Excellent service and assistance.. Rent everything for your Events

The lady has no business ethics, I called the business and she would text me with another phone just telling me to text instead. If she picked up she would tell me will call back and never bothered. Google other rental places first before committing to this store. No courtesy.

Keep receipt of everything you do with them, I rented 3 tables and 30 chairs last minute and I had to leave a $40 cash deposit the day I picked them up, was told I would get it back the next day. The next morning the lady claimed I had picked up an extra table after I had left which wasnt true and acted like she knew nothing of the $40 she had to give me back, thankfully it got resolved and her excuse was that she confused me with another order so ask for receipts for everything if ordering with them.

Do not rent from this place!!! I put a deposit on a throne chair and 80 transparent chairs. I came back to pay and this lady crossed out my prices and made them higher!! She literally used a pen to scratch out my original prices and wanted me to pay over $300 more than what we agreed on. People like this shouldn’t be in business!! I’ll have to get my deposit from my bank.

Words can’t express how grateful I am to have work with what I would say is the best team of people. I wished I had gone to them for my wedding. They just decorated my daughters birthday and they went above and beyond for me. The listened to how I dreamed it and they made it all the way I wanted plus more. There prices are the best out there and trust me it took me a while to trust them and I wasn’t an easy client, I think I called every day to bother. But they were always very patient and caring, I had nothing to worry about. The day of the party everything was over the top my guest and I were wowed. Thank you so much Cielo Fantasy for your exceptional job.

Used them for my daughter’s first birthday party, they are really affordable. But remember you get what you pay for, most of their props are ruined and they lack clear communication.
