This company is fraudulent from the beginning. There is literally no viable service that is delivered from a high price scam. Sales starts of with lies and customer service is non responsive. When canceled they continue to charge your credit card. I had the charges disputed and won. They then simply charge a different way and different amount.On their own customer message board they have attorney lawyer and such blocked from being typed. Who does that?

They over charge for a service that they really dont provide, dialup is faster and cheaper then Hughes net. You cant even surf the web in a timely manner with Hughes net

Charged over $1000 for the equipment. It never worked (.5 mbs). They have refused to refund my money for the installation. I have to pull the equipment down myself and send it back for them to give a $200 refund. Its basically a fraud based business.
