Good service the nurse was really nice her name was komal she was also so kind and friendly and always asking questions if I was ok!

Komal was the tech that drew my blood and took care of the lab. Very friendly, fast, helpful and efficient. In and out.

Stay away from this place. No one at desk just a machine that constantly crashes. When finally find some one she was extremely rude. Go anywhere but here. Simple specimen drop off at I had to sit in waiting room while the lady sat behind the closed window ignoring everyone for 20 minutes

Barbara the receptionist needs more training, she called the zeros “number O” I didn’t know letters had numbers ... she put our address wrong and when my husband told her that it’s a wellness Assessment test for our insurance (which the insurance covers and we pay nothing for ) she asked what address will the bill go to.. to say she was VERY incompetent is polite compared to what she really was which I can’t even describe. Zero stars if I could go to the one in Naperville trust me

My doctor sent a blood draw order here so I checked in to get it done. I called ahead of time and at first they couldn’t even find my order, but I asked her to look again and then they found it so I went it. They only have one person working, so you check in at a machine and that person has to try to manage both registration and testing. Turns out this particular lab only (not other LabCorp locations) is independently owned so they do not work with blue cross blue shield. So 35 minutes after I checked in I was told this, but then had to wait another 10 minutes to actually be able to talk to the one employee working. Even if this location was in network I would not return. Not enough staffing to be able to handle the very few people who came in while I was there.

It would be 0 if I could. I have been trying to contact any body at this facility and not only will a manager not reach back out, everyone has a different story. I got my testing done back in December. I had to call after 3 weeks because I still hadnt received my results. I was nervous since the tech didnt know what was going on when I showed up with my specimen. It had instructions on it... I was told upon my call that the testing was never done. The next call they said they lost the specimen. The next call they stated that they couldnt test because by the time they realized what they needed to do the specimen was too old. I have asked for a manager or supervisor to call as I am NOT paying for a test that was never done. My Doctor has never even received my results. Now they are trying to send me to collections for $7. They NEVER did any testing. I have left another message for Karen (the supervisor) to reach out to me.

Thank you to the Labcorp on Randall Road in Elgin, IL. The phlebotomist was excellent and manage to keep my nervous daughter relatively calm. Best of all, only ONE prick. THANK YOU!

Walked in for my lab worked. I waited no more than 5 mins, the nurse was warm, friendly and experienced. I plan on returning soon for my 2017 blood work.
