Its been about three months since Ive lived here, all in all its a good place. There are units that require new AC (I have a renovated unit at that). I feel like paying additional for the gym and rec room should no be a thing. Majority of new apartments opening up have that included in the rent. You should definitely get the rent in writing because I went back three times and they upped the rent $20 per visit.

This was a great place to live until recently. The previous property manager was great and very attentive but recently left and there has been a drastic change in the level of communication coming from the office. I have to reach out numerous times now to get any acknowledgement. Unfortunately, I recently extended my lease for a third year.

I lived here for five years starting in May of 2011 until November of 2016. This was my favorite place I have ever lived and if I had not moved out of state I would still be there today. Now I am planning on moving back as soon as they have a vacant apartment. The property manager Judy, and Luis and Brian the Supers of the building are always there when you need them. The property management company is the absolute best! They take pride in all of their properties. Some of my best memories were living at Chilton Towers. I can’t wait to move back.

Chilton Towers is one of the best places I lived..been here for ten years and if I wasnt moving out of state I would continue to live here. The staff Judy, Luis and all the rest are the best! I will definitely miss living here:)

Can someone explain if the disposal container outside the tower is temporary or permanent??Any direct number to the building management?

While the residents in passing seem pleasant and cordial, the building and management company has been the real problem. The service calls you often make will be a struggle to get completed. For months we have been addressing a noise complaint with the leasing agent with no real solution. Several packages have gone missing over the months from multiple shipping sources being listed as delivered and when we were promised a solution from the building, we were ignored for over a month until it was pressed again. I had been asked to be kept abreast of everything in writing via email because of the lack of effort on the building managements behalf at this point as well as my frustration, but instead we were visited in our home and insulted by both the leasing agent and building manager with, you guessed it—no solution. This has probably been the worst living situation I have ever had, with the most unorganized or unmotivated management I’ve experienced. Chilton Towers will seem more like Hotel California, where you will give a lot for a little in return.

Chilton towers is a nice place to live. The utilities are included in the price, and price is justified by the comfort. Judy, the current administration rep is professional and sweet, always active and polite.

I felt satisfied mostly. But there are still several bad points. The worst thing is that there is fermentative garbage juice on the elevator floor. But this is fine. I still feel Chilton Towers is still a very good place.The motion pushing me write a review is that I felt very angry today on two points. One is that the workers go into my rooms with the dirty shoes. What they want to do my wool rug! Dye some dark grey spots? Another let me unhappy is the snow removing. These pictures showed the cleaned parking lot. It is very clean. A snow carpet was paved here. And there was a snow decoration also.
