They have always done a great job, and been professional, timely, and very responsive.I recently asked them to clean all carpets in our home, including area rugs. I called Excel on the recommendation of a friend. My friend was right ! They responded quickly to my request, cleaned carpets, an area rug, and my sofa where my cat had thrown up. They were very polite and got the job done. My carpets, which were very spotty, are now clean and smell fresh. Their prices are reasonable and they even made an extra trip to deliver some spot cleaning fluid that I had requested.

I had to move out on Sunday, and I urgently found a company to clean the carpet three days before I moved. I asked another cleaning company and they said they are already fully booked.
