I stopped in to have my husbands watch battery replaced. I went to a few other stores prior and no one could help. The ladies in the store were very nice and helpful as well!

I left my ring at Priddy Jewelry to have a stone replaced and repair to other stones in ring to make them more secure. Very prompt with my repair and called in 4 days to let me know it was ready. Extremely pleased with the appearance of ring. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would recommend for all jewelry needs.

Great personal service. Both rings were perfect in replacing a pearl in one and soldering the old wedding set together. The cleaning made both look new. One was 35 years old and the other set was 62 years old. Recommend highly.

The post broke off of my diamond earring. The earrings were a gift from my mom before she passed away so they are really special. I took it in and was assured that it could be fixed. When I picked up my earring the jeweler had done such an amazing job I couldnt tell which one had been repaired. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My ring needed new prongs, cleaned, and soldered together. The ring came back and it is like a brand new ring- shiny and beautiful. It was done in exactly the time frame they told me. I took my grandmother‘s ring to this jewelers to get resized. They said the resizing would take two weeks. I told them I was very interested in purchasing a rainbow topaz necklace and earring set. The lady wanted to know exactly what I was looking for. I told her I wasn’t sure what was available out there. She took my information and said that she would look up some sets and send me some options to my email. I did not hear anything from her in the two weeks while my ring was being resized. When I went back in to get my ring it was obvious that she had completely forgotten about me and hadn’t done any research whatsoever. Because I had not heard from her I went online found a necklace and earring set from a different jeweler and gave them my $1000.00. I really can’t say I’m going to use them again because although they did a fine job on resizing my ring they certainly didn’t seem to want my thousand dollars. I’d rather give it to another company that shows an interest in my business.

Priddy jewelry does an excellent job

The employees there are very nice and very helpful and make it easy to shop there.

My mother has passed away and prior to doing so she had dropped off jewelry to be repaired and placed some jewelry on layaway. My brother and I both have been trying to work with Priddys to at a minimum get the piece returned to its owner. The way we have been treated is unfathomable. We were told the piece could not be returned to us because we did not drop it off despite having her death certificate and proof that we are her children. My brother also explained that he has been appointed as the executor of her estate however he can not be sworn in because the court house is closed due to covid. The only reason he came into the store was because the 90 day verbal layaway policy (the is no written policy, other than a sign that reads no refunds) was set to expire. We have also yet to see any written repair agreement. We are law abiding citizens simply trying to do right by our mother.

Very helpful and attentive staff. I came to them because I wanted to fix up a watch my boyfriend’s dad bought him 8 years ago that needed more than a little TLC. They helped find me a new watch band, order it since they didn’t have the leather color I needed (I didn’t have to pay for shipping), and replace the batteries for an extremely reasonable price. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in, super friendly and helpful I was there because of another recommendation from a friend, so glad I took the advice. They were honest and all pieces were frailty priced.

I have a pretty complex watch that Ive had to replace the pins many times on the band. The pins would always start to slide out after a short time of use. Their jeweler custom made new pins for it, and they work fantastic. I have had no sliding, and the pins work great! Im extremely happy with their service, and will be going back if I need any future repairs or jewelry.

This is the only place I go to for purchases and repairs. Ive had my wedding ring repaired and resized along with 2 other bands. Most recently Ive brought in a watch to have links removed in addition to a few small purchases. Everyone there is always happy to find me something Im looking for. The selections are great for any budget and they provide a layaway option as well.
