The process of getting a storage unit was quick and easy. The property manager, Laurie, was able to accommodate all my needs and answer all my questions thoroughly and kindly! 10/10 recommend this location.

I went in because we are moving out of our apartment in a few months and we are in the process of packing up. Our small house doesn’t have room for extra boxes, so we got a 5x10 unit. I stopped in and Irene was so kind in explaining the whole process. I told her that we only needed it for a few months and she said that was fine. It’s so easy with the mobile app too!

I went in today and was helped by Yasenia. It was my first time renting storage and I didn’t know the process. She kindly asked me my needs and showed me storage units on site. She explained the advantages/disadvantages of choosing my storage in person and online. After doing my research I got the best unit for my money. I highly recommend this store. Amazing service! Ive been storing here for years, and its always been very pleasant and effortless experience. The facility is kept clean and follows COVID guidelines. Irene especially is great at making the atmosphere feel safe and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to others interested!

I went to the location on chicago street and Sherise was an amazing 🤩 help!!! She was very kind and patient helping me figure out if my items will fit in a 7.5 x10 once we realize it wasn’t. She helped me look for another public storage in the area with bigger size and cheaper rates. Luckily we found one Sherise took her time to reach out to the other storage on big timber and spoke with Jesse who was also freaking amazing. Jesse explained everything in complete details that way before I left I understood everything. Jesse was also very kind and patient as well while I was able to attend to my 1yr old (who likes her as well) Thank You Jesse and Sherise for making me feel Welcome Y’all rock ❤️💪🏾

I’ve been a customer here for roughly a year now, and it’s one of the few places I can say I’m pretty comfortable visiting. I’ve gotten to know Irene, the manager, and I have to say she runs this place well. If you have any issues she will handle them quickly. I’m not the type to leave reviews but this place is great

She was very polite and informative concerning the size of the units, what was available and the prices. She was helpful & very thorough in answering all the questions I had. Lori is an asset to your company and I feel confident in the safety and security of the facility at 665 big timber Road in Elgin.

Irene was wonderful! She got all of my paperwork together quickly and seemed personally concerned with the safety of all those that entered the facility. Very friendly and great to work with.

Building definitely showing its age. Elevators pretty small and would it kill them to put up signs & maps so you can find your unit?

I am looking to sell my home and stopped in this past week and spoke to the Property Manager Irene about renting a unit. She took the time to answer all my questions and even took me out so I could see different size units. I was so impressed by her knowledge and expertise.The property was very clean and nice. As she walked me back to the office I told her in September when my house goes on the market Irene will be the lady I rent with.

I checked in today with the property manager, Irene. From the start my experience has been positive. I am so happy that I chose to store my belongings here because of how she treated me. She was up front about everything, extremely nice, and really listens to you. I have never rented a storage unit before, the process was fast and easy! I usually deal with Irene who is great but yesterday I dealt with Sarah and I must say she was amazing. Not my first time having her help me either. Very nice, friendly, caring and compassionate. I was going in to make a payment and was having a bad day but by the time I left it was turned around. She made my day all the better. I have seen the reviews on her and I must say they are all good and all very true. Public Storage did good in hiring her and Irene both. Customer service is above and beyond with them both!!!! They aim to serve and please their customers at this location!!!

Very good customer service. The lady there was very nice and welcoming twords me and my mom. I appreciate that since my mom cant speak English very well the lady talked with pause long enough for me to translate and explain. Now a days most people dont do that and its little things like these that make a place a lot more pleasant to go to!!!

Great facility, clean and conveniently located. After a year of using the facilities I upgraded to a larger unit. Irene did an awesome job of taking me through the transfer process. Kelly and Sarah were were great to work with as I finished up moving 👍👍

I started renting from Public Storage today. Paula was the employee that helped me. I found her to be kind, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. I like that there is secure access and indoor storage. They use some good locks for the storage lockers as well. Most importantly, Id say, is the good nature of the employees here. I hope that they are treated well by the company. Ive read many other good reviews about this storage building and especially, its employees.

One thing i can say that is 100 percent for certain..The manager really does care about her job and customers and that is a fact...we had a misunderstanding and i was alittle upset ..I dont know many businesses nowdays that could give a care about troubles in your personal life but i can say that she does ..i dont know any businesses nowdays that WOULD even bother to give you a call to hear what you had to say but she did!!!.....I really really admire a person like this !!!....its too bad that most companies in the world today have forgotten about customer service and satisfaction and only worry about the bottom line....its nice to see a manager who cares about both.....so if you have a problem i would want everyone to know this...just CALL HER AND EXPLAIN AND I BELIEVE FROM WHAT I HAVE SEEN FIRST HAND THAT SHE IS A REALLY CARING PERSON AND WILL TRY HER BEST TO REMEDY THE SITUATION ....

Ive been a long time Public Storage customer and have never had any issues with my stotage unit. I know my items are safe and in good hands at this location. Laura, the property manager, has always been helpful and always had given great advice when it comes to moving in or out, and paying the rent. She is always honest and upfront about monthly rent and fees, in addition to being supportive during your stay.

This place is the best!! I have used it a number of times over the last few years. I have climate controlled inside storage and it is perfect. Temperature is always right and no water or humidity. Very secure. I never worry about security.The staff is fantastic. Laura Jo, Angela and Leslie are very professional and always friendly and ready to help. No matter how busy they are, they always have time to talk and I never feel rushed.I will always use this facility for all my storage.

I started reserving my space online and I hadnt even finished filling out all the information and I was already getting a call from Leslie. Talk about fast service. I would rate my experience with public storage as a 4.5. Great atmosphere, well informed. The representative (laura Jo) was very helpful . It is obvious that she knows public storage very well and is great personality. The explanation of how the $1 rent works was easily understood and explained in a timely manner without all the red tape. I definitely would recommend a friend to use public storage as a great option for their storage needs.

Great place, very clean, overall great people working the front desk Irene was very knowledgeable and took care of any problems I had and Taishima was great help, walked me through the units I was interested in as well as helping me understand the billing and paperwork, somebody give her a raise. super fast and easy 6 outta 5 stars would use this storage facility again!
