They were fast, friendly and had an ample supply of rentals. I ordered last minute on a Friday and was able to pick them up on Saturday, when other places were sold out. The chairs were sturdy.

Needed a bouncy house last minute before a party on a Saturday. Showed up hour before closing, picked what I wanted and got it delivered in timely manner. Now that’s how you run a business!

Order kid and adult tables and chairs. They came filthy dirty dirty and took us hours ti clean. Both were in horrible condition we had to fix a table from not coming apart. We I informed the company they didnt seem to care that much offered 10% of my next order that will never happen. Such a horrible start to a five year olds birthday party

Wedding parties beware. Would give zero stars if I could. Emailed and received no response for a week. Called and spoke with a rep to set up someone checking out my venue for the necessary layout, and was told I’d get a call back in an hour. A week later, after nobody called back, I called again and left another message. Finally got someone who said a “note was left” and asked if it was taken care of. Obviously it wasn’t. They finally scheduled a day and time to check out my location.I left work early and drove over an hour to my event space to meet with them on the scheduled date, and they never showed up. No phone call, no text, no anything. I tried calling but no answer and their VM was full. Still heard nothing from them the next day so I called them...again. No explanation was given, I got a quick “my apologies” and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I’m not in a position at my job where leaving early or taking off is ok, so this company really put me behind the eight ball.This was meant for my wedding. Any explanation, any phone call, any action on their part to actually fix their screw up, rather than acting like it never happened, would have convinced me to give them yet another chance. Needless to say, I can’t trust such nonchalant unprofessionalism and certainly won’t risk them simply not showing up on my wedding day.

I wish it was possible to give ZERO stars! I never leave reviews, but this was absolutely horrendous. FRAUD COMPANY! took my credit card information, security code, EVERYTHING and never showed up with my delivery. they have ignored every one of my phone calls after taking all of my information. never delivered my order. sketchy and fraud people!

Very unprofessional and shady business practices. I had to cancel my event and gave them an 8 day notice, and getting my deposit back was a nightmare. First they said they do not offer refunds, and it is my job to read the contract, then they said they would deduct a restocking fee. They tried to get Away with giving me a $10 refund on my deposit. The refund they issued doesnt make sense based on what they communicated. Im glad didnt go forward with them, and would never recommend this company to anyone.

When organizing a big event where you are expecting more than 2,000+ attendees, you want to be assured that the quality of service, delivery, setup and take down goes smoothly and is the least of your worries. I have been using Party Factor since 2014 now and every year the service just gets better & better. And the price is unbeatable... fair and reasonably priced and the quality of their tents, tables and chairs are just amazing. i have yet to receive any complaint from any of our attendees, vendors or other members. They dont rush in and rush out, they take their time and even helped set up the tables at our first event for us. We do an annual event in JC and every year I dont have to think twice about where to get our event equipment from.

Used them 2 years in a row for 3 different parties, first in 2015 for a kids party (4 year old and 1 year old twins ), then a week later a party for my mother in-laws 65th birthday and lastly 2016 for the kids 5th and 2nd birthday. This company offers full service to host a party, they are reliable and pricing is reasonable!! Ive used them to rent table/chairs, tent, DJ, Bouncy Houses and Magician. The one and only complaint I have is some of the magicians jokes were catered to the adults however, not at all inappropriate for children. The kids seemed to love him and his routine but it was just noted by multiple parents that he was there to entertain 5 year olds, not the adults. I highly recommend using Party Factory as they are one of the only party companies who respond timely to emails/phone messages and help to organize your event.

Very bad the clowns rent one for my girls party and they sent me a more sour lady and did nothing
