Our barrier reef fiberglass pool from Crystal Pools exceeded our expectations! It suits our needs perfectly and the sales force did a great job of helping us choose it. Installation was smooth, communication was clear, and we had a personalized pool training session. We love it!

Fantastic Spa. We purchased a Well Springs salt water spa. It is amazing. It has none of the chlorine smell that we have experienced in other spas. My wife says it makes her skin feel fantastic. Zach the salesman was very knowledgeable. Installation was smooth, quick and without any problems. The delivery from the manufacturer was delayed because of Covids effect on the supply chain. But, Crystal Pools had no control over that.We have been Crystal Pool customers since we bought our home nine years ago. We have a pool at our home that Crystal Pools installed about 50 years ago. It still works great and we love it also. Crystal Pools has been so helpful and nice with everything we needed for our pool, that it was really a no brainer to purchase our spa here.

We absolutely love our pool from Crystal Pool. Throughout the whole process, everyone we dealt with from Crystal Pools Hershey was wonderful. They started putting our pool in and made it up to filling the pool with water and were ready to lay the concrete. Unfortunately, they had to stop working on it because of COVID19 rules. Throughout the whole time they were not able to continue work, they kept us updated, made sure the water was maintained, hooked up a long extension cord to keep the pump running…. Once they were allowed, they finished their work on the pool. Everything turned out great. We couldn’t be happier. Many neighbors who walk and/or drive by our house compliment the pool and how great it looks. Crystal continues to help with all our questions.

We had our Crystal pool installed in April and couldnt be more happy with every step of the process. It started with our dealing with Brad B. in sales to the guys doing our installation to all the follow up with Deb and Beth. Brad answered all our questions and returned all our calls quickly. We ordered an above ground pool last fall and it was installed the end of April. The installer had the pool up and ready for use in just one day. Our experience with Crystal Pools was 5 star. We love having a pool in our own backyard!

Had our pool installed late last year and paid the extra money for a pool heater. When the propane guy goes to fire it up it gives an error code, preventing him from competing his work. Mind you, this is a brand new heater, never before operated. Several calls to Crystal and they say, well, were really backlogged right now but well put you on the schedule as soon as we can. Essentially, Well get to it when we get to it. This wasnt a service call for a heater that broke down. They either installed a defective unit or they installed it incorrectly. Either way, its their fault, not mine. Yet Im still told to take a number, right before a long stretch of hot sunny days. A useless 45K pool.. This is the second pool that weve had Crystal install and it will definitely be the last.

We ordered a Jacuzzi hot tub in July 2020. Prior to deciding to purchase one we shopped around. We were most impressed with our communication with crystal Pools and their knowledge. Due to Covid delays it took longer than expected but it was worth the wait! It was out of Crystal’s control. Everyone was friendly and helpful through the buying process and delivery and installation of our hot tub!

The sales person, Zach Sontag, was a delight to work with. We ordered a Hot Tub in July, but due to Covid, we didnt get it until February. Even though it was snowing and turned into a white out, they delivered and set up the Hot Tub. They made sure we knew how to operate it before going on their way. They were available to answer questions that arose during our first use. Even though it is still cold out, we have been enjoying our new hot tub.....cant wait for a little warmer weather.

Crystal Pools made the delivery process of our hot tub so easy. Delivery was on time, speedy, and with no yard damage. Zack gave me a lesson on all of the chemicals, made sure everything was looking perfect and working properly.

I started looking for a new pool at the end of April. A friend of my recommend crystal pool in Hershey and Dustin as his sales person. In the back of my mind, I was thinking crystal pool is way out of my price range. Previously I checked out 5 other pool places then decided to check out crystal pools. Since all the shut downs are going on because of covid. I called and made appointment with Justin. He showed me all of my options. I fell in love with the 12x23 Emotion pool then he told me it was on back order because of covid and it wouldnt be in in till end of august. He showed me what was in stock that I could take home that day. But I waited for the pool I really wanted. Also may I add it WAS not out of my price range. So I waited for the pool come in this year seemed like the hottest summer ever then Justin called 2nd week of July to let me know that my pool was ready to pick up. So when we went to installed the pool it was missing a upright reached out to Justin and the next day Josh drop it off on my front porch by 10:00 am. what great customer service!!! I would highly recommend crystal pool 5 stars, great customer service, great product. This place has been in business since 1964 what other pool place can say that. way to go guys keep up the great job. Also the gentleman that loaded our pool on our trailer was awesome and the cashiers are very polite and helpful. Great workmanship. However, the customer service department has a lot to be desired. After being a customer for over 35 years, a 7 minute service call was billed to us at $120: 00. When questioned, we were told by the service manager we should have had the service rep “do something” while he was here and he was not budging on the cost. The customer service department has definitely deteriorated over the years and is not very customer friendly or willing to work with you. Very disappointing.

