful. I must say they were very wonderful to deal with.Thanks again,Sks

All these people do is want to scam you out of as much money as possible. From purposely withholding information to adding free services that will charge you after the free period expires, to scheduling a technician to visit your house when all that is needed is a hardware rest, Comcast finds every way to screw the consumer. Too bad the only other option we have is Frontier for cable internet. We need Webpass here.

This store deserves to be reviewed in my opinion. We were just shocked that they didnt open til 10:00 am but besides that, it was well worth it. The name of the agent is Rob. He helped us as soon as they opened, we told him of our current situation and monthly bill. He started to find us the best deal possible. We ended up upgrading our services by a lot more for much lower than we are currently paying for and we are very happy for the result. When all our cell phone lease contract ends, we will be looking for Rob again for more savings and deals. We were sold because Rob was very clear and was always looking into how we can save from our current bills. Upgrades we end up with to name a few: we now have 3 TV rooms from 2; we also end up with home security system from nothing. We end up with internet upgrade from 175mbps to 1000mbps (yeah 1000). We end up buying camera and sensors for home security and have to pay for 1 time installation fee but was broken down to 6 months payment and was still $40.00 cheaper than out current bill. Some other channels were thrown in for free (showtime and hbo) plus other channels that I cant remember them all. So again! It was a great morning deal for us. We will be coming here instead of Delta Shores Xfinity from now on. They were very helpful here in Laguna Blvd Xfinity.

Couldnt agree with Miguel more. When my wife and I visited this store - our original intent was to bring our internet equipment up to date. During this process, it was determined my wifes cell phone required much TLC in order to bring it up to date. At this point, Mike took ownership of the issue which required alot of teamwork by him and the staff. Needless to say - the cell phone software is current and we made the switch to Xfinity as our mobile carrier. I know we never would have received the level of customer service from our prior carrier that we received at this Xfinity store. We also decided to make some additions to our service which required an installation appointment and the installation representatives arrived timely, were professional, friendly and took the time to provide us with details and answer all of our questions. If you are looking for knowledgeable, friendly staff and excellent customer service - this is the place !!!!

I Had a lot of issues with my billing and did not understand the service I had signed up for, the employee Alex greeted me at the door and welcomed me into the store. As Alex walked me to the couch all the other employees said good morning to me with a warm smile..This was very refreshing customer treatment.Alex then proceeded to look at my account and ensured that I am who I was to protect my account, at which she stated she wants to ensure that my account is protected..She then proceeded to go over my Bill and educated me of all the services I have currently which made more sense at this point, At this point the manager Michael introduced himself to me and welcomed me to the store and thank me for my business and proceeded to help Alex with my account. Michael and Alex ensured that I was educated me to how I can take advantage of all the apps that xfinity have to offer such as account management, XFI apps too control my WIFI at the home, the cool remote app and many more... Michael even downloaded it to my phone and showed me how to use each app individualy. This has been the best experience yet, then they took me to the Giant TV in the store to show me the X1 service I have and showed all the cool features that it has to offer, they even showed me the Alarm equipment and how it works on the tv and all internet devices.While the apps were all being set up for me they also asked me about my current cell phone services and so I proceeded to let Michael and Alex know that I was with At&t and how much I paid which was a lot.they showed me the plan and a comparison sheet of what I have to what they currently offer, at which point I have 5 phones and I can save almost $130 a month.I stated that Ii will bring my family in and eventually switch very soon...I can tell Michael is the manager by his presence, he makes the customers feel welcome and supports his team. he maintained the store to a high standard and makes sure that his employees have everything they need to complete the transactions. He evens make sure that all customers are greeted and directs them very efficiently and constantly checks in letting them know where they stand in the line, he even qualifies every customer for their visit and escorts the customer to the employees and provides the customer of the solution..I also noticed that all employees opens the door for every customer coming in and when they complete their visit.Best experience I have had in a long time....Thank you Alex, Michael and Laguna Team.

Of the worst and lack of professionalism, on the part of the workers, of that branch, they should take action on the matter.Regarding that machine that they have there for collection, it does not give a receipt and only swallowed my $ 65.00 dollars, the employees did not even give it importance, and I returned without receipt or money, and with the same balance in my Account, 😡😡🤬🤬
