I went to look at units to rent. The gentleman was nice that approached us. But the woman yelled at me to not get out my car. Then told me If I couldn’t afford the unit don’t get it. She was very cold and rude. I definitely won’t be back and am filing a complaint with BBB.

Very knowledgeable staff, and very friendly too. If I ever need a storage unit in the future, this is where Ill go. The facility is extremely clean as well.

I have been renting from Laguna Storage for 3+ years and have had nothing but the best experience. The service has always been polite, professional and friendly. I recently moved out of my storage (as I was able to donate the furniture I was storing to a friend in need) and walked into the office to see what needed to be done to close out my contract. They checked on the remaining days in my billing cycle, printed out a piece of paper and had me sign - it was easy as that. From the day I rented to the day I closed out my contract the rental process was easy. I especially liked how close the storage facility was to where I lived with online bill pay to boot! If ever I have storage needs in the future, I would return to Laguna Self Storage.

The staff are top notch. Organized and ducks in a row. Facility is top of the line. No complaints. My line of work has me in a handful of facilities across the North State. This is the best facility I have ever occupied.

Cleaned facility was showed a unit by the general man who was very professional with great customer service skills. But was made to feel like I didnt belong at their facility by the lady that I had spoken to after seeing the unit. I decided not rent the storage unit from them.

I had the worst experience with Laguna Self Storeage. The manager Cindy, is unprofessional, and dishonest. She talks down and over talk you, and hangs up on you on the phone, if voice your complaint, about their loaner truck breaking down, she said I was a liar, because their 10 year old loaner truck with 180,000miles does not break, forefit my $100 deposit.i am going to the State, to look up the owners name, and share my experience with them.

I went to multiple storage units one day and I was going to go and sign up at Laguna self storage however the lady in there I dont know her name but she was very cold and unfriendly and kind of stuck-up to be honest so I left and I never returns Im now a happy person at harbor point storage they are very friendly there theyre honest and they are clean