With all the BS in dealing with them just to talk about an in ground pool, they lost at least 65K of my business. Again just a simple phone call back to me would have changed things. I purchased my 15x30 above ground pool from Crystal Pool Elizabethtown. Dustin got us a GREAT deal on a showcase model and zero percent financing. I was replacing a 30 year existing pool so the area was some what leveled out. Jason and his helper came out and professionally installed the new pool in one day. We were VERY pleased with how detailed they were about every step. They had a water company fill the pool for us which took a very short time (beats filling it with a garden hose!!!). The next day Bob the Electrician came out and installed new underground wiring. Once again it was a very professional job. Dustin came out later in the evening and showed us all the features of our new pool. Needless to say, we cant wait for the weather to warm up so we can try it out. Great service. Since 2004 we have had a 24 round above ground pool . Our pool was installed by Crystal Pools. We have had out motor to our pump serviced two times. We developed a leak to our pool linerone time. We just replaced our skimmer which developed a leak . Fourteen years not to bad. When you buy a home with a pool call the installer and request instructions on maintaining and care of your pool.Crystal Pools has been a great company to work with service is great. Service calls cost money but, if you learn the basics you can save big bucks. Large free parking lot with handicap parking and entrance. Wheelchair accessible. Crane delivery went very smoothly, with clear instructions on maintenance and care from Chris and Ryan. Only thing we would have done differently: taken more time to wipe down and vacuum the interior of the tub more throughly before filling. Appreciated Darlenes help in setting up our Hot Springs Connextion remote control/monitoring system. All in all, a positive experience.

We bought our house with this pool already in it with a recommendation from the previous home owner to use Crystal Pools. Crystal Pools have been the only company to service this pool so we figured they would be our best bet.When we called to have a service person come and open our pool we were told this would include cleaning the sides, vacuuming, putting the ladder in, clearing the water and checking the integrity of the filter. What really happened was the technician came, barely said a word to us, dumped shock in, told us we need a new filter and left (a total of 15 minutes).We were never told any additional information. I had to call the service department about it for them to tell me that I was to call back when the pool was clear which isnt possible if a new filter is needed. I then received a $300 bill. This company provides terrible customer service and was screamed at by the company representative. I wouldnt have been so upset if the company would have sent out a technician to finish the job but was told that was not going to happen. Now we have to pay a $300 bill for a service we did not even full receive.I finally received help from Goodall Pools who did a fabulous job.

Everything was done exactly how we wanted it and everything we were supposed to get with our package was there and ready to go. I had a very thorough explanation on how everything works in our pool. I would not recommend Crystal Pools at all. They make a great pool and installation was a great experience, but their service is terrible. Bought the Hayward OmniLogic salt generator system, and it has gone down 2-3 times every year which means I cant generate chlorine for a month each time it goes down because it takes their service department that long to figure it out. I even called the owner this summer, and she blew me off and never followed up. Hayward got me in touch with Goodall pools who has been fantastic to deal with in Service. Wish I would have bought my pool from Goodall instead of Crystal. At Crystal they only care about the sale of the pool...after that, your nothing to them.

Staff of Crystal Pools was the epitome of professionalism. Did not make promises they couldnt keep; did everything they could, in spite of the weather, to install our pool in early summer. We had a very good experience. Our salesman Lonny was very nice and very knowledgeable. There was a special anniversary sale going on and we received a very good price quote. He suggested we do not use a credit card which saved us 200 dollars. He took the time to explain what would happen with the delivery and also gave us some advice on the upkeep of the spa from personal experience. Chris came out to check out the location to make sure everything would be OK. He called me while there to let me know immediately we were OK. We had to reschedule the original delivery date due to a family emergency and they were very nice about rescheduling. The install team was slightly early and did a wonderful job of bringing the spa on our deck and installing it. Chris (who is a service person) stayed until the spa was filled and went over all the controls and the upkeep needed very carefully and made sure we understood everything.We feel very good about Crystal Pools and will continue to deal with them for all our future needs. I bought my Jacuzzi spa from Crystal Pools. I had to have service on the spa and the service professionals accurately diagnosed and corrected the problem. I have been happy with Crystal pools from the point of sale, help when I am buying new spa chemicals and now repair. Highly recommend for a Jacuzzi Spa.

