I researched used vehicles online and made an inquiry to this dealership about a vehicle that they had in stock. Richard W. reached out and pressured me to make an appointment. “Ok,” I think, “this is a bit aggressive but at least they’re invested in trying to sell me the car.” I drove out to look at the car and was directed to Richard. He didn’t seem particularly interested in me at all, provided no information, but I took the car for a test drive and there didn’t seem to be anything wrong with it. One red flag was that the vehicle was listed at the dealership with an outrageous price that was well above the price listed online. But I was still willing to consider purchasing the car for somewhere in the ballpark of what the online price was. I asked Richard what he could do for me on price, and he returned with the price listed online. I told him that price was slightly too high for me, and he told me he would work with me. I left the dealership, and the next day he contacted me again, which I took to mean that he was invested in selling me the car. I made an offer that would have anchored negotiations close to a price point that would have been only a few hundred dollars off the dealerships price. This time, however, Richard emphatically insisted that “the price is the price.” This gentleman repeatedly told me that there are no negotiations in used car purchases, which contradicted what he said to me earlier and was frankly somewhat insulting given my experience. He then proceeded to argue with me at length and refused to make a counteroffer, also implying that a used vehicle with high mileage was not “within my budget,” even though I communicated that I was willing to pay only a few hundred dollars less than the asking price. And, after all of that, I saw that the vehicle price was reduced online shortly thereafter by $500, contradicting, of course, what I had been told about “the price is the price.” Fortunately, I was able to purchase a new vehicle from another dealership, without the hassle I experienced here. I would recommend to be cautious about purchasing a vehicle here.

We went into Brilliance Subaru looking at a car with no intention on buying. We drove off with a car.Thats not to say that the staff pressured a sale. They did not. They just made us so comfortable that the idea of a purchase was almost pleasant, or as pleasant as a 5y transaction would be.The staff is kind and knowledgeable. The service department is quick and reasonable. The after-purchase interaction for this year of owning the right amount of interaction.If I buy another non-electric car, Im buying here again.

Great customer service by the repair department. Phone calls made with updates and set up a loaner car. Subaru truly makes it easy to get in and out of their service department. I have experienced a 20 minute wait just for a loaner at other dealerships.

We purchased a new 2020 Ascent from Brilliance Subaru in July of 2020. Of the dozen new and used cars I have purchased over the years this was by far the most pain free, easiest, simple car purchase we have made. The sales & finance staff were laid back yet professional and courteous. No one was pushing us to buy anything but they all worked hard to find what would fit our needs and budget. Very poor communication. Inquired about a vehicle I was very interested in and some salesman named Richard said he would contact me with more details since I am about 3 hours away. I never heard from him. I “ordered” the car online and I received an email stating I would be contacted soon about my order. Never heard from anyone. Then I texted the general number provided...was told I’d hear from the sales department soon. Nope. At this point, I was done. The car is no longer listed. How did I find out? Not by anyone that works here but I couldn’t find it on the website anymore. I understand cars sell fast but I would have appreciated a phone call notifying me that the car I was interested in is no longer available.

I saw the listing on social media and reached out to the dealership. Very reasonable prices. Dan was very quick to respond to me and very laid back, fast and stress free. Not once did i feel the pushy sales vibe. Very happy with my experience and would highly recommend anyone I know. Thanks again Dan!

First my transmission failed. Then 1.5 years later my engine failed with only 150,000 miles. I had purchased the forester with 110,000 miles. I will never buy a Subaru again. It look nice but its not built to last longer then 100,000. I found a rav4 with a way better warranty and way less miles for the same price.

Theres high pressure sales, low pressure sales, and no pressure sales. Brilliance gave me no pressure when I went to check out a used Forester for sale there. My wife and I tested the vehicle and when I began to talk price Richard and Jim (the GM) talked with me about what they could do and showed me independent data for the competitiveness of their pricing structure. They were patient, answered questions, made some observations, and let me figure out what I wanted to do. After we decided to buy, they did a really nice job prepping the vehicle, explaining the electronics, and other team members were also warm and friendly. This was fifth Subaru dealership I had visited. Glad I was patient and bought here.

Yesterday I had a low tire pressure warning light come on. Brilliance Subaru was the closest dealership so headed straight there. They got me in immediately and were able to repair the puncture. I also had them perform my 12500 mile service. It was a bit early (I have 11400 miles on my 2019 Crosstrek) but I was there so decided to take advantage of being there. They were efficient, thorough, fast, and courteous. They also had COVID-19 precautions in place. I would definitely recommend them.

Staff is friendly and helpful but I seem to always have some type of issue on every visit. Usually it is overbilling(they are almost always much higher than any other dealer) but occasionally they are just not thorough enough when servicing the vehicle. I use them because they are convenient as I assume many do. You just have to pay close attention to the bills and the work they perform. In all if you live in the area and need to service your Subaru, they are a good option.

Wow just wow, walked in and was not even acknowledged, i walked around all by myself looking at cars inside and out for about 30min. While I was inside i can see sales guys talking to each other and even one guy just sitting looking at his phone. Never coming back here again. They must not want new business.
