This company, mainly Marco, the manager is a piece of work. They advertise UNLIMITED VENTS for $249 yet when the tech comes out and counts 32 vents in the home I am told they are unable to complete the job with 1 machine. Tech calls Marco, Marco tells me the cost will be now be doubled to bring in another machine to do the job. BS Marco! I am not paying double for a package that clearly states UNLIMITED NUMBER OF VENTS, 100% SATISFIED OR YOUR MONEY BACK! If you want to upcharge customers because you had hoped they didnt have that many vents, then reword your packages. When I called Marco back to try and work something out because I thought it was completely unprofessional the first time we spoke, he proceeded to tell me It is what it is. If you use this company I highly suggest not dealing with this guy.

Knowledgeable and friendly technician (Alexander), great customer service and quality work! My husband and I recommend this company to all home owners.They even drive out for weekend appointments and they’re willing to travel further than you would expect!Thumbs up all around!

Very professional!!! Customer service is very polite and knowledgeable, they explained everything in detail about services and technology they use for Air Duct Cleaning. They used camera to show our vents before and after the cleaning. I couldn’t believe what was inside my vent before cleaning when I saw the footage. I am happy they deeply cleaned and sanitized our vents because when I saw the camera I couldn’t believe what my kids were inhaling before cleaning. Horrible training of the call center staff. Manager likes to yell at clients over the phone calling it a cultural difference. Dosent matter what country you are in or from you DONT yell or raise your voice at the customer. EVER! Be advised if you get your ducts cleaned your system will be off for two hours. They will not tell you this until they arrive on the hottest or coldest day of the year. Good luck. Threw them out and will spend my money somewhere else. They are NOT associated in ANY way with Lowes Home Improvement stores FYI. AND it looks like the owner like to constantly LIE and say Im related to the competition??? ROFLO.. Prove it! Total LIE! Do NOT do business with these people. You will be sorry! Read the other reviews and check them out on BBB.

I chose this company because I was told we would get 2 camera viewings of vents of my choice, which did not happen. After I call, about 15 minutes after the service, to say they didn’t do the camera viewing with my husband, I was told it was my husbands fault and the technician was too far away to turn around and do the viewing. The woman over the phone was rude and terrible to communicate with.

Great company with quality service from reservation and all the way through the end . They were very professional, on time and caring. Highly recommended.
