These guys are great!They tried to install my new liner for a week and it rained everyday but they come back everyday to try.Hard working guys!

Cant say enough good things about this place. Staff is super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Im a new pool owner and often struggle with my pools care. After stopping here my water is already clearing up! Definitely would reccomend to anyone.

Trust me anywhere else you would get rude snobby people but these guys!! Amazing! Guys that cleaned and opened the pool were also nice. Had hiccups and a bit of a delay but they made it right!!! This is the worst company Ive ever dealt with. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Have a hot tub that I purchased from them and still under warranty. Cant get any work done. I call them and am told they will call me back, but that doesnt happen. Pathetic customer service.The owner called me and got things straightened out. Work completed, so I am upgrading my review score to a 3. Would be higher, but should have been better service from the company when first contacted.

Was able to close pool very quickly and Effiently

Treated my pool several times but pool looked like a pond. Then charged me for a service after I canceled them then refused to refund my money. I would never recommend Paradise Pools. Another pool service fixed my pool within two treatments.

Staff is excellent they go out and above to make sure that if you have an issue they will do their best to give you solid advice and even help you find a part even if they dont have it in stock.

Any issues I have had were immediately followed up on by the owners.

We had a new pool installed July 2019 from a different pool company. We were not happy and have not been satisfied with the previous pool company. So this year to open our pool we called Paradise Pools. The pump that we had used for a total of three months was not working properly. The original pool company did not want to warranty the pump. Paradise Pools Went above and beyond to get our pool pump replaced and our pool up and running. They always answer the phone. They always return your call. They show up when scheduled. They have been here multiple times and every time staff have been respectful and helpful. They entire team went above and beyond to us and fix our problem. If you are looking for a pool company they are the one to use, Especially if you live in Bardstown! What a pool company says they will do and what they Actually do are sometimes two different things. Not with Paradise Pools, they have done everything they said they would and more. They will be the only company I give my business too. Thank you to the whole team at Paradise Pools!

The staff at Paradise Pools as very helpful! Even with Social Distancing as they had a protocol in place starting with advise from the scheduler on how to pay and to keep correct distance. The technicians worked quickly but were available to provide advice on adding chemicals, etc.. we used them for closing and opening our oil and hot tub this year.....highly recommend!

I love the pool but my yard was left a mess and eroding dirt. For the high price paid, my yard shouldnt be left like this. I have to pay someone to fix it. And I was not offered a military discount.

Love their staff very nice and helpful. I just wish they could come out a little more sooner when you come back from a emergency when your pool is turning green to vacuum it. The girl told me it would take a week, which I thought was a little crazy. But over all the owner is very nice as well as the staff.

Great 1st experience with the opening of our 1st pool. Will be bringing a water sample weekly and doing whatever they recommend.

Called in reference to doing a hot tub repair on May 1st. Took pictures for the service tech and texted them to him along with name and address on the 4th. Waited till the 9th to follow up. Was told he would touch base on 11 May. Here it is a month later still no response or signs of a technician. I guess my money isnt worth the time.

Bought a new hot tub to replace our old one. Hot tub is ok. The deck around it was supposed to be left as was very nice wood. When it didn’t fit the replaced it with cheap cedar that was first placed with rough side upward. They had to redo and within 2 years it is falling apart. After Skipper wanted several hundred extra dollars for the mistake they made (we refused to pay for cheap cedar) we have to replace it. Poor work for someone that had such good referrals. Paradise Pools is simply the best. I had serious issues with the installation of my pool with another company. Paradise came in and made it right. They have always gone the extra mile when I needed assistance with my pool or pump. Cant say enough about their honesty and integrity.

I had paradise pools install a pool liner. There was some small communication regrading the timing of the install, but other than that they did a awesome job. They now come weekly to service and clean our pool. It sparkles!!!

The staff was very helpful. They were able to look up the part I needed and got it ordered right away.

Employees are always friendly and very helpful.

Gave a sample of pool water and gave directions on how to fix the problem, and had what we needed to fix our green pool water problem.

We were in and out with the parts we needed. Fast and friendly people.

Had a few mix-ups, but Paradise Pools is working to make it right. Once everything is all said and done (hopefully this week) will bump up my stars to 5.