Crystal Pools installed our above ground pool around 10 years ago. At that time we had no issues and had not had issues until 3 years ago. Started having leaking issues with the filter head, told me to bring it in for repair. Repair was complete and was better but still had a small leak. Last year same issue bring in for repair, same result. This year i insist they come out. Didnt set a date but said we will be out sometime the next week. Next week comes and goes and no service, no call, nothing. They came out Monday of this week and fixed the issue. Except the Nature 2 unit needed replaced and they didnt have one on the truck. Leak wont be fixed until that unit is replaced. I go to the shop, get the cartridge and replace it myself. Still a small leak occurring. Call and leave a message. Missed their call this am and called back and then no response. Now i received invoice for the work they completed on Monday, but the issue still isnt resolved. They generally seem disinterested in customer service and a lack of pride in their service work. The interest appears to definitely be focused on payments now which is a shame. After 10 years I will be seeking a new company to service our pool. Would definitely not recommend.

We took about a year to decide on a pool, when the time came we felt confident that Crystal Pools gave us a fair and competitive price on a pool. This was an easy choice for us. After having a Chrystal Pools in-ground pool installed 17 years ago, and dealing with them ever since, when we decided we wanted a Hot Tub, Chrystal Pools was going to be a stop we made. We looked at hot tubs through Costcos and BJs, cheap prices, but tubs are not as nice, and you need to set up installation on your own. We also looked at other local dealers, but Chrystals sold higher rated brands, 2 of the top selling brands in America, their pricing was in line with competitors for what we felt was a nicer tub, and lastly we knew we would be happy with the service. We were not disappointed. The installation was as professional as we knew it would be, and we have been enjoying our tub every day since. We would highly recommend Chrystal Pools for all you pool and hot tub needs.

Very upset with this company! We have been using them for years to service our pool with no serious problems until it came time to replace the liner. We paid a 50% deposit ($3600) for a liner replacement and to convert our 3 fiber optic lights to LED lights in November 2017. We went to the Mechanicsburg location the end of February 2018 and picked out our liner. The staff there was very helpful and friendly. Our order was written up and a copy of the liner we picked was attached. When they were finally able to put the liner in (June 18) they had the wrong liner and the lights hadnt come in yet. After several issues we finally got everything installed. I asked for a discount on our bill for several reasons and was told no. Well, time for a chat with the BBB. Dont know how they have an A+ rating. Needless to say, they lost our business!

Traded our old spa for a new Hot Springs spa with salt system. Everything about the operation and care of tub explained to me when delivered. Pricing was good for the system we purchased. Would definately use them again.

Just received our second Hot Tub from Crystal, the first we had over 12 years. The service has always been top rate and the men who installed the tub were very professional and made sure we knew everything about the tub before they left. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a Hot Tub

I replaced an existing above ground pool in my yard with the same exact size pool so no excavation was required. Sand and stone were already in the lot where the pool was to be installed. I was told by John, the sales manager, that I would qualify for a reimbursement for having sand, stone, and the lot already being excavated. So after everything was said and done I receive a check for $220 out of $4,282.40 for installation. $242.40 of the installation was 6% sales tax. I felt like I was ripped off for paying for installation that 50% of the labor was already done. They also left a huge pile of sand in my yard that wouldve been extra money to get rid of.

They put a new liner in my pool and the day after it had already came loose. They put in a strip around the edges to hold it in place but that all came out the first month and the liner came loose again. They came out the first year numerous time to fix the liner. 25% of it has come out again and they wont come out to fix it after the 1 year warranty without charging me. The liner was to small from the beginning or it would not have come loose from day one. I ask them to replace it but they refuse.

Guys were very helpful with preparation and installation throughout process. A long time was spent demonstrating features and care of the unit

We are very please with Crystal Pools. We shopped and wet tested hot tubs in three county’s. After meeting with John R at Crystal pools in Elizabethtown, and wet testing the hot tubs in the showroom, we choose to go with Crystal Pools. John sent Fred and Ian out to our home. Fred and Ian took the time to talk with us about location and electrical hookup. When it came time for delivery they brought the man power to safely set the hot tub through the windows into our sunroom. The tub was up and running in one hour and warm and ready by late afternoon. Our family loves the Caldera Niagara. John thanks for taking the time, you are truly an expert in the spa business.

