E-town Stanley Steamer saved me from having to replace all my carpet on a home I just bought. They deep cleaned the carpet in just a couple hours and got dirt and stains out that I thought were there for good. Carpet looks and smells new again. Will be using them annually to keep my carpets clean.

We needed a short notice carpet cleaning service. When I called them, I was actually surprised that they were able to come on the date I needed. They kept us informed as far as when they would arrive. They got the carpets cleaned quickly when they arrived and cleaned up everything when they were done. Friendly service and great job. Had water damage in our bathroom under the toilet area and a friend recommended Stanley Steemer. They came out immediately and dried everything out. Brandon was there to oversee the construction and we felt comfortable with everyone he had working in our home. They did an amazing job putting our bathroom back together again from the subfloor to the tile to the paint and also finding the root of the problem. Duke runs a first class business and Brandon and the other guys were all skilled and friendly. We are so thankful for the help they provided during a stressful time.

Was told when booking the appointment the only things they do not move is beds and electronics. They did not move any end tables, night stands, or dressers that were empty. Only moved the couch and chairs because I moved them. They did not get close to the base boards or doorways. Had deodorizer put in one room and they put it in the wrong room. Still have several stains that were just rushed over. When I asked them about it was told its normal wear and tear of a carpet and yet when I took a rag to it it came right on up. All on all not happy to hand $270 over and not getting all that I paid to get.

I called for stone tile cleaning they arrived called owner and left. Being new to area I contacted corporate office to locate an office that would do the work of cleaning my floors (I was willing to pay their price).Owner contacted me his message I cant believe you contacted my corporate office. Owner assured me he would be in touch to come out and estimate the job correctly... now all that Ive gotten is no call back etc... Not happy with the lack of customer care.

The Service Tech that came out to my house was Chris and he was very professional. I just finished painting the lower section of my house and Chris help with getting all the paint that me and my children drop while painting (beginners) out of my carpet! It was great to meet such a nice and helpful young man! Would recommend to all my family and friends!!

I did a 5 star review 2 weeks ago for the tech that came to my home....Im retracting that review. I will brief this and say my carpets had that nice vaccumed-tracks in them but they werent cleaned. I vaccumed all carpets after the carpets dried. I pulled up nothing but dirt. I pulled out my wet vac and shampooed, I pulled up dark dirty water.I was highly disappointed that I paid for a service that was not done correctly. I will say after I called Stanley Streemer and voiced my concerns, they had a lead tech and another tech come out the next day. To the gentleman that came out to redo my carpets... 👏👏👏 5 stars to you both. All my carpets looked and smelled great, plus they were actly clean. Thank you

Did a great job getting hairspray buildup off tile floor. Carpet cleaning was good but didn’t get some very small spots out in one area. Overall I was satisfied and would call them again.

For the most part everything was good. Couch looked good and the girl who did it was very sweet. My only complaint is trying to sell me on something else when you get to my house. So she talked up this protection that she can put on the couch and how its supposed to keep stains from soaking in deep. Ok well I just got my couch done so idk how well that works but it seemed like all she did was spray hot water on it. My couch was soaking wet when she left. That service was an addition 73 dollars which I thought was ridiculous and had I known what she was doing I would have never paid that

I was so excited when I found out Stanley Steemer would come to my house, pick up my 3 oriental carpets and take them off site to clean them. When the Stanley Steemer employees came I told them that one of my small dogs had been sick and had urinated on the carpets. The one young man that seemed to be in charge said they could take care of that. It took about a week to get them back. When they were delivered we were getting ready for a wedding so we just had the men drop them off. That evening we rolled them out. They looked great but I could still smell the urine. When it’s humid the smell is worse. I texted them about 2 weeks ago and said I was disappointed with the results. I got a text back to call them. I called this morning to see if they would redo the carpets. I was told they could...for half the price of what we paid before! It had NOT been cheap the first time(approximately $500). We are not going to have them clean them again. I wouldn’t have been so disappointed if I had not been told that they would be able to take care of the odor. I will not have Stanley Steemer clean them for half price. I’ll use another company!

Stanley Steemers crew of Chris and Luke serviced my house with cleaning my Bernhardt sectional/doing 3 rooms of carpet and my tiled shower! I was concerned about my sectional but they reassured me that it would come out great and it did! I highly recommend calling Stanely Steemer they are the REAL DEAL!! Great service and Price!! The gentleman was super kind!!! However, when the floors dried, I could still see some spots. I just assumed that paying $120 for 2 rooms and stairs, they would look brand new. Overall satisfied

They were in and out in about an hour, theres no way they got my carpets clean that fast. I told them everything in the living room needed to be moved, I had already taken everything that could possibly fall out of the room. They didnt clean under anything. Most of the spots on the carpet I was concerned with are still there, I cleaned it better with my Bissell. The carpet in the basement, which they had me pay extra for was a hit and miss.

I give them a 5 ☆ because I have used them for walls my couch, carpets and even my vehicles.Stains came out,carpet is clean with fresh deodorizer.They even accept military discounts. I highly recommend Stanley.

The men did a good job with old stains. But the older gentleman criticized me for vaping in my own home. He couldnt drop it. I havent smoked In 8 years. My father ran the Southern market for American Tobacco. The tobacco we raised on the farm put four children through college. I do know the difference.

We supplied 2 new craftsman water hoses to use to clean two rental properties. The employee took our hoses and never returned them. We have called several times trying to get our hoses back with no success.
