Jen was/is AWESOME and super helpful! However, the owner Dan was quite rude, clearly was/is uneducated and inexperienced. Being an owner of a printing company, you would expect better service, communication and follow through. If I were to take a guess as to why/how this location is still operating, I would confidentially say it is because of Jen.

I emailed Minuteman artwork for our invoices, packing slips, applications and flyers. They beat out four local printers, including a larger printing company. Wish Id done this years ago, Id have saved thousands$ Of course, they are lowering prices to get more business, because of Covid.

Working with Jen from Minuteman has been a smooth process. I had business cards, brochures, and contracts designed and printed and it all looks great! I am extremely satisfied with their communication & effort they place into their work. Prices are reasonable as well. I got a phone confirmation that my files could be printed in the next hour, when I did a follow up call to confirm they received my email they guy told me he was leaving to a different location. These prints were for a funeral wake. I explained that to him on the phone and he still left to the other location. He couldn’t do the order in time for the wake. I had to scramble and get my order printed somewhere else. I would never recommend this place to anyone, go to office max down the road instead!

Jordan is great to work with. Hes very customer focused and gets orders done quickly, sometimes even ahead of schedule. We have always been very pleased with quality of products as well.