We looked at several different dealers. After my first visit with Lonny I was impressed with his knowledge and no pressure sales. I visited all three locations to look at different brands and models on display and every salesman was very knowledgeable. Once we purchased our hot tub the delivery staff was on time and very proffesional. They explained everything and proper care. There was a problem with the control touch pad the first time we used our hot tub (not caused by them a manufacuring defect). I contacted the service dept and they came out the next day and ordered the parts. I would recommend Crystal Pools>

Im a first-time home buyer and pool owner. We just bought a home with a Crystal Pool and Im just learning what I need to do to keep it running well. The week after we moved in the filter stopped working so we called crystal to figure out the problem. The guy came for fifteen minutes and said call an electrician. We later figured out that a breaker was flipped and there was nothing wrong with the filter. I got an invoice for 110 dollars from crystal so I called to see if they could have some mercy on us-- after all, we got a proposal from them for a new liner next year and would need to buy chemicals on an ongoing basis. They refused to discuss it-- just told me the bill is what it is. Its a drop in the bucket to them but would mean a lot to us during our transition to our new home. Looks like well be shopping around for our future needs.

We purchased a hot tub from Crystal Pools after seeing them at the Home Show. Everyone is extremely friendly and easy to work with, and we of course love the hot tub!

Purchased our first above ground pool. Entire experience outstanding from our sales person (Brad) to the installation team. All committments made were kept, and the intallation team went out of their way to get the job done in the shortest amount of time. They answered all questions. Steve from the Lancaster store explained the operation and took the time to make sure we knew what to expect.

We purchased our in ground pool from Crystal Pools in Mechanicsburg. Although at times there were some rough spots in the process we had an overall good experience. Our pool is beautiful and enjoyed by all. We are still in the final processes of getting it set up but Crystal Pool employees have been very good about helping us with this endeavor. We appreciate the job that Parmer Excavating did (even with hitting mountain springs). Don, the manager, has been very helpful in many aspects of the project. Dustin was great with customer service and did an excellent job of training us on how to properly care for our investment.We believe that staff at Crystal Pools have since learned that every municipality is different and some require different means of getting permits differently than others. Because our municipality only meets one time per month our project was somewhat delayed. Our only complaint was that we wish Crystal Pools would again employ a project designer. We feel that all dreams start with a design and designs are what convert dreams into a visual reality.Tom and Diane Gothel and family

Buyer Beware! We called Crystal Pools to repair our Hot Springs Spa (Feb 2013) - the spa heating element was damaged from ice and needed replacement. Things to know about how Crystal Pools conducts their business: 1. They require credit card info when placing the initial service call ($99 including a 1/2 hour of labor); I assumed they would just charge the $99 but that is not the case, as I will explain; 2. Their technician will not diagnose your problem and provide an estimate prior to performing the work (and provide an opportunity for you to decline) 3. They mark up the parts they use incredibly high (they charged me $420 for a heater element that I could have purchased from Ebay for $289); 4. They will not provide an invoice until after the job is done - not on site, the invoice comes via mail about a week later - and your credit card is charged for the entire job. Ubelievably, they never inform you that they are doing this- a $671 charge suddenly appeared on my bank statement; 5. Their technician will spend time watching as your spa fills up (which of course is time that you are paying for!). Sure, the spa works, but their unscrupulous and shady business practices make this company one to avoid under all circumstances. We were very disappointed with Crystal Pools and will be calling the BBB to report our experiences with this company.

We were referred to Crystal Pools by friends and was told to speak directly with Brad Bomgardner(Elizabethtown Office). We were very pleased with Brad and the overall service that Crystal Pools provided during the planning and installation of our pool. We also dealt with employees in Mechanicsburg who were very helpful when we were checking out various options and samples. Once the pool was set up Ramon Marrero was fantastic in explaining how to maintain the pool, and was extremely helpful with follow up questions and making sure that the water was perfect. I highly recommend Crystal Pools, all their staff, and will be sure to recommend them to our friends and family.

Ahhh...so close....when finally started building our pool....Over a month later on the start date they got after it and got a lot done in 5 days...then I handed Over my $25,000 check and no work after the check cleared. I sit with a giant hole in my yard and broken promises. They had a chance to swing me back in their favor....but falling short by handing me out to dry..literally! Over promising and No comminications, handed over $10k in May, permit to build our pool was issued June 5....originally was told we could reasonably start June 15 and swim by July 4. Only communication is if I intiate. Was told 2 weeks ago June 24 dig date...latest June 28. 6/24 has come and gone, no response in an email 6/24 asking if 6/28 was our dig date. Can find better company to spend $36k with.***************update 6/27, pushed back once again - this time we went from no later than 6/28 to cant start before the week of July 10th and wont promise the start date*************pushed back for 2 weeks?????either they lied about 6/28 start date to quiet the customer or not smart enough to figure out how long it takes to build a pool - June has been relatively dry so weather not a valid excuse. Either way cant recommend this company....wont name other companies but one rhymes with Smalley Pools.

I have used Crystal Pools for three years with no issues. This year they tripled their pool cleaning prices. What used to be a monthly bill of approximately $200 is now $600. I think that is ridiculous and a terrible way to run a business.
