Every time I walk into Clark I feel so welcome! They are always willing to do everything they can to get exactly what the customers want. I’ve had many adjustments to rings and they’re always happy to do them & have a quick turnaround time so I’m never without my jewelry too long. They’ve helped customize jewelry & explain thoroughly their expert opinions. I can’t recommend them enough!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Store was clean. They did a great job on some jewelry I had cleaned, maintained and upgraded. I was so satisfied I took another ring up there to get the special treatment! Anything I have bought form them has been very high quality and they seem to have better sets for their stones than most places I’ve experienced.Great Job team!

Was coming in to have a ring appraised and sized from a 8 to a 5. 3 weeks later lost a diamond out of my anniversary band and the diamond next to it was spinning they did not notify me that I needed prong work after getting it sized. That was a $600 bill I had to swallow after asking why did they not suggest that the gentleman said to me it is like a car that needs maintenance

These folks are Miracle workers. My diamond fell out of my engagement ring one night at work. This was the second place I went to get my husbands watch battery replaced. The first place didnt have the tools to get the job done, but Clark Jewlers was confident they would be able to help. I had them repair a lobster clasp on my gold chain. At first I was excited that the price was pretty low compared to Kays and the others. However , it didnt last a yr and they said they put a new clasp on it. I told them it looked a little thin where the loop hung to it and they said thats just the way they were. Well then why did my other clasp last years and theirs only lasted months.
