Good customer service but they are busy. You need to make an appointment two weeks in advance if you want a Saturday appointment.

Went in for a scheduled oil change and had me waiting 30 min in my car while letting others go in. The wait time for a simple oil change was 4.5 hrs which was ridiculous and on top of that, they had me waiting an additional 20 minutes on my feet to literally hand me my car key. Front desk workers ignored the fact that I was there while they chatted and didnt make an effort to check on me. Not going back even for an oil change.
