Ive never lived somewhere so trashy and uncaring about tenants. Ive been in my apartment without water for 3 days and they have not cared to help at all. Just a month ago the exterior of the building was falling apart ONTO MY CAR and had half the insulation for the bottom of my apartment missing and many many cold spots INSIDE. That took over a month to get fixed. Im the only tenant my heat or ac has not gone out but the other that have experienced this have also had to wait 2-3 days or longer during freezing nights or blistering hot days. NEVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE HORRIBLE

They took forever to get any work orders done that is if you could ever get an actual person on the phone. When we first began the process of renting the property manager asked us how much the rent was. When we told her, she said ok because it was listed on accident for $100 more and I was going to charge you if you had said that price and keep that money myself. There are things that we were told would be fixed about the house before we moved in that over a year later were still not fixed. The property manager constantly lied to us about repairs. I would leave work early to meet with the electrician who wouldnt show up until the next day and upon questioning him found out that he wasnt called until the day he came. That happened twice not after any storms just problems with the breakers and outlets. I cannot speak for other branches of dogwood or even the other property managers at the e city location but my experience was pretty terrible. So much so that I feel compelled to write this bad review which I typically dont do to any place of business. However over a year of constant lies and things getting messed up or neglected was a little much for me.

We have rented with them for more than 5 years. They have been wonderful.

As a homeowner, Dogwood Property Management is the worst company you can choose. The guy who works alone side his Mother is absolutely unprofessional and unkempt. It makes me think anyone can just open up a management company. The first thing he said when I inquired about a home I know we are not suppose to discriminate, but as he began to ask me a series of unnecessary personal questions.
