I cant speak for all of their agents, and frankly after the experience, I wouldnt give them the time of day. Kenneth Wallace is THE WORST real estate representative Ive ever had the misfortune of speaking with. If you want your time and money wasted, then youve come to the right place! Myself, and several co workers were asked to relocate to North Carolina from New York. After initially speaking with Kenneth, our phone calls were ignored, requests about properties were met with a lack of information if any response at all. After scheduling with him and driving 9.5 hrs, HE STOOD UP A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER, refusing to answer. Then he claimed no listings were available.. minutes later, this individuals sister called (from a local number) and not only did he answer, but proceeded to tell her of several listings meeting the exact same criteria. What a joke!!! BOTTOM LINE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH UNPROFESSIONAL, DISCRIMINATION!!! He clearly has no interest in helping anyone. We found a residence, no thanks to him, and will be purchasing our forever home soon, however NOT THROUGH CENTURY21 NACHMAN

I hope Carolyn Johnson isnt an agent there anymore. Gave bad advice and is known for being a drunk.

Working with Ms.Cindy Smith as my sellers agent in the Elizabeth City, N.C. office to sell my property in Gates County, NC turned out to be the best decision....oh my stars!!!I went through 5 realtors not to mention the ones that gave excuses for not getting back in touch with me after I called to elicit their services.Ms Cindy provided me with some written information in my folder for customers that none of the others did such as, Fair Housing. That brochure blew my mind and so a light bulb went off and hindsight is better than foresight....🤔.Ms. Cindy, I cant say enough about her work ethics....I believe she was God sent. Thank you, Jesus, again a thousand times....THANKful for Ms. Cindy for taking on such a challenge because my house was a 1954 built one bathroom 2 bedroom house with some recent renovations ....and centrally located...with, Good bones as she so honestly described it.If you decide on choosing century 21 in Elizabeth City, N.C. choose or ask for Ms. Cindy Smith and she may not be everyones realtor but she just might be YOURS.Happy seller here🙃.
